Not only did the guy manning the phone know what part was needed, but they had it in stock. We made an appointment for that day. Upon arrival, I'm greeted by Joseph, my tech. He made an upsell attempt but I declined, and I noted the price (labor included) for the five-star camera rig we wanted to set me up with, which was pretty good. (I was installing a front-only model a rung or two lower) After the manager took me to a spot to eat while Joseph worked on my car, I returned to a setup that looked even better than I thought. My setup was well-threaded and practically invisible, and was an easy setup with my hardware devices. After completing setup, and giving feedback I paid the bill, which was decently manageable compared to market (certainly not the lowest or even midpoint, but for the quality of install I'd gladly put another camera in just to get another slick setup (which he showed me as we were wrapping up, both location and routing...dude is as sharp as he's laid back) It should be noted that even with a customer who did not purchase their in-house stock, the job ended up just as professional as it would have been had they selected all the parts. They also have quite a few examples of their workmanship they'd be happy to show you if you ask. Can't go wrong with high volume and high skill. I was shocked there were no other reviews. Not anymore. 10/10 Stars.

They showed me that the cables were plugged into the outputs instead of the inputs! Rick Smith blew my brand new amp and he isn't even going to pay for it!! He screwed me and my kids out of $500!!!!! Amazon only covers warranty for 30 days and now I am screwed out of all my money! Audiophile sold me a larger amp for less money than Amazon and it has a 2 YEAR warranty!! Audiophile felt bad for me they installed the new amp for free!! Audiophile also gave me an itemized receipt which Rick refused to do. Even his own employee told him that he thought they were marking those amplifiers wrong, so they upgraded me.I came back a week later for the exact same situation, and the owner told me I had a warranty for however many amplifiers got burnt out and just told me to bring the vehicle in. I did, but after working on it without telling me beforehand, he tried to charge me $1,160.Also, all those positive reviews on here are fake and written by people associated with him who are trying to harass me. But I'm happy they did, because I now have Police Internal Affairs and the Greene County Prosecutor involved. He physically assaulted my wife, broke my phone, and took it into a back room, but he called an officer he knows personally, which is why he didn't get arrested on the spot--though he did get charged.Furthermore, he is going to hop on here and lie, claiming I'm a thug and a drug addict. He even lied in his Google reviews, claiming I got a charge for "assault on a 60-year-old," and that this was added to a charge from last year for the same thing, resulting in a long prison sentence. If that were true, what am I doing free? I am completely willing to take a drug test right now, and if there is even one tiny bit of a hardcore drug in my system, send me to prison. I have never tried any hardcore drugs. Before you come on here lying, post the whole video from inside your store since you have the entire interaction recorded. He didn't get arrested because he is on the Greene County Board and the Chamber of Commerce. When I dropped it off they said 2 or 3 hours. At 11:30 they said 45 more minutes. I didn't get my car back until after 1pm and burned 2 hours of vacation waiting on them to finish. A realistic expectation would have been nice and I would have made different plans. Never again. I'll drive to Springfield for the next one. Update. They had to take out car seats and never told me. They only clicked outside latches so they looked buckled. Assholes. 3 of 3 seats not strapped in. If they can't do that right don't let them touch your dash or door panels.
