So I call this man back and he pretends he doesn't know anything about my reservation and says that he has nothing dispatched and no taxis available. Clearly from the voice it was the same gentleman. The price was right ($30 dollars for a one way trip or $50 round trip), and the pickup location was very convenient - right outside the Starbucks on Park St. The gentleman that runs this service is a sweet and personable.
