Two days before travel, they send a reminder. Drivers are courteous, friendly, and punctual (yes!). And of course, they're safe drivers. On this trip, Chris picked us up from JFK. He was at the passenger pick up less than a minute after confirming our location. So easy. Then on the way back, Phil called to let us know he had arrived. When you're a solo female traveler and don't have a trusted friend or family member to give you a ride to the airport early in the morning or late at night, Uber, Lyft and local sketchy taxi companies in Westchester are not great options. I found Elite a few years back by the recommendation of a neighbor and they have been my go to for airport service ever since. I pay a few bucks more, but I know when I schedule a pick up at 5:00 am on a weekday, a very courteous driver in a clean, spacious SUV is picking me up on time and getting me to JFK or Newark without any anxiety or fear for my safety. I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response.
