I hope you can pull audio and video during the times that are left on the receipt picture I'm attaching. At the order screen I ordered: -Big Zax snack meal, tossed in wimpy w/sweat tea and zax sauce (typically they give us ranch unless I request zax sauce) -6 finger meal, tossed in hot honey mustard w/ sprite and zax sauce. - kiddie grilled cheese with a apple juice - 2 extra zax sauce and 2 extra spicy zax sauce Same order almost every time we go to any zaxbys for the past 8 years wherever we live When I got to the window, they read half my order to me. So I couldn't confirm what my full order was. I didn't get the sprite I ordered, I was given my apple juice but no kiddie meal, and only half the extra sauces I ordered. They gave me the sprite, then asked for my receipt for the kiddie meal. Receipt shows no drink for the sprite meal and an added juice box no ring up for the kiddie meal. She charged me for the kiddie meal, cool, fine, all good except when I asked her if I was being charged for a second juice box she said "I guess". I'm not gonna get a refund over all that but it's just crap service. And it's always crap. I would say anything if it was once or twice but it's almost every time we go. Based on the other Yelp reviews I decided to get adventurous and try the Carolina burger meal. I choose half and half (half fries/half onion rings) and upgraded to a peach milkshake. Carolina Burger was DELICIOUS from the first bite to the last. It was flavorful, great combination of add ons that compliments each other. Only thing I changed was having BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. I loved the Brioche style bun they used. So light and soft. Half and half (onion rings/fries) were both cooked to the perfect crunch and also delish. I also like the batter they use for the onions rings as it's not too heavy either. Instead of the typical salt and pepper, I went a little more adventurous and tried one of several self serve dry seasonings they offer. The BBQ seasoning was really good on the fries. Loved It!!!!! Peach Milkshake was thick and creamy as a milkshake should be (in my opinion). It wasn't heavy in peach flavor either. I would have preferred a little more peach flavor. Overall I truly enjoyed my meal and HIGHLY recommend trying them. I found this restaurant to be more like a cross between Five Guys and Culver's but much better although I like them too. But the flavor is far better and more unique burger offerings.
