I think every KFC is different. Our favorite when we were out in California was the 5 piece tender combo. We ordered one out here at three different locations and basically the size of one tender is more like two very little nuggets but together. So for now we will wait to go back to California. Also finding that you should not leave the drive through before you check your order. Not one time has it been correct. Not impressed and can't recommend. read more

0 this place is a zero! Slow rude, no wonder the place was empty! This KFC has gone to crap! They need to wash the place down with dawn soap, the tables and chairs were greasy, the floors were all sticky and greasy. I was so unconfortabale. I will never go back. read more

The worst service and bad attitude coupled with the food being subpar makes me wonder how on earth this place stays in business. The owner/management should be ashamed. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! IT IS HORRIBLE. read more

They don't deserve a 1 Star...Horrible customer service. Why don't ya'll just shut down and put dallas out if it's misery. Burnt, dry chicken, and a 30 minute wait. Did you have to hunt down the chicken first!?! If you want KFC, do your self a favor, and skip this location. I'll never go back. read more

Horrible! Can't get an order right. dont go to this location. Went thru drive-thru 25 minutes from my house... they Got the order wrong and didn't know until I got home. The would have fixed the issue if I would drive back to pick up... 50 minutes round trip. Just go elsewhere! read more

Avoid the disappointment, avoid this KFC. Staff is super slow and often out of what you want to order. Rude staff if you have complaints/concerns. read more

Over an hour to get a mobile order and still waiting. No one at front counter. No communications. Multiple people waiting 45 plus minutes

Food was mid, the whole point why I'm writing this review though is a public service announcement because the young lady at the drive through register took my credit card to purchase our food and also purchased a Lyft ride and to pay for her Boost Mobile phone bill. She committed credit card fraud and should be held accountable. I will no longer be eating there and advise everyone else not to as well. Manager literally told me that she is guilty of taking my information and the Lyft support emailed me saying that the young lady is the one who made the purchase. To the managers/ceo's or whoever, take accountability of your employees and reach out to me so I can be compensated correctly. read more

Chicken was the worse I ever got from any other KFC. Big fan of KFC , but not from this location. Need to change the oil for one, chicken almost looked burnt and was dry. Went in to pick up my mobile order. Wasn't ready, the young man made a point of complaining about customers ordering 8 piece dinners. That we had no other choice but to wait for our food,That he wasn't going any faster for ANYONE. AND, we were the only customers in the restaurant!, we never complained or said one word for him to be disrespectful. I spent almost $70.00, he even complained about it being a big order (sorry)to be treated rudely and the chicken was awful !!, won't return!!! read more

KFC - Over $3 worth of gravy...really?! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Dallas, Georgia

if I could do a zero this place would get it they are incredible rude and that's, the best part of the this, as we get deeper they take on average 30 min i have timed this 3 times now and the average is 30 min! just for a chicken sandwich, which was thrown into the bag without mayonnaise or pickles one time I just saw the employee squirt the mayonnaise down inside of the bag, not even on the sandwich!!!!!! And the employee are extremely rude to the elderly customers, the restaurant is always dirty and never seems to have someone clean it. I personally set in mustard and what I hope to be ketchup. But I would love to call management out on this location as they don't even answer there phone, and if they do they are incredibly rude. I was picking up my food or at least trying to and people had been waiting up to an hour to get there meals and the employees were just sitting not even trying to help the one person working. I am extremely disappointed In the want to be fast food workers. it would be worth your time more to drive farther to a different location than it would to come and waste your time at this location Thank you. read more

Terrible service. They were out of a lot. When we finally ordered the man told us to pull up to the parking spot "wait 5 minutes and then circle back around" when we circled back around he said he forgot to make some of the food and told us to go back in the parking spot for another 5 minutes and circle back around. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Me and my family ordered here for dinner. We were short a large fry, biscuits, a drink, AND a chicken sandwich. The 2 drinks we got tasted absolutely repulsive and the sandwiches were dry. We stopped ordering from here a while back because of the poor service and came back thinking it had changed. I guess we were wrong. I am extremely disappointed. read more

This has got to be the nastiest KFC. This was my corn it's so nasty I can't eat. The biscuits are cold, the chicken is cold. Apparently they dont throw the food away when it's been there all day. This was $2.99 and it's old. Does nobody give a crap about taking care of the customer anymore. Save your money. This will be the last time I ever eat here. read more

A gentleman in the drive through had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have seen in a long time!!!

