We rented the white vintage trolley from Top Class Limo and had a wonderful experience. They were very responsive to my mother as she booked it, and very thorough on the day of. The trolley driver was very conscientious of my poofy dress and making sure I was mobile and comfortable - he was even the guy arranging my train before I walked down the aisle! Again I am baffled that this company doesn't have 5 stars!! We used them for the limo service for our wedding day a month ago and were so happy with everything. They were so easy to work with from the beginning of the process and were punctual, safe and the driver was so super friendly and professional. I wish I remembered his name (but it has slipped my mind with the wedding day craziness) because he was such a sweetheart and was so helpful for everything, offering suggestions for really cute pictures that we didn't even think about or just being so thoughtful. They cause so problems for my friend (groom)on his big day. At some point he (groom) was wondering where his family members were and if they would be driven to church or not. No help was offered or given by the driver to help fix the situation at all. Sometimes when problems happen you just to fix the issue to make someone happy then figure out what went wrong later. There was no communication either as to whether the family was picked up or not. They also screwed up 2 stops on the wedding day. This should be a hassle and stress free part of the wedding. This was not the case in this situation. Both the bride and groom were not feeling at ease with this company. It really put a damper on my night and first and foremost their special day. Never have I seen anything like this before. I would never use them for myself or family friends. It was a disappointment to watch this all transpire. My wedding along with a lot friends weddings are coming up and I will definitely not be using or recommending this companies services .They even charged $240 extra for the Party Bus and won't refund him after all of the miscommunications...I hope this company can learn from these opportunities and make it right for my friend and his beautiful wife. read more

Lauren was incredibly responsive, worked with us to determine our best options for the best value and was able to get us the vehicle we wanted. Our driver was on time and very nice - even held our umbrellas for the girls and walked us to/from Limo as it was raining and helped me in and out of the car with my dress! Top Class had the right budget but their drivers were completely aloof. On our wedding day my husbands driver and then my driver both asked us for directions on how to get to the church. Imagine asking the bride and the groom in two separate cars the directions to get someplace (not something I wanted to do on my wedding day)! Not sure if the dispatcher didn't give the drivers the directions I printed for them or they just didn't want to look. Other than this the cars were clean and nice. read more

Was just behind one of the trolleys. They look adorable but may also be single handily polluting all of southern Westchester. Awful puff of dark black pollution was spewing out of the tail pipe of this otherwise cute green trolley; as it went bumping down 9A, not exactly the entrance I would want to make to any well meaning event. I notice they service nice high-end locations as well public areas in the neighbouring towns. I also noticed their sign that they have been in business for over 25 years. Their cars are all very impressive and new. Would definitely recommend for weddings, proms, etc., what have you. Another customer told me just last week that she "would only use top class". I have never left a review for anything on Yelp, but I felt I had to post this. I rented a stretch Navigator for my daughter's 16th birthday to ferry 16 girls into the city from Westchester. I can't say enough about Jay the driver. He came early and the car was incredible. He knew exactly how to handle a large group of girls ad he kept in contact with me by phone. He drove them through Times Square and let them have the kind of over-the-top experience that a group of 16-year-old girls want. A few years ago i hired Top class to bring my son and his friends into the city for his birthday. The stretch SUV was crazy fun. The kids loved it! So i decided to hired Top Class Limo's to bring me and my friends into the city for our Christmas Dinner. Six peoples plans tend to change day by day. Lauren was extremely easy going about making adjustments to my contract. The limo was beautifully flawless and the Driver Hans could not have been more tolerant of us "ill behaved" adults. Hans got us to our destination on time and got us home within our 5 hr rental time. Yes, the train would have been faster and cheaper but taking a train into the city is a horrible chore. Made my friend miss the first greeting as being a Newly Wed because driver pulled him aside to discuss charges and time while his wife walked on bus ALONE. Top Class really didn't meet expectations on my best friends wedding. They missed a bunch of stops and were late to picking people up. We used Top Class for our wedding in October 2016. We used one of their classic white bridal cars and their newer party bus. They all came on time and clean. Driving in the classic car with my dad was a great experience and moment! Our driver tooted his horn when we arrived and the group of children were all yelling and waving. The only thing that i wish was the driver had the umbrella out for me quickly. I bee-lined it since it was drizzling. My curls didn't survive the rain run lol The only thing to keep in mind which they tell you is that if you are taking the bigger vehicles they need to take the highways and sometimes a longer route. My cousin recently got married and used Top Class Limo for their transportation. I understand things happen and mistakes are made however it was their treatment by the company afterwards that has me writing this review. A stop was missed/forgotten/late (does it really matter) and both sets of the groom's grandparents, the groom's uncle and the flower girl (my daughter) were not picked up. They all ended up piling into vehicles and driving to the church. A negative review was made on the company's Facebook and a person representing the company (Lauren), responded on Facebook to "stop the BS". It was very unprofessional and reflects negatively on the company. So not only were mistakes made on the day of the wedding but mistakes were made after by the way Lauren responded to the complaint. UPDATE 02/01/17 We had a lot of issues with the service given on the day of our wedding - there were mistakes made that cost us a lot of time and cut into our reception. The original response from the owner was extremely unsatisfactory and the story behind it pretty lame. Lauren Khader finally reached out to us and after a lot of back and forth she made it right. While we can never get what we lost back Lauren at least seemed to understand this and did what was possible. If you're going to use this company deal with Lauren and Lauren only. She is a professional and in our opinion the saving grace in this company. FYI she had left the company when our wedding took place or we believe none of our issues would have happened. Avoid at all costs. The most unprofessional and ridiculous people we have ever dealt with. Where do we start? Driver was "unaware" of which wedding he was picking up so he let a whole other wedding get on the trolley and sit there while my guests asked where theirs was. After a lot of back and forth and US having to call the office he finally got them off and out guest on the trolley - this cost us almost an hour of photo time with our large family - can't get that back. Well it gets worse! He then thinks he has a mechanical issue - calls back to the office where they "panic" (the owner's words) and someone tells him to head back to Yonkers instead of picking up our guests. Oh and they informed NO ONE. So we have guests waiting and no news as to where our transportation is. After frantic calling (ours) they say he is on his way and when he finally shows up - no mechanical problem by the way - our entire wedding is now delayed an HOUR - which means we lost an hour of our reception. Had they just called us and said they had a problem we would have told people to jump in cabs but they are so unprofessional that they contacted NO ONE. The owner apparently had a complete melt down and freaked out. He went out of his way to assure me that he yelled at his staff a lot even though he was on the premises himself. read more

