Why do I have to ask them to actually clean the interior with a detail wash I'm paying $60/mo for? Why can't they do the jobs they are paid to do? Edit: I spoke with the manager and he personally came out to fix what they missed and even brought the employees that did my truck last out to teach them what he wants done and how it should look. I am giving a 4 star rating because the first time I came my experience was fantastic! I believe I paid for the silver package that includes the coating for rain. The service was quick and the inside and outside of my car including tire cleaning exceeded my expectations. Today, when I arrived, the young lady was helpful in explaining their services as well as one of the men that let me know I will be parking my car for the interior to be cleaned. The rest of the people, as my daughter said appeared aggressive and had facial expressions that were unpleasant. For example, after I came out of the bay I did not know where to go as there was not anyone to direct me. A man appeared from nowhere using a rag with a mean look on his face to come toward him. As I entered my vehicle I said thank you. Not one of them acknowledged it nor said thank you for your business. I want to chalk it up to a long day and it is New Years Eve. The reason I may come back is because my vehicle smelled of fresh soap and I am satisfied with the cleaning including my tires. I did not come based on one's personality but how well they do what I pay for. TIP: It may help though if they improve customer relations. Finally, spot checking the bathrooms would be helpful too as the toilet seats have not been tended too. read more

If I could leave a zero stars, I would. That's how I feel right now. First off, it took an hour longer than other Car Spa's I've gone too. I have other things to do with my time, and if I had known, I would have gone elsewhere or done it myself. I've taken it to other car spa's with the same condition or worse even, and it's taken an hour less, literally. I didn't leave until 2.5 hours later...that's how long they took. The last 45 minutes that I watched, the guy was effing around. It's one thing if he was diligently doing his job, but what I witnessed was every two minutes he would clean his cloth and then rub the same areas again and again. For 45 minutes...I finally went over and said stop whatever he's doing, I'm done and taking my car. SECONDLY, I get home, and the attached pictures are what I see. 1000% was not there before. I don't know how he did this, but it's done, and of course, they likely won't cover that because there's no official proof unless I have access to their cameras, which obviously I don't...never going there again, and would never recommend that location. read more

NO MORE 48 HOUR GAURANTEES!!!! Never Again - After 10 years of weekly service! Stay Away! Just go to Spiffy Car Wash... They said they will treat you right - and are literally 1 minute down the street at 4048 Preston Road, Plano, 75093. The Car Spa manager told us the owner could no longer afford to do re-washes the next day due to rain. We literally pulled out of Car Spa yesterday and it was raining on us!!!! We returned this afternoon with our receipt, told the manager what time we were there yesterday, (which is on the receipt) to show that is exactly when it was raining here in Plano yesterday. The Car Spa manager said "yea I know".... he also said he has no authority to honor a re-do even if it rained on us yesterday while we were still there!!!! We have been loyal customers and have come there for 10 years every week with 2 cars! We will never be back and will certainly let others know to head over to spiffy carwash just 1 minute away! The Car Spa manager could not have been more rude! (no power will do that.) GO elsewhere! read more

My review is for the annual state vehicle inspection. Brought both of my vehicles here. No appointment needed. I was the first/only one there for it both times so there was no wait. The process is quick, taking 15-20 minutes. A complimentary car wash is included with the inspection and can be used within 2 weeks. You'll get a receipt with a code on it. The first time it wasn't made clear to me that the wash was free so I didn't utilize it. The car wash is a step up from a gas station car wash. There's an attendant outside who gives your front and rear windows a preliminary soapy rinse before you enter the automated wash. This location is convenient for me and I'll keep coming as long as you guys keep giving the free car wash with the inspection. read more

