Had an outstanding experience at Car Source, received incredible customer service from beginning to end, along with great workmanship. The communication was excellent - the office was very prompt, easy to reach, and clear. Matt and Andrew were above-and-beyond nice. The replacement of my windshield took just a few hours while I waited in the sitting room, and I'm happily back on the road, good as new. read more

This was by far the best autobody repair experience I have had in the 37 years since I got my driver's license. They communicated diligently with me, did great quality control (including having some work they weren't satisfied with by their third parties redone), were transparent about timing, and produced my car in perfect shape. They dealt with my insurance company for me, and they made everything easy. They are now my go to autobody shop, even if I hope it's a bit of time before I need them again. Thank you! read more

I have Lamborghini doors on my MR2 Spyder. For over a year one of my doors was misaligned and had issues closing, and recently I had the driver-side window smashed during a break-in while I was parked in DC. I called and talked to Mike who was extremely helpful and told me to bring it in. Mike and Darwin are the guys who took care of me with the repair. They were very thorough, adjusted both doors (it is hard to find a shop experienced enough to work on them), aligned my new window, touched up the paint, cleaned my car after, and even coordinated with a local tint shop that Darwin offered to take the car to afterwards to get the tint done without me having to go myself. They have everything on my car perfect again - they know what they are doing and pricing was very fair and honest. Highly recommend the shop and Darwin and Mike (also Milton, one of the mechanics). read more

Exemplary work. Outstanding. I brougjt myb mini van in for some body work and Mike have me wuote via yelp ap and got back to me right away on a Sunday which was very impressive. Most body shops would not give me a price over phone. Furthermore , he also gave me an estimate of time for completion of the Bodywork. I brought my car in the next day. His price was less than other shops quoted and it's timeline for completion was less than the other shops as well. He was very meticulous about communicating with me throughout the whole repair process. I am very happy with the quality of the work and recommend him highly without any reservations. Please see after and before pictures. read more

Car Source Collision is a first class body repair shop. Shawn was very helpful, customer service was excellent. And Andrew sent me a detailed quote that afternoon. I also noticed that they had many cars under repair in their surprisingly large shop. For insurance repairs, I would highly recommend Car Source Collision Center. Pete from Bethesda. read more

Looked on Yelp for rim repair shops and came across Car Source. After a quick conversation with the owner, Mike, we arranged a date to bring the rims in. I brought them in and we ended up changing the initial idea of just repairing the curb rash to repairing and painting them. Mike kept me updated along the process and when I picked them up they looked immaculate as if they came straight from the factory! His technicians went the extra mile to put tire shine on as the cherry on top of the already very professional job. Will definitely be returning to get more work done! read more

My brand new car got into a hit and run a few months ago, where the drunk driver fled the scene. Due to the pandemic and stay at home orders, I never got around to fixing my car. I finally decided it was time to fix the giant dent on the side of my car, so I submitted quote requests to over 20 body shops in the DMV area to get an estimate of how much it would cost me. Car source offered me the best price by far, so I decided to drive out to Gaithersburg from DC- it was well worth it. They fixed my car in less than two days and it looks as good as new. They even fixed some other damage for free and washed my car before I picked it up. The service was great, everyone was really friendly and kept me updated on the status of my car. Highly recommend coming out here if you can. read more

That's when I found Car Source Collision Center. WOW! They were responsive, quick, and took excellent attention to detail. I would highly recommend working with them! I had someone back into my Jeep Cherokee and had some deep scratches and dents on my rear bumper. I decided to use Yelp to help me find a repair shop nearby. I received several e-mails but the first one was from Michael from Car Source who stated he could take a look at the bumper and give me an estimate on the damage. I took my Jeep to him the next day and he gave me some options but I decided to have the bumper replaced. Michael called two days later to tell me the bumper was in and was able to see me the same day and replaced it. The bumper looked great and the cost was very reasonable. From start to finish Michael and his team had outstanding customer service. I have recommended Car Source to my family and friends. read more

It's never fun having to use the services of a body shop! It means your car was involved in an accident; it means money out of your pocket; it means being inconvenienced by not having your car; in short, it's just painful! I can say, however, that the Car Source Collision Center, tries it's best to make it less painful. My wife and I are very satisfied with the service and honest, warm and friendly customer service we experienced at the Car Source. The work on our car was done on time and rather quickly. Even better, the final bill was less than the estimate quoted. The owner, Michael Shirvani, took plenty of time explaining what needed to be done and why. I hope we never need to use a body shop again. But if we do, we will use the Car Source Collision Center. read more

