I didn't want to go back to my lease dealership since they thought I had "buyer's remorse" when my car broke down with less than 5,000 miles on it. I went to another Kia dealership where they basically told me that what I wanted wasn't possible at the price I wanted. So I promptly moved on and we found Cronin. Unfortunately the car I wanted was gone by the time we got there (completely my fault. I forgot to confirm that we were coming) so I test drove a different car. It was great and I fell in love immediately. We worked with Micheal who was very patient and helpful the whole time. He and Richard helped us figure out exactly what we need and what we don't. Both were very upfront with us about where the price was coming from and how it make the price something we could afford. This is one of the few car dealerships that don't make you feel like a piece of meat in front of hungry lions. The dealers aren't commission based so there's so extreme competition or unfair treatment. This is one of the best dealerships in the area. I can't recommend them enough.

I saw my car in transit a few weeks ago and asked about it online. From that moment until delivery, Patrick communicated constantly with status updates and got all of my paperwork in order. It was the shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a finance manager's office. This is a small family business and I wish they all could run like this. I kept waiting for something to be slipped in on the finance paperwork. Some VIN etching they already did. Some underbody rust coating. Some extended warranty I don't need. All of the usual dealer tricks. It never happened. I paid the exact amount they quoted from in the very beginning. I've bought Chevy for years but now I have a dealer I would make my first stop when looking for the next new car.

Never returned a call for a quote for tires and acted like "oh well, we don't care" when we went to the oil change. Car wash was not working. Not even confident they did change the oil/service the vehicle. One person working - and he was sent over from the Ford dealership. Certainly not the experience I would have had with Hirlinger. Very sorry they are no longer the owners. I'm looking for a new vehicle, it won't be from them.

Enclosed is a summary of events that I am hopeful you can use in an effort to protect the public…read morefrom the bad business practices of a used auto dealer in Ohio. Weinle MotorSports dba Michael J's Auto Sales uses the term "AS IS" to sell unfit vehicles without any regards to the safety of the public or concern for the financial well being of its customers. It is my opinion that Weinle Motorsports disgraces all other used car dealerships in Ohio I purchased a 2002 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCab from From Weinle Motorsports online and it was delivered by trailer to my home in Kentucky. This Vehicle was unfit to drive on due to the numerous safety issues which include : 1) The rear brake line was rotted and crimped closed and the master cylinder did not hold fluid. 2) The wheel Bearings were so Bad that the wheel on the right side Wobbled. 3) The fuel filter leaked fuel and sprayed high pressure aerosol fuel which is a fire hazard. 4) The tires were dry rotted which created the possibility of a sidewall blow out. 5) The Emissions Control Systems were tampered with and had No Catalytic Converters. The exhaust Manifolds were covered in some kind of plastic epoxy to quiet the noise of faulty and leaking exhaust. Only 2 of 8 studs were intact on the right side of the engine. 6) Michael Weinle in a previous text message stated that he did a tune up and another time said he put on a muffler. This is absolutely not true. . Also Injector No 1 was unplugged to prevent blow-by of the Manifolds. I very much understand the term "As Is Where Is" and I was just fixing all of the problems I have described and many more which I have not described, until I understood what was done to the manifolds. This was a purposeful attempt to deceive me or any buyer of this truck. The manifolds can not be seen easily and it takes the removal of the inner fender wells to get to this area. This dealer cheated, and when combined with all of the safety issues, it paints a pretty good picture that he did in fact create a substantial risk to human life. This vehicle was sold to drive on the road, sold to an unwitting consumer ,and it's not just the consumer at risk but everyone else who drives at close proximity to this vehicle. Yes, accidents happen, but this dealer is profiting and increasing the statistical probability of accidents by his bad business practices. I spent a whole week trying to work out this with Michael Weinle and Mr. Weinle responded by calling me vulgar Names. In a conversation with Mr."Tory," one of the employees of Weinle Motorsports, I commented that Mike Weinle just started yelling at me and it seemed to me he did too much cocaine. Mr "Tory" responded "uh-huh yep that's him". I feel I must include this information because it is relevant to the character of the dealership. It seems that much more may be wrong at this dealership than just a bad car here and there. I have a complete transcription of the text messages between Michael Weinle and myself as well as a complete parts replacement list which includes some specialty tools that are specific to the repairs that I performed along with a timesheet for hours of labor. I am not currently in a business that repairs for profit although I am a qualified mechanical technician who owns a registered company in Kentucky with an hourly rate of 85 dollars per hour. It was suggested that I could suggested possibly return this truck for a complete refund by exerting legal pressure upon the dealer. I cannot and must not pass this problem along. If I just returned this truck there is the possibility of it being resold "as is" all over again. The person I am today will not entertain that kind of action. What I would like first and foremost is the protection of the public by means of withdrawing his business licenses. Secondly, I would like to see fines and financial consequences against this company. Finally I would like to see my own compensation for the damages and repairs that were mandatory for me to safely drive this truck, and I would like to see that if others had complaints for issues, that they too could be compensated for their losses. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKD2Vl-n2MY&feature=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yq53ekBacM&feature=youtu.be