I was surprised to see such a low rating from this car spa location in Plano when searching for a local car wash. I decided to give them a try and I'm glad that I did. From reading the reviews I noticed that many of the complaints were back from when a different GM named Ryan was at the helm. They have a new GM named Trey and he's awesome. While his initial presence is a bit intimidating due to his height and size (think Viking) his customer service is top notch. I had the fortune of getting him to walkthrough my car cleaning and his staff did exactly what I asked when I chose their $60 cleaning package. They even cleaned out my child's car seat but informed me that I needed to first unlatch the carseat if I wanted the vehicle seat to get cleaned as well. I happily obliged. There's an old adage that says a fish begins to rot at the head. With new leadership in place like Trey, this place has made a complete 180 from the date of when Ryan was the GM. Now in Ryan's defense it could've been bad timing giving the stimulus check days and that not entirely his fault. I will be returning and will use them for future state inspections because it includes a free car wash. Thanks Trey and thanks to your super kind staff for taking care of me. I also enjoyed the waiting area because of the play area provided for my toddler. You've earned yourself a repeat customer for my family vehicles. Keep up the great work! read more

The worst carwash quality, I came to this location for the first time to get my wife's vehicle washed and I left very disappointed, very poor quality, lots of missing spots, wheels were really bad, I ended taking it to another carwash. I noticed that the vast majority of employees including management had no clue on how to perform a basic good carwash, While waiting I watched one of the managers pretending to assist but he was definitely lost(he seemed like a nice guy) but customers don't only need nice, we need nice and knowledgeable. I was shocked when I found that many many people were very dissatisfied with the cleaning results, customer service and vehicle damages caused by the carwash equipment, I should've checked this reviews before. It was okay. The girl at the counter was like leaning against the counter with her arms crossed like she couldn't be bothered. It took a long time, but my car was a mess so that's more my problem. But they left dirty towels in my car and my seats were soaked. We looked around for someone to ask about that and nobody was there so we just left and went home to change. I don't know if I'll go back but it wasn't great and it wasn't terrible. Edit- on my way to work and I should have brought a change of pants. I set a towel on the seat and it's still soaked and seeping through to my clothes. Additionally, my windshield is greasy and hard to see through, and my airbags have been turned off. It had been a few weeks since my car had been washed and vacuumed. It really needed it. I found that the price of a complete detailing was very competitive. While waiting for my car to be finished, I waited inside in a nice and clean lobby. The bathrooms were also clean. The staff was very courteous. My mini van was cleaned through and through. Car Spa damaged my car on Tuesday the 28th of February. Ever since I had been trying to get them to accept responsibility with no luck. The manager John was extremely rude and dismissive when I wanted to show him my car that got damaged by their equipment. He does not value customers and he treats you as an annoyance. Fantastic job! I drive 5 miles a day on a gravel road, and 100 on regular paved roads daily. The dust inside was really bad. They detailed to perfection. They were also able to diagnose why my check engine light was on with their OBD reader and gave me the print out at no extra charge. Great job!! read more

Well they do have a great car wash with vacuuming and detailing being excellent and a nice lobby area. They know their stuff when it comes to that. The service is generally slow and they're not very good at maintaining their equipment as it breaks down often. Also they don't treat their employees well at all as it was my first job there as a teenager. I would get there when my shift was supposed to start and sit on a bench for sometimes 3 hours as one of the vacuuming people and only when they decided they needed me would they clock me in. Then if it slowed down they'd clock me out and I'd be back on the bench. Sometimes I'd be there a full 8 hours and only get clocked in and paid for 3 or not at all and just sent home. Everyone else was either illegal immigrants with fake papers or felons so they couldn't say anything. That has to be illegal. read more

This is the worst place to have your car washed. You are expected to stay in your car, drive it up on the track yourself, stay in the car with no instructions on what to do. They point. Then they tell you to pull in a lane to have the car vacuumed, but the number they tell you to drive to isn't posted. Everyone is rude. No one is friendly. They customer service is poor. I've been here before, leaving regretting my decision. Today, I will regret this for the last time. The Car Spa in Addison is so much better, so it can't just be the company policy.
