Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

The return trip was Junior, also professional. Last week, I flew into New York from Los Angeles with my family for a trip and needed…read moretransportation from JFK Airport to our hotel in Manhattan. When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call. Bravo.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The bus was to pick us up at 10 and he was on time,…read morethe driver seemed cool and we like him. We are about 30 min away from the city normal drive, so by bus we figured an hour tops. We left around 1015 and somehow did not make it to our destination until 130am... The driver went to the complete opposite side of the city near Coney Island and then brought us to another wrong place again!! By the time we got to the club/event we were planning on we decided to not go in because we had 30 min until we had to get back on the bus. So we paid all this money to get to a slice of pizza and get back on the bus... But wait it gets worse... After arriving back to the bus (around 15-18 of us), the driver states his TV is broken and a piece of plastic is broken that holds cups and he is demanding we pay $1500. Keep in mind this piece of plastic looks like it has been glued on 10 times before as it breaks often and they are probably scamming hundreds of dollars for this from others. We also flipped a switch on the control board and magically the TV worked fine (sounds like another scam). After talking on the phone to the owner and coming to an agreement of $300 in damages, we got on the bus and would head back to where we got picked up. Upon arriving at our destination their is about 7 cops along with the owner on the company waiting for us. They called the cops on us for the damage after we agreed to pay $300 and the cops told us that the driver said we threatened him?!?! News to us as none of this happened!!! This is some lies they told the police to aid them in their phony investigation. The cops agreed that the damage was not worth even $100 but we settled on $300 prior. The owner is a liar and a thief. Steer clear of this company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

WOOHOO! AS GOOD AS IT GETS! SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, SMART & AND COMPETITIVE PRICES TOO…read more I rented the Party Bus to take a bunch of 14 year old NYC kids to a pool party in NJ. There were many choices, and my specific requirements were not set in stone. I wanted a rain date, wasn't sure how many people were coming, since my RSVP's weren't back yet. He had several difference sizes of vehicles in his fleet and was most accommodating with all of my ambiguity. I made many calls before I spoke with Keith. He was professional, flexible and I felt truly appreciated my business. There were other companies who when I researched, I found had an F from the better business bureau for a variety of reasons. Keith was on time, agreed to a rain date (thankfully we didn't need that), was flexible to allow us and extra hour and a half, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had a very nice way with the kids, was a very safe driver and his vehicles were spotless and very well appointed. He took the extra time to research that the Puerto Rican parade was on the day of my event and allowed more than enough time for any type of traffic delays. Would highly recommend for any limo or party bus transportation needs and will certainly use him again.

We were expecting some pretty bad weather that weekend, and when I reached out ahead of time to understand their protocols and what we should expect, they were so reassuring and made me feel completely confident going into the weekend. Thankfully, the weather ended up being totally fine! We did a round trip from New Jersey into NYC for dinner, and our driver was fantastic. He was right on time, extremely easy to find, and kept in touch with me throughout the night. He even texted to see if we needed more time at dinner or if we were ready for pickup, which I really appreciated. He was an excellent driver and made the entire experience feel seamless. And the party bus itself was SO much fun! It was beautiful, clean, and in great condition, with waters available for everyone. We hooked up our music, had the lights going, and my sister, her friends, and I had an absolute blast celebrating her birthday. From start to finish, this was such an easy and fun experience. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them!

They caused my sister and bridal party unnecessary stress- I would strongly caution anyone considering King's Car Service for a wedding or special event. We booked transportation months in advance for my daughter's wedding and had multiple conversations confirming the details, including hotel pickups and two transit vans running shuttles at the end of the night. Despite this being clearly discussed and included in the plans, none of it was honored. Instead of the agreed-upon transportation, only one 20-passenger limo arrived. Several guests had to find their own transportation, and some had to pay for Ubers back to the hotel and after-party. I was also charged on the day of the wedding for an additional pickup from the hotel to the venue because I was told guests were still waiting there. Wanting to make sure no one was stranded, I agreed. By the time the vehicle arrived, however, there was no one left to transport. I am now disputing that charge, and despite the fact that no service was actually provided, the company is refusing to refund my money. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to chase them for pictures, pricing, and a corrected contract. The week of the wedding I became so concerned that I drove to the Pearl River office location listed on their website, only to find out from neighboring businesses and security that they had not been there for years. On the wedding day, while trying to enjoy my daughter's photos and ceremony, I was fielding calls from the limo company about pickups and transportation issues. The driver was unprofessional, not properly dressed, there was no champagne as promised, and he seemed unfamiliar with where he was going. This experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the happiest days for our family. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or important event.
