Soooo let me preface my review with the fact that I hurt my back a year ago so in trying to look semi decent by having a shiny clean car, this place is great. I don't get interior detail as that I can manage. For $6.99 you get the basic, a pre spray down, then after your car goes through the brush free wash, your car is dried with the super sonic blower at the end and then manually dried. For $9.99 you get a manual brush down of your tires as well, but in my opinion it's not worth the extra few bucks, they don't really clean your rims. I see most of the bad reviews are regarding oil changes, that I do myself as well, so this review is solely based on the exterior wash. read more

I went here to get my car inspected on my lunch break. The whole thing took maybe ten minutes. The waiting area was clean and set up for social distancing. The staff was nice. They do a fair job! One thing is their customer service is awful. From the person when you first arrive they try to up sale you even after you have already chosen the car wash you want. Then at checkout there was two people behind the counter a female and a male that seem to be a manager. Both very unfriendly and they seem To be talking about customers. Do not bring your vehicle here for inspections. I brought my truck here to be inspected on March 7, 2017. They failed it for sensors. I was told to drive it for 80 miles and bring it back. I did and they failed it again. I took it to Knapp Chevrolet and had $600 work done and brought it back to be reinspected. They failed it again for fault codes showing. I brought it back to Knapp Chevrolet immediately and they put it on the machine and there were no fault codes showing and it passed with no problems. When I called to company lain the manager really did don't care. I'm filing complaints with every agency I can. I'm giving bad reviews on every platform I can find. read more

But I've come to this location many times because of its convenient location, and trying to give them a chance but it's gradually gotten worst. I have a problem when I'm paying for a hand dried wash, and the bumper is still wet when they call me out to get my car. Horrible experience. I am not sure why this business is still running. It was my first time here today and I am never coming back. I explained to the gentlemen that I wanted the "express seat treatment". This is a 50 dollar package that includes seat shampooing, an exterior wash and vacuuming. I was told it would take about 40 min which I completely understood. I went inside and sat down near the window, where I was able to watch another gentleman work on my car. I sat there for about 1.5 hours. My seats were NEVER shampooed. I watched him wipe down my car, he just sprayed my seats , wiped them down with a towel and that was about it. I went out there and asked him if he would shampoo my seats and he just nodded but never shampooed my seats. Once he was finished, i went to take a look at my car. My seats were still dirty, a green towel and a bottle of water were also left on my back seat. My carpets were still dirty, it was clear that they half a*** vacuumed my car. No effort whatsoever. I thought about complaining but I did not for three reasons: 1. Both of the gentlemen that I spoke to seemed to be special needs and I did not want to come off as disrespectful 2. I should've read the reviews for this place before coming in. 3. It seems like this place hires a lot of incompetent people, from front desk to the gentlemen outside. Loyal customer turn unhappy customer.... This facility wrecked my car, inside their car wash, as I was in the car, in neutral, getting the $6.00 wash. Apparently the truck in front if my car (on the conveyor belt) jumped off the track, disarming the sensor for mine to stop. So my car continued on the conveyor belt, crashing into the truck in front of me. Immediately tried telling me there was no manager on site and they had no insurance. And then didn't want to tell the woman who's truck I ran into- stating she had no damage to her truck. I found her myself to let her know, and she did require body damage. After a few hours of a run around, police being called etc they finally admitted to being at fault. They then asked me to get 2-3 quotes and they would pay on the lowest. So on my time, I got 3 quotes, from 3 different dealerships, and turned them in. Last week, I was told my check was not available because I had all 3 quotes "buffed". I was lying about the amount of work needed.... Which was not the case. I have tried calling/ left messages for the district manager, Mr Rodriguez, over 10x with no response. I have also left messages at the corporate office and for the CEO...nothing. So a month after they wrecked my car, no solution, no payment, wrecked car!!! BEWARE!!!!! read more

