We called the 1800 number when we had collected our bags and the operator explained where to wait for the van, which would arrive in 15 minutes. We made our way to the central roadway and right on time the van turned up and collected us for the 45 min trip to Ridgewood. The trip was safe and comfortable and we paid for our tickets on arrival at the depot. For $29 each, this is a great way to get directly to Ridgewood without having to go via NYC. There is also a park / ride option for those wishing to leave their cars parked in the lot. We will use this service again.
