We will continue to strive in making your car buying experience a relaxed, fun, and stress-free process." Count us among Gary's new-found friends and endorsers. In our case, we had an unusual set of transportation needs. We were looking for a high-end RV to support our plans for cross-country roadtrips. Suffice it to say that our needs didn't match the typical run-of-the-mill item in Gary's inventory. But, leave it to Gary to find what we were looking for... A beautiful, previously owned, low-mileage, pristine condition, Mercedes/Airstream RV! Who could have imagined?!? It has proven to be the ideal vehicle for us and we love it!. This is a great illustration of the lengths Gary will go to in order to make new friends and satisfied customers. We managed to conclude a transaction for the RV quickly and easily. Gary and the other members of his team were very helpful and wonderful to work with. Gary is very personable and plain-spoken in helping to find the right vehicle at the right price. We very quickly felt at ease with Gary and the sense that we were working with a trusted friend. Based on our experience with Gary, we're confident you'll have a similar experience. Though we live in the Washington, DC area, we plan to return to Gary's Community Auto the next time we need a car and I'm sure he'll find just the right thing for us once again. Happy car shopping!

They were the only used car dealership that we didn't get the creepy "used car dealer" vibe from. I Highly recommend them. However, if you are financing through them be aware that they don't seem to understand interest rates, apr, and terms very well, so do your own homework.

I had a terrific experience buying a used Toyota RAV4 at Grace Auto Sales this week. When I chose the less expensive model of the two cars I was considering, Soto never tried to convince me to buy the pricier model. He agreed that the one I chose seemed to be the right fit. Soto and all of his colleagues were pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was laid back yet efficient. It's very important to me to support local businesses and a bonus when the business is family-owned. It's refreshing to be in the presence of folks who seem to enjoy their jobs and one another. I will update this review if anything goes wrong with the car. Otherwise, assume I'm a happy customer. NOTE: I suggested to the owner that he consider doing away with the scented candle that was burning in the front office. I made the point that while the candle smelled nice enough, many folks (myself included) are very sensitive to fragrances (as evidenced by the booming market of fragrance-free products). The owner received my feedback good-naturedly enough, but left the candle burning as he walked away. Meanwhile, I had to excuse myself, go out to the car and take an antihistamine, before I could return inside to complete the transaction because multiple chemical sensitivity is a real thing and those of us who have it spend extra time and money to avoid being overwhelmed by the off-gassing of scented products and services. I wonder how many folks complain about not having a scented candle burning when they shop for cars. ;-)

In addition, since my divorce my credit score leaves a bit to be desired. New Millennium was recommended to me this morning. I made an appointment to meet with Mr. Bookheimer who called to confirm and inform me of the documents needed to begin the auto buying journey. Mr. Bookheimer immediately made me feel comfortable on the phone speaking about the circumstances of my credit as well as giving me guidance on factors that could aid in loan approval. When I arrived at New Millennium I was immediately greeted by the team and shown around the vehicles available. After choosing my new love I was painlessly walked through the application process, approved for a loan, and signed all necessary paperwork. The anxiety I had going into this process was immense but by the time I left New Millennium I felt like part of the family. I can never thank this team of amazing people enough and would recommend New Millennium Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a new car, priced fairly, and in great condition!

I had an excellent experience working with these guys a few years back and looking at their cars/ website, it looks to be the same great quality as I experienced then. Used car dealers get a bad reputation and its the customer's responsibility to be clear, upfront and honest with the dealer when it comes to arranging delivery (including holding the car for the day, or in my case, allowing me to drive and buy the car before it had gone through their detailing process at my request), financing and choosing options. Used car dealers buy most of their cars from other big-box dealerships for a variety of reasons. It is the customer's responsibility to assess whether, or not, the vehicle is in good enough shape to justify the often deeply discounted prices in which they are offered. The dealer has no idea, in most cases, how the car was treated beforehand and therefore, offers a warranty to cover expensive failures such as transmissions, etc. In my case, we bought a Civic Coupe MT and the car wasn't perfect--I knew it and the dealer knew it (granted, it hadn't gone through detail and he credited us the cost of doing such service), but I knew I could fix the cosmetic issues I saw in the car. The dealer offered a very competitive price on the exact car we were looking for, I got it RE-state inspected, checked over during that visit and took it home. I fixed the cosmetic issues myself and had the car professionally detailed. The car ran perfectly until it was totaled two years later because I ensured that it had been serviced by its previous owner (see Carfax) and maintained it according to the User's Manual after the sale. I hope these guys are the same ones I bought the Civic from, and if they are, would highly recommend them as business professionals and would do business with them again.
