Both the food and customer service were amazing plus it's a local business! I recently checked this place out because I won a meal for two and am so happy that I did. We were able to try the lasagna, two slices of cake and a bag of crackle snack. The lasagna was so fresh and tasty. But, the carrot cake stole the show for me. I almost devoured the entire slice minutes after it was delivered. Here are the answers to a few of the initial questions that I had: For orders over $25 there is no delivery charge; however, if it is below there is a fee of $2.99. Somewhat similar concept to Blue Apron and Hello Fresh except there is no prep involved! Just cook the dish according to the instructions and it's ready to go. This is perfect for hectic weeks. Orders need to be placed by midnight on Thursday the week prior to it being delivered on Tuesday. Since these meals are prepared you will need to be at home at the time of delivery or leave a cooler out. Enjoy!

For months, I have lusted after Billiam's cafe. They post pictures to a Facebook group I am in with available options and some of those options defy the term "food porn." Everything looks so delicious and I have been dying to try some of the offerings. Dying..naw,,,more like lusting...and this is what I found....Simple yet flavorful fare created with real love... Mediterranean chicken...skillfully prepared, tender, and amazing flavor very filling with premium ingredients like artichoke hearts Pork loin... show stopping flavor and fork TENDER...no gravy needed Creamed spinach...seriously so good it may have been my favorite dish (a vegetable rating highest?? yeah, I can't believe it either) Sauteed squash....perfection and well seasoned Macaroni and cheese....very much homemade deliciousness. Save yourself some time this Thanksgiving and buy theirs. (word on the street is Stouffer's is trying to steal the recipe) Lasagna...good, solid performer but not gluten free or keto Meatloaf....better than mom's with a spicy, optional sauce Vegetable Quiche.....wow...simple eggs transformed into a work of art. Are you full yet?? ha.....keep reading... and then there are desserts...sugar-free and low carbohydrate...can't possibly be good....cause...no sugar?? SURPRISE!!! These desserts qualify as a religious experience.....THAT GOOD!!! Key lime cheesecake....you will roll on the floor speaking in tongues. I almost cried with the light texture and righteous flavor Lemon Blueberry Cookies.....best combination ever....so good, so sweet with real blueberries... Strawberry cookies...sweet with real strawberries...no artificial flavors here.....so amazingly good Snicker-doodles....how does this not have flour? really these are better than any cookie and taste homemade! Salted Caramel Cookie.....this is the object de' art that tastes better than their food porn advertises. It will make any dieter weep with joy. Peanut Butter Fluffers.....omg....these are the most amazing cookies. Ironically, even tho you want to eat a whole order, they are just too rich...you can't...so without even trying, it keeps you on your diet while satisfying a significant sweet tooth. There are other, non-sugar-free options that are equally delicious and well worth a try; however, sugar-free with no weird textures or after taste??....sign me up! Located in a community space, they also offer lunch to eat in or carry out. Orders are placed by Thursday and the following week...Monday he chefs like a madman and Tuesday he delivers. Payment is easy and so is ordering. Portions are fair and the price is too. Immaculately clean, there is a high degree of care placed in this food and even more love. The girl at the register was struggling....both with my order and the order ahead of me, but she finally got it right. The volume inside was very loud today, I guess partly due to lots of people. I had "lean" brisket, collards , fried okra and sweet tea. I had one good piece of lean meat, but the rest was more fat and smaller pieces. The collards were spiced differently than I remembered. I will not get again. The okra was hot, but lacked flavor. Needs some kind of seasoning in the batter. The portion was smaller than last time as well. Another big factor in the decreased stars is the cleanliness of the tables. The table I had to sit at was REALLY disgusting. I cleaned it with a bunch of towels then went to the bathroom and got wet towels and tried again. I saw others wiping down their tables as well. There was no one taking care of the dining room at all the whole time I was there. Not a good experience here this time. The meal was $20 even after a senior discount!
