This could be the absolute worst Zaxby's about getting g your order correct. There is no way to check an order for 5 people in the drive through. And this is the 3rd time they have left items out. Get it together Zaxby's. read more

I will never go to this Zaxby's again. They need to get it together. My order was incorrect. I got to the window at 9:44pm, got the first bag, and I informed the girl it was wrong. She then asked if she could see the sandwich. For one, I'm letting you see it through the window, and that's definitely cross contamination with Covid and all. Then here comes Brandi, who took my order, and asked me 2 times what I had. I then got the second bag around 9:55pm. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order. At 10:07 they finally get the first sandwich correct. I'm still waiting on my wings & things and another sandwich. I then see the manager go inside the building. Her ass was sitting in her car the entire time watching. She brings the last of our food, to the window, while digging in her ear.I finally get everything at 10:13. All food is cold!!! 4 Cajun chicken sandwich meals and wings/things. (Got tongue torch instead of buffalo) I tell the manager, Caitlyn, with the ragged braids the situation and ask for corporate number. She responds rude with a tude, "we don't have a number" and pointing to the window, which I cannot see because it's dark, just like how they don't have lights on the menu when ordering. I say all our food is cold and she was like oh well we short staffed. Yet, I see 3 coworkers talking, standing around, and laughing. She then says, "I'm not the only manager here and I don't care." I told her your the only one I see. She was like so, but yet you she sitting in the car, while the line is backed up and I been at the window 30 minutes. Cars behind me are honking because it's taking so long. Anyway, she shuts the window, walks off, talking to the employees and laughing. Bruh, I wanted to go through the window, but I'm better than that. I had to real quick. I'm posting this on every review I can because this is ridiculous. If a manager acts like that no wonder the employees don't give af! You lead by example. If you don't like your damn job then quit! It's just that easy. read more

I went to my Zaxby's to support my local business, I was tired of eating at home and love their salads. I went to the drive thru to stay away from being in a crowd( COVID is rampant in the area) and when I pulled up to get my food NO ONE had a mask on........ NOT EVEN THE COOKS!!! I know the teens that work in Zaxby's are probably NOT wearing masks in their school either. So, Don't eat here if you want teens that are around hundreds of other teens( school) breathing and talking over your food. I work at the Hospital and it's FULL of young COVID patients. Stay Safe! Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly, yet young, and kept getting my daughter's order wrong. The food was good. My fried cobb salad was really good and filling. Very nice place to eat! read more

Hit or miss or Hit location. I've picked up take out a number of times at this location. The service is friendly and patient. I'm new to Zaxby's. This has led me to ask a lot of questions about the menu. They are always relaxed and able to answer my questions well. The chicken is cooked and on occasion slightly over cooked. This would be the loss of some stars. I don't know when I'm going to get a good batch or not. Everything else they serve has been solid. read more

I always seem to have the worst service here. Line is always wrapped around the building and understaffed. I was in line before closing time and they took the order of the car in front of me, I get to the window and they tell me they are closed. Online it says they close at 10:30, I was at the speaker/microphone at 9:50. Ridiculous especially when I had family expecting a Zaxbys dinner. read more

The past few times I went through the drive-thru here I ordered Sprite and they gave something different. I don't know if it's Sierra Mist or what. If they don't have Sprite I wish they would say it instead of giving me something totally different without asking.. bc I would choose tea over this yucky stuff. They also undercook the chips almost everytime. All of the other food is always good, but it takes away from it when you have a delicious meal and a gross drink to go along with it. I go for the bone in wings and chicken finger plate. Great sweet tea. I really like the slaw. Usually good service.

Love the food. Love the staff. Quality of food is always prepared hot & fresh. Even though the lines are long during peak times my wait is never long & the food is given within 1-2 minutes after packaged (for to go or drive thru). I received raw chicken, just in time to miss the Superbowl. The staff is nice, and i did receive a refund, but i shouldn't get raw chicken in the first place. They throw it in a fryer and set the time. when the time is done, the chicken is done. There is no real excuse for them to take it out early( i'm assuming that is what they did). read more

I went to the Zaxby's in Dallas today. I got to the window and the girl was about to hand out my drinks and I realized I had a drink cup which only had about 3 ounces of watered down coke in it and I poured it out there. A girl then filled up a gallon of water and dumped water out the window where I dumped mine to be a smart ass. Apparently, the rest of the girls thought it was funny. I didn't think it was too funny and rather disrespectful. I am an adult. It was raining also so if she thought I was desecrating her pavement, it would have been washed off anyway. Nobody walks right there anyway. Needless, to say I was on the phone with her manager before I got out of the parking lot. I didn't appreciate it one bit. Very distasteful for a business to have people with bad attitudes working with customers. I won't be going back there ever! To top it off the girl taking my order was rude and kept repeating my order as if to question. Then I received the wrong food that I ordered. Bad business and rude employees. read more

Worst Zaxby's in the area. I truly cannot explain it, but they consistently have chewy chicken. I assume they receive the same quality chicken as all the other regional Zaxby's, but it must be something with the way they prep or cook the chicken. This Zaxby"s isn't the best one I have walked into before. The customer service is great but when I attempted to find a table for me and my family of four , most of the tables arnt very clean. My food was flavorful but my little sister didn't get the fries with her meal which we had to go back up and retrieve. Overall an ok Zaxbys. read more
