He was incredibly kind, helpful, and considerate throughout our visit. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and had a great time, and his positive energy really added to the experience. It's clear he cares deeply about guests and takes pride in creating such a welcoming environment. I must've asked a thousand questions from day one, and every single one was answered promptly, with thoughtful adjustments for the cars and setup. 3 When the big day came, I panicked because the venue turned out smaller than I expected. But Pierre and his teammate -- our assigned instructors -- were absolutely amazing. They calmly helped us figure things out, adjusted as we went, and made everything run perfectly. They truly cared! They arrived right on time, were so efficient, and even my husband told me later that both instructors kept reminding him to make sure I ate something -- apparently, I looked like a hyper energizer bunny having a mini panic attack! 4 The setup and the event itself were wonderful. All the parents had fun, and the smaller venue actually worked in our favor -- no one was glued to their phones! I have never heard of this playground before, but I've passed by it numerous times. Never been there. I agreed and we went. We got there yesterday late afternoon/evening and I was more excited to get on those slides and other games that they had, than her granddaughter was. They only allow kids between the ages of 1 to 7. Thank God we qualified and were in that age group:-)) No, her granddaughter is 5, soon to be 6 in April. They have great staff, a lot of activities to do. Rebecca & Susanna were both very kind, patient, helpful and nice with everyone. Not only with the kids. They also have a small store where you can buy drinks and snacks. The place is spotless clean and very welcoming. I was watching other kids having so much fun with their parents/grandparents. Even made couple of friends. They also do events here and the cost of 3 different packages are pretty steep. So if you have some extra money to splurge for a birthday party or any other event... this is the place to go! Everything was pretty, pastel colors and the rest is up to you. Go try this place out and you will definitely go back whenever you want. It's literally Disney Land without the price of admission! Tons of photo opportunities and figurines. Totally age appropriate and they have a lot of branded installations that blew me away.
