From the looks of the parking lot and the people waiting inside the entrance, I expected a wait of about an hour. No, they put us on a waiting list and had us seated within under 10 minutes. You just can't find the the type of service that they offered us at this Outback Steakhouse anymore in a post-pandemic world - so treasure it where you can find it. They took too long getting our side order of chicken wings out. So they gave us the wings anyway, removed the wings from our bill, then the manager came over and personally apologized (after our server had already done the same thing), and gave us a voucher to compensate us for our troubles even further. Mind you, this is on a night when they are absolutely swamped with customers, and such a mistake could reasonably be overlooked anyway. I turned to my 10-year-old daughter and I told her, "THAT is how you make a mistake all right." Mistakes happen, but too few places these days are willing to make it right.
