Our car got broken into. The thief broke the passenger front side window and took off with my wife's valuables. Obviously we could not drive the car without a window as we felt it would invite more vandalism. Called my insurance and the best they could do was next day service. That meant I could not drive my car so I got the phone and started calling shops. Safelite, other shops etc. Took me quite a few minutes to find Car Tech. I explained the situation and they let me know they would check their inventory and call me back. 15 minutes later (or less) they called me back and stated they could do the job that same day. Great sigh of relief. Oh and I said, by the way my wife needs to pick up my daughter at 2:20 from school and it was 11:00 already. He said no problem just bring the car by 12:00 My wife drove the car, they took it apart, installed the new window, settled with my insurance and my wife was out of there by 2:00 as promised. Man it was like a Luigi's pit stop. Fast and with great customer service. Wow, great job. I do highly recommend this shop. If my experience is representative of how this shop works you can't go wrong. Good prices, deliver on time with great attention to the customer. Throughout the years I've taken three of my vehicles to Car Tech and they do a great job every time. I've taken my Honda Accord, Dodge truck, and my 1969 Camaro. I have been more than happy with their work. The Camaro was a total restoration that had rust in many areas and needed a lot of body work. They did an excellent job on it and the car now looks better than show quality.... It came out better than I had ever dreamt it would.... Anywhere I go I get complements on the paint job etc. Car Tech also guaranteed the paint for life which is very re-assuring and they have stuck by their word. Within 2 weeks of getting my car back from them I made about a 4 inch scratch on it while I was working on it. The next day I drove it to them and asked how much it would be to buff it out for me. Hector immediately sent out his guy to fix the scratch. It took maybe 20 minutes and when I went to pay them Hector told me not to worry about it. I was very surprised and also very thankful. They are great people and do great work. Rather you need work done on your daily driver or your classic, Car Tech is the place you want to go because they can do it all. Hector was very professional over the phone and took the time to explain to me my options. Once I took my car to the shop, he further explained the details of the estimate and the process of the repair. He answered all my questions with no hesitation! All the staff were very professional from start to finish... I own a ford focus and was referred to Car Tech after a collision through my insurance. My front bumper was smashed in, my hood was slightly bent upward, and I was unable to open the door on the driver's side. However, after calling Car Tech and speaking to Hector, I was assured that my car would quickly be fixed and sure enough it was (less than a week)! Car Tech had also given me the best estimate which was a bonus! When I picked my car up, it was in even better conditions than it was prior to my accident. My 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo needed some attention. At 10 years old, some shine was lost, the headlights were hazy, the wheels had curb rash and a few dings and scrapes that needed to be repaired. The shop was not the nearest to where I live, but I chose to take my car there after reading the positive reviews online. I am really glad I did. By the time they were done with it, the car looked exactly like the day it left the showroom floor. It looked brand new. The attention to detail and skill of their technicians was incredible. The staff members I came in contact with were very kind and professional. Hector (the owner) initially inspected my car, answered my questions, and gave me a fair estimate in writing. He was attentive and really listened to my requests as to what I needed done. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be going back when any of my cars need body work or detailing. I have a work truck that had its frame and cab bent pretty badly, glass everywhere. Few shops would even take the job, let alone quote something realistic (I was paying out of pocket). I went back and forth with Hector for a bit figuring out exactly what we wanted to do -- he was incredibly responsive and helped find a solution that made sense. When I had an unrelated mishap that caused me to arrive after work hours and needing some help, he gave me a hand in the dark. Totally above and beyond what many others out there would do. The work was turned around very quickly and it honestly looked like nothing ever happened, which was incredible given the scope of the damage. I even got photos and updates while the job was in process. Hector and his team were professionals throughout, their work is excellent, and they didn't try to take me to the cleaners on the price like some other shops did. I couldn't ask for better customer service, all thanks to Hector. The work they did on my car was exceptional and I will definitely use them again if I need any more work done. I did have a couple problems but nothing serious enough to rate them any lower than 5 stars. I had significant damage to the suspension and my rear bumper cover needed work. They restored my bumper and the paint job was perfect. They also did a full auto detail and made my car look good as new. The work they did on the suspension was well done. They did miss a damaged part on their first inspection though. I took it back and they fixed it in a day. Again, great service and Hector worked with me all the way. I also had trouble with the alignment and had to get it re-aligned three times. The fourth time I took it to another tire shop and it's fixed. I can't blame Car Tech for the tire shop they use though. Overall great job guys! Keep it up!! read more

Took my car here after it was stolen and crashed. As soon as I showed up to the shop hector looked at it and gave me a whole run down on what work needs to be done ( also informed me of potential work need after full inspected). He was extremely knowledgeable and obviously knew what he was doing. He sent me home with a sense of comfort as to prior to arriving I had some anxiety. He updated me every step of the way personally and let me know exactly what was going on, answered every question and concern I had about changing the locks and ignition switch. I am so glad to have brought my car here to Car Tech! I had their help with a small bumper issue earlier this year and they were able to fix it and made it look like nothing ever happened. I knew then if I ever needed any car work done to bring it back to them. Later this year we were in a car accident and the tow company asked what body shop to take it to, I called Car Tech right there and then and Hector assured me that they would take care of it. There was a lot of work needed to be done and Hector would always keep me updated with the process. When it was finally ready I was so impressed it looked better than when we bought it. I completely enjoyed doing business with Car Tech Auto body! I was greeted wonderfully by Hector Jr. and Hector Sr.who both took the time to listen to the work I wanted done and then Hector Sr. showed examples of the fine work they do! I brought the fibreglass hood from an 03 Mach 1, which I had prepped, and wanted them to paint the top and underside. I took along a spoiler to which they would match the color. I was extremely happy with the results! This hood is going on a 2001 GT Mustang Convertible show car and it was absolutely gorgeous! Right from day 1, Hector has been extremely helpful and informative. I got into an accident which really damaged my fender and pushed in my front wheel; It was definitely not drivable. Considering that repairing damage from an accident is never fun, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hector and his son were both wonderful. They were professional, prompt and the work they did on my car was amazing. I was trying to keep expenses down, so I asked Hector to just repair my bent bumper and not address the chipped paint on it. Hector is such a perfectionist, he couldn't leave the chipped paint be.