Went through the drive through today (Tuesday September 13th,2022) around 5:30 and had the best service! The employee doing the order taking and window delivery was very articulate and through with our order. Everything was correct!! read more

This place is a shame. Employees rude and standing around. Didn't even start my order until I was there at the pickup time. I was wearing my N95 mask and none of the employees had theirs on. The place had nobody in the drive they yet they still dropped he ball on my order. I had to tell the rudest employee several times that I was there for a pickup then she accused me of not wanting to talk to her. This place does not make a good case for $15 minimum wage(Chick Filet however does). 0/10 would not recommend this place. read more

KFC - the front of a kfc world famous chicken restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Dallas, Georgia

This place is definitely a hole in the wall. I would suggest that no one conducts a business exchange with this kfc. I spent $40.00 to feed my grandchildren and myself and to my dismay every last piece of chicken was old and dry. Also, I tried calling the dump but their phone was not cradled and the phone line was always busy. I will never do business with KFC again. Please don't do business with KFC. J.J. read more

Ordering food from this place is like talking to a wall. If I could rate this garbage place to a negative I would gladly do it...

This has to be the slowest place in Dallas. You really will sit at the speaker for over 8 minutes and counting. As a matter of fact, I'm writing this review while sitting at the drive thru waiting for them to come online to take my order. If you have options, don't go to here. read more

Had me waiting on my food for 20+ minutes. Guy that took our order had on headphones and wasnt paying attention. Everybody in the drive thru either got the wrong food or had to come back because they didnt have their food. I dont think there is a manager on duty. read more

KFC - NEVER EVER AGAIN! A WASTE OF MONEY! AND WE LOVE KFC TRIED OUT THE ONE IN HIRAM ON MY WAY HOME, BIG MISTAKE! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Dallas, Georgia

NEEEEEVER gets my order right. Been here 5 times & never has my order been completed . & EVERYONE has a attitude it never fails . Awful KFC

GHETTO. I should've listened to the reviews about the service. But I thought maybe I'll get lucky, catch 'em on a good day. I went around 8:45, ordered in the drive thru, there was only one car at the window. Waited maybe a lil over 5 minutes til the first car was finally gone. I pay and get my drink and get told 5 minutes later it'll be another 5 minutes till my food was done and to pull into a parking spot. Fine w me, I pull up. Long story short there is now about 5 cars pulling up and waiting. One woman tried to go inside but the door was locked, the employee looked right at her walked the other direction and turned the inside lights off on her! Some was gettin they food before me even tho I was the first one there. Got people walking up to the window to finally get somebody attention about their order. He had a doordash order he stated was sitting there getting cold and advised me to go inside to get mine. I finally go in after waiting 30 minutes! My order was still not made! So I demanded a refund. They said "we can make it real quick right now" why couldn't you do that before I waited 30 minutes? Absolutely not, got my refund and left with nowhere but McDonald's and Taco Bell to choose from since I waited so long that all the actually decent food places were now closed. Never going back. Embarrassing I'm actually writing a review about this. Do better. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I waited for 25 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches that was supposed to take 7 minutes and would be brought out to me. Went in to find out what was going on and was told it was given to someone else. I could get my cash back or wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes for more. It's not their policy to refund and give you anything complimentary even when it's their screw up!!! Will NOT return!!! ZERO STARS!!!! read more

Horrible horrible horrible slow service. OMG!!!! I will not be coming back here. Fast food is fast, Not 20 min wait times.

I was picking up an order for delivery with Grubhub. None of the workers wear face masks and the female employees was picking up the chicken with her hands. She was wearing gloves but she was also touching everything else with those same gloves hands. She should have been using tongs. I had no idea that they pick up the chicken with their hands. I just think that they should be taking greater precautions with the threat of Coronavirus going on. read more

Moving to the area and visited this KFC for the first time yesterday. So it really felt like I was bothering them with my order (an 8 piece meal and a bottled water). Had it just been for the lack of smile or appreciation with great food I would be good. But dang, not only could they not manage a complete sentence the chicken was old and tasteless. I'm a big KFC guy but looks like I won't be in my new community. read more

This place is disgusting I'm not sure when they changed the oil last but my chicken was literally covered in black specs and so greasy I had to throw it away! I first went to this KFC right after they re-opened and it was delicious but I can %100 say that this place is disgusting now I'm not sure if they just have management that doesn't care or un-motivated employees... If your wanting fresh friendly and fast turn the other way! read more

It's no wonder I haven't been there in years. Mistaking my order of sweet tea for Sierra mist....no biggie. But how someone can mix up macaroni and cheese for Cole slaw is beyond me. They were dead so its not like they were in a rush. These folks need to either fix their speakers or hire someone who actually does their job and LISTENS to what the customer orders. Awful! Not just one screw up, but 2 screw ups on the same order! Will not be going back. read more
