During the sales process, a salesman repeatedly contacted my minor child regarding the sale of a vehicle. This conduct is inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The sale was ultimately completed by a different salesman who communicated directly with the parent.
After purchase, we began experiencing issues with the vehicle. Initially, I hesitated to question the condition, but after discovering the extent of the problems, there is significant concern that issues may not have been fully disclosed at the time of sale. We ultimately chose to have the vehicle repaired through CarSwap to address these concerns.
During the repair process, the initial quote did not clearly disclose additional rough costs for work performed outside their shop. I was later informed 'they would make it right', but this is difficult to reconcile with how the invoice was presented and documented.
Additionally, I was provided a cost for completed repairs, but at the time of payment I was presented with a different total. I was not informed in advance of any additional work being performed that would increase the cost.
The lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and changes in pricing throughout this transaction raise serious concerns about business practices and customer treatment. I strongly caution others to ensure all communications, pricing, and agreements are fully documented and verified before proceeding. read more
