My little one enjoying music at the park!

Wonderful interactive class for toddlers and parents alike. The instructor loves what she does and it shows. A full hour of singing, playing and dancing. From the tiny babies to toddlers, highly recommend a class in the park! The drum is a big hit at the end. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny for long lasting memories made with your little one!

Peas and Peaches is so much fun for the littles and adults too! So many of these types of classes are packaged/prepaid commitments which is hard with a busy schedule and a moody toddler. I love that you can RSVP whenever your schedule allows. It's fun to incorporate children songs and contemporary songs for an hour of parachutes, bubbles, dancing, etc. My daughter and I love Peas and Peaches!

From the very beginning of our breastfeeding journey, I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and honestly ready to give up, but Terry changed everything. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but she brings so much warmth, empathy, and encouragement to every session. She met me exactly where I was, never made me feel judged, and gave me practical, realistic steps that actually worked. Every time I talked with her, I walked away feeling supported, confident, and hopeful again. Terry didn't just help me learn how to breastfeed, she helped me believe I could do it. I truly wouldn't be where I am today without her. My baby and I are thriving thanks to her guidance and care. If you're even thinking about getting help with breastfeeding, pumping, or anything lactation-related, don't hesitate. Terry is absolutely the best there is.

I had already seen two other lactation consultants -- one in the hospital and another at my pediatrician's office -- but I just couldn't replicate their techniques at home. Out of desperation, I reached out to Terry after reading her incredible reviews, and she completely turned things around for me. She came to my house the next day after reaching out and got my baby to latch immediately. She taught me a technique that was simple, effective, and easy to repeat on my own. Thanks to her, I've now been breastfeeding successfully for over two weeks with zero issues. Terry, you are amazing! Thank you again!

We were so, so grateful to our past selves for reserving Veronica as our night postpartum doula!…read moreWhen we came home from the birth center just hours after giving birth, we knew Veronica would be there on that very first night to help ease us into the major life transition of becoming parents to a newborn. She was also incredibly flexible when our baby arrived 11 days past our due date. Even with all the research and preparation, there is so much anxiety and uncertainty around bringing a baby home as first-time parents. Veronica brought a sense of reassurance and calm that is truly priceless in such a pivotal moment, providing just the right amount of "newborn care 101" exactly when we needed it. During those early weeks, having her by my side through every single breastfeeding session -- especially during those quiet early morning hours -- made an incredible difference. Whether it was every two to three hours or whenever our baby needed, her breastfeeding support, gentle guidance, and nurturing presence helped me feel confident, supported, and deeply connected to my baby. Her hands-on support and parent education allowed me to feel empowered and truly cared for as a new mother. With decades of experience, Veronica offers guidance rooted in tried-and-true techniques, while still being attentive to each family's unique needs. We had originally planned to transition to one of her assistants after two weeks, but we chose to continue working directly with her because our baby absolutely melted in her arms, and we felt completely confident in her care. We later signed a second contract with her around the three-month mark for gentle sleep training and sleep coaching (no cry-it-out, just attentive and responsive support), and within two weeks, our baby was already sleeping an 8-hour stretch and sometimes even 10 hours! It's not cheap, but the peace of mind, rest, and support are truly priceless. Looking back, we truly feel that the support we received during those first weeks helped us build a strong, confident foundation as a family -- something we will carry with us for years to come. Thank you, Veronica, for your care, your wisdom, and the calm confidence you brought into our home during such a special time. We can't recommend her enough to any family looking for exceptional postpartum support, breastfeeding guidance, newborn care 101, parent education, and gentle sleep training -- she truly makes a difference.

She really looked up to her instructor/mentors and enjoyed seeing them work on their own projects. We would have loved to continue but unfortunately we had to move out of South Bay. We know they have a second studio in Santa Monica so we hope to join that one once we can move back to our home in West LA. The tuition prices were a great deal for what we gained from the classes. My daughter completed her butterfly artwork within the first 20 minutes, after which she was left with nothing else to do. Unsurprisingly, she became bored and restless. Afterward, I received feedback framing this as a focus issue and inability to remain seated, despite the fact that I had already disclosed her speech delay and autism to staff upon arrival. Rather than offering accommodations, enrichment, or flexibility, the studio treated her boredom as a readiness issue and suggested another trial to "evaluate" her. Expecting a six year old to sit still for 90 minutes after finishing the assigned work with no additional engagement is unrealistic. The program appears rigid and not well suited for younger or neurodivergent children.

I emailed Lisa regarding her availability and pre-checked with The Lactation Network, the company she contracts with, to make sure everything was good to go with my insurance. I heard back within 24 hours from both TLN and Lisa; we were able to set up a home visit appointment within the week. Lisa was extremely friendly and professional during our sessions. She helped measure me for new pump flanges, made suggestions for positioning comfort, and observed my son feeding to make a diagnosis regarding potential latch issues. She offered a number of oral exercises to help my son's latch and provided an EXTREMELY THOROUGH folder with pictures and descriptions of the exercises so I was not relying solely on memory. The folder also had a ton of other useful info from breastfeeding tips and tricks to local professionals, including pediatric dentists and OTs. Lisa also provided a comprehensive write up for my son's pediatrician with her observations and recommendations. Like the folder she provided, it was extremely thorough and detailed. Her professionalism and attention to detail is next level and she is incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I never felt judged or unheard. We scheduled a follow-up in-home appointment which was just as helpful as the first session. A few weeks later Lisa, followed up by email to check-in to make sure my son and I were doing well. She cares about her patients and I know that I can reach out if we run into any other issues. If you are struggling with breastfeeding or latch trouble contact Lisa! She's wonderful!

Blood tests, check-ups, and even listening to my baby's heartbeat all happened right on my couch. But the convenience was just the beginning. Katie's care was exceptional in every way a family hopes for when choosing a midwife. She brought a depth of knowledge and clinical skill that made me feel safe and confident from day one -- monitoring both my health and my baby's with precision and explaining everything clearly so I always understood my options. She balanced that expertise with a calm, grounded presence that instantly put me at ease. She answered my million questions with a calm smile (hey, it's my first time!), so when it came time to give birth, I felt informed, supported, and ready. From her gentle hands and confident decision-making to her unwavering emotional support, Katie embodied the perfect mix of professionalism and heart. In week 35, my blood pressure became too high for a home birth, and Katie guided and supported me in the process of reconnecting with my OB's office seamlessly. I experienced a level of continuity of care between homebirth and hospital that I wish every woman could have! After my son was born, Katie went above and beyond to visit us at the hospital as well as follow up visits at home. I cannot recommend her enough. If you're on the fence, choose Katie!

Katie brings to her practice professionalism, patience, compassion, and just immense support to myself and our entire family as we navigated pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I looked forward to our regular check-ins at our home where nothing was rushed and nothing was required. When challenges came up with my GBS test, Katie provided unbiased information and allowed me the space and time to make the decisions that made sense for my body and my baby. Our birth unfolded exactly how we had manifested and Katie was never intrusive, and completely tuned in to where we were in the birth process. On our birth night, we were lucky to have Mikki and Tasha who brought such calm and lightness to the experience. And truly, is anything better than birthing your baby at home and then being tucked into bed with your baby and nourishing food, supported by your midwife and birth team? Katie's service did not stop at birth though, we had many heart-felt check-ins and check-ups post-birth and she continues to keep in touch. Birth is such an intimate, raw, and expansive experience, and Katie was the perfect support in creating a birth experience we will remember with positivity and light forever.
