I am very pleased with this company! I was in need of a new stereo system, an oil change, new brakes and new tires. They gave me the best price of any other business by about 35%. I was thrilled! I checked with 3 other businesses first and compared prices and product quality. Carmil and Creative audio were rude to me and their price quotes were Ridiculous! I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Then I went to a new business called carmil car audio. I didn't stay long. When I arrived there were two angry customers trying to speak to the owner and he wouldn't come out to face them. Apparently the owner broke the door panels on her brand new car and they wouldn't fix them. When he finally came up front she asked where her back seat was. She showed the other angry customer how they punched holes in her leather back seat with long screws. One of the screws cut her baby's arm! The other angry customer said a mechanic discovered that Carmil cut the wires to his power windows and door locks. He was shocked when they refused to take responsibility for the damage. He was even angrier at how they tore the seat and broke the door panels on the woman's new car. I left. My coworker told me to call Audiophile instead. This was a good experience. I learned that they are the oldest and most successful audio store in the Ozarks. As soon as I arrived, they offered me a bottle of water. Very nice! They patiently answered all my questions. They offered me a one year trade-in program which ensured my satisfaction with the stereo purchase. They allow up to five upgrades a year. I really like that because you can never be dissatisfied with any product you buy. The best part is that their prices were 35% lower than the other shops! That is a big savings! They saved me $285 on my stereo and remote start! I could not be any happier with their business ethic. This a five star business. BEST Service. BEST Quality. BEST Value! They are mature professional gentlemen who are kind and considerate. They don't give off the used car salesman vibe like the other shops. They don't have commissioned salesmen so that was nice, They were relaxed and not pushy at all. I'm handing out all their business cards to my clients and I am sharing their Facebook posts. More people need to know about this business! I read the bad reviews written before mine and there is No way they are legitimate. I recognize the names of three of the reviewers. I was at the sentencing hearing for one of them. It's a shame that the good people at Audiophile have to put up with bottom-feeders. I'm sure the other stores already showed them the door. Audiophile's staff is too kind and too willing to help out people who are up to no good. They guarantee the lowest prices and have lifetime warranty on their products. And the fact that they allow you to trade in your merchandise 5 times a year is very generous. I can see why their competition would post bad reviews. Audiophile is getting all their business! She and her ex got arrested for vandalism of property in Fair Grove. She didn't know she vandalized a cop's family's property. Then she got in with a 'car club' which is all over the local news when members were arrested and charged with sexual crimes. Google it. Makes sense. Julia is a well known whore in Buffalo. She will "do" anything anytime if she can get some weed for it. Savannah is Julia's lesbian partner and a meth addict. In her review she says "she can definitely tell it's on the west side of town." I went to Audiophile for auto repairs and a new stereo system at the urging of two coworkers. They told me I would love it. They were right. These are very professional gentlemen. They saved me $800 over the dealership on my transmission and another $600 on my stereo system. They gave me two gift cards, one for each job, and a free remote start for my car. Nicest guys ever! Now, I read the 3 or 4 yelp reviews on Audiophile and I am convinced that these were written by young people who work for their competition. They copy and paste their hate speech all over the internet so its obviously an attack on this company. Anyone who reads these knows that they are totally fake reviews. Two of the reviews were so fake they misidentified Audiophile as being on the west side of town.The other one referred to a scumbag guy and his wife/girlfriend. Audiophile doesn't have couples or women employees so the reviews are all fake. Looks like jealous competitors to me. The four men I met were perfect. They are friendly and make everyone feel at home. The huge savings they offer is amazing. I won't go anywhere else. Final thoughts: I read several articles about Yelp being under investigation for fraudulent trade practices. I saw like 50,000 people in a group that has a class action lawsuit against yelp for publishing only negative fake reviews and blocking all the good reviews. Yelp is the cesspool of the internet. This company impressed me and my husband with their strong, confident character and their exceptional knowledge. They have much more going for them than the other area automotive shops. Geoff is the kindest person we have met yet. No pressure tactics like the other stores, presumably because they don't have pay commissions to salespeople. Most of all we like the charity work that Audiophile does in the community. Their philanthropic work speaks volumes about who they really are. I can't think of too many other small businesses paying winter utility bills or building new homes for the less fortunate. I read some of the one star reviews and they are obviously fake. I recognize the names of two of the young people that wrote them. One has spent time in the D.O.C. and the other is awaiting trial. These are not credible people. Unfortunately this is a problem with the internet. Anyone can make up anything, I would encourage potential customers to disregard the bad reviews. Audiophile is THE BEST automotive and audio shop you or I will ever experience. They hold multiple world records in SPL competition and even more national titles. There is no audio store in Missouri with their acumen. Not even close. Iopened their Yelp profile and saw 24 reviews. Eighteen of twenty-four reviews are 5 Star reviews. 6 are 1 star reviews. I recognize the names of the houligans who wrote the fake reviews. Each of them wrote reviews after being removed from the store for various crimes. They were prosecuted and wrote fake reviews in revenge. Predictable. AUDIOPHILE has been in business for 30 years. They have a glowing reputation in the community for their charity work and their philanthropy. They are an asset to the world as well as the community. Very pleased with the service. Honest people. Owner was very helpful figuring out what was best for my farm truck I like good sounding music when I'm hauling livestock or just building fence . I told him what I wanted to spend and he gave me several options. I've installed my own stereo equipment for years. So I know quite a bit about stereo equipment. I would've known if they were just trying to push me into buying more than what I needed. I had an issue with an amp I had previously bought at walmart . I called the service tech Dallas 4 times interrupting what he was doing yet he was friendly and very helpful that says alot about the kind of folks they are. I returned the amp to Walmart and took the cash and went back to audiophile and purchased a much better amp for almost the same price!! I called Dallas and told him what I was needing the amp for. General management, who I believe is Jeff, is now responding to reviews by calling them fake and referring to people as "thugs." That wording is completely unprofessional and, from my perspective, especially inappropriate considering we are Brown. For the record, my fiancé was not arrested. He is at home with me and his children. So the statement claiming he was arrested is false. I also stand by what I said about what happened to me. I was physically struck, I had visible bruising, my acrylic nails were broken, and police responded. I have photos and documentation from the incident. At this point, we are preserving everything, including these public responses, because this matter is being handled through the proper legal channels. I love these guys! I was recommended by a friend who is a car audio competitor. He told me Audiophile is the best and he was right! They saved me almost $600 from my quote from creative audio! They also replaced my struts and shocks and brakes and rotors for about half the price of the garage I've been going to. Dallas, Chris, Jason and James are very helpful and as honest as can be. I am very impressed with how clean the installation was. Everything was so neat and clean! They are so good at their work that we have made Audiophile our permanent home for all of our automotive needs. After having bad experiences with the other audio shops in town, I finally found a place that treats us right. Honesty and integrity is how I define Audiophile. I bought a touchscreen radio from them with the warranty a few days after hooking it up someone broke into my car and tryed to take my radio. In the process it ended up shorting it out. I took it back into the store to get it fixed or replaced and it's been almost a month and there saying I have to pay more money to get it fixed and sent back to me. I already paid extra money to have it shipped to the company. Now they want 100 dollars more to get it fixed and sent back. After telling him to just send it back to me, no one will answer my calls or when I do talk to someone I keep getting the run around. I highly dont recommend this place. He talks in circles to avoid answering questions, he does not know the equipment in his show room, his markup is ridiculous, he trash talks other shops and to top it off my total was 60.03 the tax rate in Springfield is 8.1%...... Somehow the tax came to $20.25. When I asked him about that he sat their and belittled me and said "would you like me to print off a city tax explanation for you?"