Well I got gas there the correct octane for my car .. and within a day I had to go to the mechanic .. mechanic calls and says what did you put in your car.. I said supreme.. I drive a Benz well 1,700 later in charges car is fixed.. not all of that was due to the gas but a very good amount. The mechanic flushed the engine and took all the gas out he said it was not gas it's almost just rubbing oil. I would love tot have the owner call me and explain . Don't get your gas there . I'm not surprised at their low rating. I went today and got a wash and vacuum. I thought they forgot to vacuum my passenger side and back trunk area so I went back to ask. The lady that vacuumed it came and told me that the fuzz/dirt wouldn't come up and I would have to pay for detailing for them to spend more time on it to get it off the carpet. She proceeded to show me with the vacuum that it wouldn't get it up. She lazily threw the hose on the carpet and quickly removed it. She didn't even let the hose sit on it for more than a second. So, with her lazy vacuuming skills and their useless vacuum, I left with my carpet looking unvacuumed. When I got home, I used a cheap handheld $15 car vacuum from Amazon and it did a much better job than they did. I joined their membership and already canceled it. This place has horrible service, quality of work and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs and buy a cheap handheld vacuum that does a much better job. I included the last pic to show the major difference in before and after the cheap handheld vacuum job I did in just a couple of minutes. DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK DONE AT THIS LOCATION! I went in for a simple oil change on my vehicle. Was told I had two options: a $72 or $59 synthetic blend. I thought this to be a bit high but trusted the gentleman working there. After looking over their pricing sheet as I was checking out, I quickly found that I was only offered the two most expensive oils. After bringing this to their attention, I was told that they simply "recommended what the manufacturer says and i could have selected something different" (even though I was never told). They walked away in silence when I told them how dishonest that was. As you can see from other reviews, this is not the first time something of this nature has occurred. It's a good carwash. Have yet to find an awesome one. I had one terrible experience of my several times I have gone here. The auto windshield wipers were on and they did not tape down my wipers like they do at other carwashes. Needles to say when I got to my car, my wipers had been ripped off and the arms were scratching my glass on my windshield. They didn't seem to want to stop the screechign noise. Part of it was my fault, but they could have turned off the wipers after they had already been ripped off. They just kept allowing the screeching noise! Other than that one experience my car comes out decently clean. They are my go to when I have a cracked windshild. Frank does a great job and he is super courteous. read more

I usually love this place and have recommended it to many people because of the amazing job they do, but today I was very disappointed. I wanted to get the inside and outside of my car done, but the man offering services said there was no way they could do any detailing today because they were backed up. I let him know that I lived very close by, so the wait did not matter to me as I could come back and get my car whenever it was complete. He again mentioned there was no way to do any of their detailing services. It was 12:30 in the afternoon so I'm not sure how there was no way for them to get my car done. Anyways, I settled for one of the more basic packages that included both the inside and outside of the car. Upon receiving my car, there was still crumbs and dirt in very visible places. I have never had a good experience here. This rating is based on my last visit. Pull in needing gas badly. Regular is about a dollar more than the Chevron by my house, seriously a whole dollar or 50% more. First gas pump not working and the second one is as slow as molasses. Should have risked having to push the car to next closest gas station. I can say the place was clean. On a side note never go for state inspection: they fail everyone. I had factory tent, not very dark at that and was failed. My wife had ding not a crack in her windshield and they failed her. read more

These other reviews are out of their minds. This is the best car wash and service you will get for six dollars. Hand detailing done after the autowash and not a single drop left on my car. On this side of town you're not going to get better service for this price. I can promise you that. I have taken two cars here and they scratched the hell out of my car both times. My first car was older and had a couple scratches on it beforehand so it didn't bother me as much but I bought a new vehicle 6 months later and my girlfriend mistakenly brought the vehicle here again and bam again a huge scratch in the side of the vehicle. I was looking for a place to get my inspection and oil change done. Saw a sign for a 19.99 oil change. It got me. What I didn't like was to be lied to. Told him I was going to wait Til I got a coupon for 5 bucks off inspection. He informed me of a new law this year, Which there is a standard cost and there are no coupons. And it's illegal for a business to do that. I have been getting 5 dollar off inspection in the mail still. Second, he told me that i could use the free car wash later when I'm ready rather than today. So I was like great cause I still have a month unlimited car wash somewhere else. Guess what? I went back and the lady spoke to her manager who said, No car wash cause the receipt said 48 hours. Which they give out all the time. But who gets a car wash when they just got one? In addition it's raining season..so good luck. May as well not even put one. Or that is their version of catch 22. The lady was nice enough to try to make it up cause she's just following her orders. Don't use this shop unless you want to be taken advantage of!! I just took my car for a state inspection at this facility. I left my car for the inspection and received a call about two hours later to inform me that the car was ready for pick-up. I walked to the facility (1.1 miles in blistering heat) but when I arrived I was told that the car had failed the test due to damaged wiper blades! I had to purchase replacement blades at Car Spa at an elevated price since it was far too inconvenient and time consuming to drive to a vehicle parts shop and return for a reinspection. Car Spa fitted the new blades and passed the state inspection but to add insult to injury, when I tried using the wipers there was no fluid left in the washer bottle - they didn't even refill the fluid!! read more

When confronted, the manager ,Magiber, said we couldn't prove they did it and that we could pay them to fix it. Worst car wash I've ever been too ... let me start by saying do yourself a favor and don't bother tipping the guys because once you have 5 minutes to look at their work and begin to notice all the flaws, you'll later feel like a fool for actually tipping them for the at best, mediocre, job they did. I've been here 4 times simply because I live right behind them so it's convenient, but I've never been impressed and every time I've had to point out numerous problems that a blind man could of seen. I figured if I kept coming they would do a better job since I was becoming a loyal customer, well I was wrong, it only got worse. The final straw was last time when they 100% independently solicitated me for a $13 upgrade which I agreed too, then didn't do the work. I told the guy at the end I paid for the interior up grade and it wasn't done and he took such a disrespectful tone with me that my boyfriend felt the need to get out of the car and tell the guy he needs to watch how he handles me.