On Wedding day, never got my husbands Grandparents from their house (in our contract) and misinformed my husband about speaking to his parents, stating they told them to forget about picking up his Grandparents. They were 20-25 minutes late picking up my Aunt and 90 year Grandmother who had traveled 6 hours just so she could be at my wedding. As we all know time is of the essence on the Wedding Day especially to church. After all that, wouldn't even budge on helping us with an extra time fee running late with party bus (30mins) to take our pictures. Route taken was questionable to begin with but that's another story. Very disappointed because we really thought we built a better relationship with them throughout our process of wedding planning. My husband and I used this company when we got married, as we were leaving the church ceremony, newly married, on cloud nine, our driver told us that we would owe more money because we were running behind in time. Not carrying about the money at that point, we said totally fine please just charge the card on file or mail us a bill. NOPE! that was not enough...the driver made us get on the phone with the company and we HAD to pay them THAT MOMENT!!!! I tried to explain how rude that was and how we LITERALLY just got married, but they claimed "it is policy." bulls**t! Your "policy" should be to provide customers with the best experience possible. They had ALL of our information on file, and we would have had no problem paying, but the fact that we had to pay it RIGHT as we got in the car, leaving the church to go to our pictures is the problem I have! Rented the Denali limo for my daughter's 13th birthday party- a trip from Westchester County to Manhattan for my daughter and her friends. I called Top Class to book a limo for our daughter's prom. I asked for a white stretch limo and admittedly, hoped for the best because we had waited until the last minute to do this. Lauren Khader worked with me and she couldn't have been nicer. She did not brush me off for the last minute booking (as other car companies did) but handled it all in stride and our reservation was done in a matter of minutes. On the night of the prom a week later, the limo was on time (altogether four pick-ups were done which were not an issue) and absolutely BEAUTIFUL (late-model Chrysler). Our driver, Lyndon, was dressed professionsally (and mind, it was 85 degrees outside), courteous and patient with all the photos we were taking. He kept us on time and we got the motherload of photos to remember the evening. The car was spacious, lit on the inside beautifully, clean, and comfortable. As parents, our children are our greatest commodity and we were very comfortable with them in Lyndon's care. I would not hesistate to use Top Class again in a minute and hope to do so in the future. In my experience, top class was unprofessional and classless. We paid a lot of money for use of the rolls royce princess, which temporarily broke down between our wedding ceremony and reception. This wouldn't have been a big deal, since the car eventually started up again, however, it caused us anxiety, and a delay! Majorly cut into our picture taking time! Here's where the line was crossed, though- we went over our contract time by like 4 minutes and Lauren charged us a late fee!!! They violated the contract terms in the amount they charged, plus they disregarded a grace period she told me about verbally. I tried multiple times to contact them (from our honeymoon & after we got home by phone and email) and the owner John would not get back to me. Lauren said he was busy and he agreed with her charging the late fee. I would honestly love to take them to small claims court but can't afford the time that takes, plus I feel like negative reviews and word of mouth means more than that late fee. We also used their stretch navigator, which didn't fit as many people as they said, but was fine. The drivers were both nice-ish, nothing extraordinary. Overall I will be sure to tell everyone I know who's in need of limos to NEVER use this LOW class company! read more

I am so happy I used Top Class Limo for my after prom! While our actual after prom plans ended up being a total fail, the limo was the highlight of the night. We loved our limo and driver! Hans was great! He came right on time and made our night really special. Even after having a terrible time in the club it was so great to have a limo to take us home and even make a pit stop at a diner nearby, which was not on the list of destinations. Our car was state of the art with tv screens, our own controls on the temperature, lights and partition and water instead of alcohol because it was our prom! I also wanted to thank the ladies working the phones. I only booked the limo four days before the prom and they were so accommodating about it. They didn't even take a deposit and let us pay in cash the night of which was really great! I also called every day, to make sure it wasn't a scam since it seemed to good to be true, and each day the assured me that everything was all set!
