Especially now that my son has discovered his love for ice cream as well. They're still serving up some of the best ice cream in Orlando with unique Filipino inspired flavors. Now, they also have specialty pastries and desserts. Most recently, we tried their ube cruffin and ube crookie and they were so good -- especially the cruffin. We also just tried their seasonal sweet corn specials this month and OMG... I'm still dreaming about sweet corn sundae. Layers of vanilla soft serve, Biscoff crumble, condensed milk, and toasted sweet corn, topped with honey toast and corn whipped cream. All the flavors mesh perfectly together. It's legit my new favorite dessert, and I wish it was not going away at the end of the month. But I'm sure I'll love their next seasonal special as well because they DO NOT MISS!

Now the caramel was dripping down making such a mess but I didn't mind it, it added to the experience of such an elaborate desert. Make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand! I'm glad we sat outside because my cone was just dripping all over the place. I was trying to keep up with eating it so it wouldn't be so messy. I think it was a me problem because my friend that I was with wasn't nearly as messy as mine! There were trash cans outside so I can to go back inside to throw out the napkins and my cup.
