Never going to have any vehicle serviced here again…read more Ever since my Toyota Highlander Hybrid (VIN: JTEEW41A682002477) suffered major engine failure, I've completely lost trust in this dealership's service department. I relied on the information and inspection reports provided to me during routine maintenance visits, only to later discover that serious issues with my vehicle were apparently overlooked or never properly communicated. At every oil change and service appointment, I received inspection reports filled with green check marks across the board, giving me the impression that my vehicle was in good condition. Looking back now, it feels like there was far more concern for selling overpriced services than actually ensuring the long-term health of my vehicle. By the time I realized something was seriously wrong, it was too late. My Highlander Hybrid eventually developed engine knocking caused by internal binding that interfered with engine rotation, and the P0A0F code appeared. That was the last day the vehicle was drivable. Now it sits at a shop lot while I try to figure out my next steps. Because of this experience, neither I nor my friends or family will be bringing vehicles to this service center again. Very disappointing experience. Never again.

This place is a mess. Avoid this place at all costs…read more We took our 2009 Jeep Wrangler here for a service issue. It kept going into limp mode. After describing the issue we were having, they took it in and did their "typical diagnostics" on it and presented us with a service write-up of just over $7,000 in repairs, the majority of which was just replacing gaskets and seals, and they also told us we needed to replace the clutch as well. None of this would cause the limp mode issue we were having, and on top of all of that, we had already replaced the clutch just 6 months earlier. After talking with "Dave", our service writer, he kept telling us that "all of these little issues can cause one big issue" and that we needed to do all of them to actually pinpoint the issue. So basically "Throw over $7,000 at it in the hopes that we can locate the problem after that". I spoke with another service writer on one of Dave's days off and that service writer was equally baffled as to why nothing on the write-up addressed the limp mode issue. Upon speaking with Dave again, he stated that the tech was unable to replicate the problem. But they never mentioned anything about our brake light being on, which has been on for about 6 months. Or the TPS light being on, which I know is on because the wheels with the TPS sensors are sitting on the side of my house. I'm not sure how they ever took it for a test drive without seeing both of those lights on, but somehow they didn't mention anything about those. This place is horrible, the service department is basically trying to force you into anything they can to get extra money out of you and not even addressing the issue you bring it in for. You'd think the dealership would know how to fix their own vehicles, but this place has no clue what they are doing, aside from gouging you for more money. I would give zero stars if Yelp would let me.

Jake Fuller in the finance department is a con artist. Almost everything that came out of his mouth…read morewere lies. He asked me if I needed the maintenance package for oil changes. I said no because my husband does that for me at home and he somehow managed to slip that in and my husband noticed it when I got home. He did dupe me into getting warranty but next day we went in and canceled it which he told me that I could do. He told me that he would send the refund check for the warranty to the bank which I've been waiting and never happened. I would email him every so often and he would make up lies on why it wasn't sent yet and in the meantime I'm accruing interest that I have to pay. End of January is when he said he will send the refund and it's already mid April. Last time I talked to him a few days ago he said the check has been sent a long time ago that he doesn't know anything about it but when I called and talked to another Finance guy today he said the check has never been sent that it will be sent today or tomorrow and he apologized. There were so many other lies, like big lies that I have proof of because I kept all of our email correspondence and I will be taking this to the Attorney General's office. I do not recommend South Tacoma Mazda AT ALL! Rachel was the car salesman I dealt with and she assured me that Jake is honest and transparent but that was a lie. They all work together.

I drove over an hour each way to this dealership after making an appointment and already going over numbers with the salesperson. I came in with financing figured out and was fully prepared to move forward pending a test drive and final look over of the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told someone else had just taken the car for a test drive, so we waited for it to return. After waiting around, the other customer decided to buy it, and the dealership sold the vehicle right out from under us. What I don't understand is how someone who walked in after us was able to jump ahead in the process when we already had an appointment and were actively working the deal. It felt like a complete waste of my time and very disrespectful to serious buyers who had already done the work ahead of time. This kind of business practice does not sit well with me ethically, and because of this experience, I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership!

I bought a car August 1st, 2018 from AJ and Eli over at Northwest Autoloan. Great all around…read moreexperience at first, they financed me had me in a car that they said had just been serviced and even had the oil changed for me that day across the street. (Pretty cool, right!?) That was the end of the good, once the car left the lot all professionalism or even common courtesy left with it. To make a long story short(and so it will fit into this review) here we go: On August 7th 6 days after buying the car I was driving down the highway and the car seems a little funny so I was going to pull off at the next exit. As I get off the whole car turns off and I luckily coast into a parking lot. I do a quick check under the hood and determine that I will not be able to drive it home. I have it towed home around 3 in the morning. The next morning August 8th I call AJ, the owner and he tells me he will call back around 1230. (This is the last he answered or took my calls) No call or call back. I would receive scattered texts and promises to call but no real solution or faith that one would be reached. I had the car towed to the local Goodyear and they said it is hydro locked and needs a new engine (this can't happen in the six days I have driven the car). I checked the oil and all fluids daily(again only had the car 6 days) because it was a used 2003. I also placed cardboard under it when parked at home to see if there where any leaks. There was some leaks, but nothing that indicated a catastrophic loss like this! And now today August 16, 2018 over a week since the car broke down and only 2 weeks after I bought the car he finally decides to call me(only after changing my review on Facebook and calling everyday for over a week). He tells me that he calls me on "his time and his schedule". No sense of urgency or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
