Took my car in for a wash. It hadn't been washed in a couple of years. It looks brand new! Car wash did a good job but that blower/dryer at the end was hurricane force! It just about tore off my rear windshield wiper. I'd go here again but probably floor it through the dryer so my car doesn't get damaged. read more

I wish I could rate this heap of crap lower than one star. I've stopped by multiple times, over the span of weeks and months. Nothing ever works. The change machine is out of order, always. The card swipe in self-serve bays don't work. The vacuum heads don't work. The car scent sprayer doesn't work. The touchless car was part is so named because it refuses to touch and dirt on the car and clean it off. Usually has 1 of its 2 self service stations out of order. The one that does work has some issue or another to it. Tonight I got soaked just by using the water spray gun, well it was leaking everywhere. Last time the knobs to choose the type of service you want was broken, paid money to start but couldn't get a wash out of it. read more

So we came here to wash my friends jeep. The attendant was smoking when we arrived. Instead of putting out the cigarette, he came up with the lit cigarette in his mouth, breathing smoke on us. It was very unprofessional! He used the brush on the tires and trouble spots that are hard to reach. But he was still smoking the whole time. Very very unprofessional! But the cleaning is awesome. No scratches or dings from the brushes at other washes! That's a plus! read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this car wash. We live in Seaside and stopped here Saturday September 10th and purchased a $10.00 car wash. We have a Jeep and noticed after we got home that the automatic car wash didn't clean the back of our Jeep at all. Additionally, there were a few spots on both the driver and passenger door that were still dirty. Later that day my boyfriend stopped in with the Jeep on his way to work and asked the attendant if they would offer a credit. The attendant said no problem we can run it through again for free. Since my boyfriend was on his way to work he said we would stop by in the morning. Next day at 10:45 am we stopped by to get our free wash but the attendant was not working (even though there are signs posted showing the attendants hours as being from 10:00 - 6:00 daily). With our schedule the next available time to stop in was yesterday after work (2 days after the original car wash). Took the Jeep back by the car wash around 5:30, got in line and was told the car wash would not be free by the same attendant that said it would be. We have a clean car (finally) but we spent $20.00 to get it. Super lame customer service. Now, not only do we have a bad opinion because of the quality of the car wash but we were also lied to. If this hadn't happened we probably would have went there once a week, so they are losing our business and approximately $520.00 a year. We paid cash for the first wash but we are disputing the second charge with our bank. Hopefully they won't get to keep the second $10.00. read more

Don't waste your money! I ran through this late afternoon yesterday, just as it was getting dark. When I opened my garage this am and saw my car I wondered what the wash actually removed. It has streaks of dirt on the hood (still) and a layer of dirt all around. It's touchless, but literally doesn't remove anything. Might as well just hose the car down with the garden hose and save your $. Last time they ripped me off. read more

It's 2018 and this place is still a joke. Most of the time there is no attendant, so no one to complain to when you pay for an ultimate wash and barely get a basic wash (as in 5/2/18). The phone number is worthless because no one will answer it. I guess what you don't know, you don't have to fix or make refunds. It's a rare occasion that both automatic washes are working. I've been there and seen multiple cars turn around and leave instead of wait 30 minutes or more. I've done it too. My recommendation is bite the bullet and wash your car at home. When this chump has to close this place, maybe the next guy will manage it better. read more

Great new service in Seaside. A drive through automated car wash cleans the outside, including undercarriage, of your vehicle. For the more ambitious there is equipment to allow you to wash your vehicle by hand. There is a vacuum if you want it. My wife loves it! read more

I usually use this car wash as it is the only one that is tall enough for my pickup to go through. It does an ok job if you take the time to use a clean brush on your vehicle first. Today, the attendant told me that I couldn't brush my own truck that I might get soap in the wheels and make my brakes go out! Really...... I then proceeded to tell him that I don't want him to brush my truck, I just took my brand new Camaro there yesterday and used a brush on it myself. He then said, "I'm not going to stand here and argue with you, either you let me brush it or you can go somewhere else." I said fine then, he then told me to get out of there. I was shocked that someone in the customer service industry would have the nerve to speak to a customer like that. I myself am a service department manager and if I talked to my customers like that, I don't think I would have very many. Guess what, you just lost one. read more
