This limousine company is awesome. From my first contact with the owner George. To my dealings with our driver Henry. Everything went smoothly. I hired them for my Wedding Day. My Bridal Party and I were running late to the church. Henry our driver was beyond patient. Henry got us to the Church and afterwards to our Reception Venue safely. The limo was clean and had snacks and champagne for us. Honestly I was a bit nervous regarding hiring a limo company. I have read some horror stories from other Brides regarding limos they had hired for their wedding. George made me a believer, at least with GK Limousine. Thankfully, we didn't book with this service. From the moment we contacted George, he was giving us the run-around about availability on the date we needed. After our initial phone conversation, he promised to send pics of the limo within 2 hrs, but never did. He also promised to call us back later that day, as he 'wasn't sure' if another party had already booked the stretch limo for the night we needed, because they hadn't paid their deposit. When we hadn't heard from him by the following day, we contacted him again. This time, the excuse was that he was selling the limo, but wasn't sure when the transaction would take place and asked for 'a little more time' to give us an answer. Two days later, we called him to express our dissatisfaction with his awful customer service. He immediately got defensive, rude, and curt and actually told us that we 'shouldn't have waited so long to find a limo so close to the event date.' We ended up finding another company, whose customer service was simply wonderful. Wish I had given more weight to this company's numerous poor reviews before considering them for our transportation needs. read more

I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough room for our entire party but we had a stretch Hummer that had plenty of room for the 11 of us. The owner of this company is a living example of extraordinary customer service. After you schedule their service, you will receive a text or Email verifying the cost and job particulars. Our transportation to and from Newark Airport was provided by GK Limousine's courteous and professional drivers. The driver's arrived on-time in clean Lincoln Town cars. Their rates are reasonable and well worth not having the stress of driving to the airport, parking and schlepping luggage from your car to either the Monorail or to a parking lot shuttle bus to the terminal ...... and then dragging your luggage again to the air carrier's check-in counter. Repeat the above when your return home... The key word here is Stress. If you include the reasonable cost and professional services of GK Limousine transportation to & from the airport in your future travel plans, then your excursion will begin with No Stress travelling to the airport and end with No Stress travel returning from the airport. George literally saved my wedding day! We had a very large 300 guest Persian wedding in Queens, but our hotel block was in Manhattan and we were also getting ready in a different spot in the city. I soon realized this was about to be a logistical disaster because we needed several vehicles at different places at different times. Luckily, I came across George's website and gave him a call. From my first conversation with George, I knew this guy was a life saver. He listened and thoroughly sought to understand what our vision was for that day. He told me not to worry and he'd figure it out and get us the best price for what we needed. The end result was spectacular! We ended up renting TWELVE Vehicles from him, 3 limos, 4 buses and several town cars for a rate WAY better than any of the other companies I called for quotes. George was also a complete pleasure to work with. He was always a phone call away and was very flexible and helpful even when we had last minute changes close to the wedding. This guy is amazing! He kept everything straight and truly delivered on wedding night. We had all of our vehicles show up on time at the right place ready to transport ourselves and our guests. The limos were just awesome, spacious with champagne and music and so much fun to ride in for our wedding party. We also heard from our guests that the buses were, clean, luxurious and had polite and courteous drivers. It was such a relief for our guests to have transportation back from the venue to the city so they could drink and really enjoy themselves all night. We loved knowing our friends and family had a safe ride home, especially for our out of town visitors who were unfamiliar with NYC. Thank you George for helping to make our wedding day run smoothly! We are significantly disappointed with our experience with this company. The drivers and George were very nice and helpful; however, the driver got lost and as a result our whole day got thrown off. We purposefully purchased an additional limo to accommodate the whole bridal party but because the driver got lost the bridal party had to wait out in the heat regardless. The address was told to the company months in advance. The fact that they got lost took time away from photos (a timeline that I had planned for months) and as a result my husband and I did not get to go to our own cocktail hour because we were taking photos. We had painstakingly planned out the day so we could see and thank people during cocktail hour. Our bridal party photos also felt rushed due to this. On top of all this, the air conditioning was broken in one limo and barely working in the other and it was a VERY hot day. Finally, one of the doors to the limo would not even open. Again staff is very nice and price is good but overall service was very disappointing and really taxed our wedding day timeline. I would recommend spending a bit more money if you want to make sure all goes as planned and you are not late to your event. read more
