We made our selections and paid. Then we went to the ice cream side and ordered a milk shake as well as an expresso with ice cream. All the chocolates were fresh and delicious. The milk shake had just the right amount of sweetness and thickness consistency. The shot of expresso mixed with ice cream was the perfect mix, and a great afternoon pick me up. Whenever in DeLand this will always be a stop for me.

It's such a fun and unique option for kids. The vintage bottle drink freezer was another highlight, so colorful and stocked with all kinds of interesting and nostalgic flavors. They also had some funny gag gifts and a great selection of bulk candy at reasonable prices. One of our favorite touches was the little train running around the ceiling, it's such a cute detail that really adds to the experience. Glass classes are filled with hand dipped caramel apples, massive Mickey shaped marshmallow wands, fudge in rotating flavors, and other items like crispy rice treats coated in themed sprinkles! You can actually watch the candy makers behind large windows which is so much fun! The Confectionary also introduces seasonal and limited edition treats that tie in holidays, park celebrations, and special events. There are a lot of prepackaged candies as well, and exclusive popcorn mixes, and even themed chocolate bars that you can purchase! I actually ended up getting a frozen lemonade mix from the Main Street Confectionary. It was a nice warm day in October and it was a perfect refresh drink to enjoy at a bench in Main Street U.S.A.