I had a small dent on my passenger side door. And I had just bought my car 2 weeks before. I felt incomplete. I was so Thankful when Aaron Banks recommended me to Car Source. I spoke to Shawn he was very welcoming. I had an appointment at 9 on a Thursday. I was able to drop my car off with Hilda as soon as I got there. I went to eat at Gardenia's Cafe, which was also beautiful and came back to them washing my car. The dent was out and my car looked brand new again. Thank you all for the help. read more

I was recommended to Car Source Collision Center when someone hit and run my vehicle. Upon arriving I was greeted by the friendly staff at Car Source. I had informed them of what occurred to my vehicle. Mike, came out to look the damage. He gave me different options on what he could do and what he recommended. ( I was paying out of pocket for the damage. ) Mike wrote me up what the damage would cost and I can honestly say that it was much better than what many other shops had quoted me. Car Source had my vehicle for 3 days for the repair. When I got the vehicle back, I couldn't tell it had any damage what so ever. Mike went above and beyond and touched up small dings around the car as well. I highly recommend Car Source Collision Center to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired. I did my research and went to 34 other body shops for a small repair on a new luxury vehicle. Not only was the quote from Car Source half the price of the others body shops, I literally could not tell where the work had been done. Yes this business deserves a "WooHoo! As Good As It Gets!! " That's my Maserati in their photos and I plan to take my Bentley here for s little paint touch up as well. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I am a car guy (very meticulous when it comes to my car) and I gotta say these guys are the best! Mike went above and beyond for me in dealing with the insurance company. I got my rear bumper ran into 1 month after buying my car, insurance company wanted to repair the existing bumper on the car, Mike generated a report and submitted to the insurance on why the bumper should be replaced and not repaired. Unfortunately, my rear window of my Honda CRV was smash to pieces. I checked out many of the regular 24 hour repair sites. All of which were many days wait to even get close to having it looked at. Chris the owner of Car Source Collision Center and his team were absolutely phenomenal! From the first moment I spoke with him on the phone, I knew he was honest and would take care of it without any issues. No hidden agenda or surprise cost additions. He took care of my window exactly for the price he quoted and in the period he told me he would get it done in. He also had my car washed and polished before I got there. Hilda his manager was amazing as well. Also, all the technicians were very pleasant and patient. My rear window looks just like it did when I bought the car brand new. Do yourself a favor and call him without reservations to take care of your prized vehicles. This is undoubtedly the only place we will go back to or refer our friends to. The short story is that I absolutely recommend this shop. The long...I took in my Acura MDX because I wanted to get some scrapes and dents removed and also for a full detail. The SUV was really beginning to look its age and I wanted it to be refreshed. I met Mike at the shop and I have to say, he is amazing to deal with. Extremely attentive and can always be reached. These are extremely important characteristics. Mike gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable and told me that it would take a day and a half to complete. So I dropped the car the next day. He gave me a call at the end of the day to tell me about the progress and confirmed that I could pick it up the next afternoon. The next day he called me late morning and told me that my car would be ready in the afternoon. When I went to pick up the SUV, I was amazed. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. He even reconditioned the headlights which now looked brand new. All the dents were gone and the scrapes were fixed with well-matched paint. I was blown away. The inside was pristine including all the nooks and crannies. I was extremely satisfied and this is the shop I will be visiting for all my bodywork and detailing needs. Mike is truly great to work with. read more

Highly recommended! I work in the auto industry and have dealt with several body shops in the area and this is by far my favorite. I have been sending vehicles to them for body work regularly for the last year or so, and I've yet to be disappointed. Mike is fantastic to work with and is very friendly and communicative. They've been able to handle anything I bring them - from major damage to minor dings and scratches. Best of all they do great quality work quickly and for a competitive price - I've never once had to second guess an estimate they gave me. In fact I've been so pleased with their work that when someone backed in to my personal car, Car Source was my first call. My car has a difficult metallic color to match and they made it look like the factory finish - even I was surprised. I've been recommending Car Source to everyone -including friends and family (and now Yelp!). read more
