At this point, I'm addicted to Capriotti's Sandwich Shop! I was first introduced to Capriotti's when my job catered them for lunch. I was hooked from the very first bite. You can tell that Capriotti's uses fresh ingredients on their sandwiches. By now I've tried a variety of their sandwiches but my favorite is the Classic Cheesesteak. The cheese blended with the beef and mushrooms were a chefs kiss. I was able to easily get two meals from my order. The smallest sandwich is 8inch so it's priced nicely. If you want something simple, I would recommend the Classic Italian. This is my backup choice when I want to keep things simple. I recently tried the Classic Club and I was disappointed. The pulled turkey was extremely dry. I ended up taking the turkey off the sandwich because it was like eating a Popeyes biscuit with no water. I wouldn't recommend the Classic Club unless you plan to add oil and other condiments to add a little moisture to the sandwich. I've ordered here frequently and I noticed my sandwiches were smaller and this changed this over the past 6 months. This was the 3rd time I've called them on it. I showed pictures of 2 Medium subs and trying to tell me they are the same size. They even roast turkeys on site daily. On our visit today we decided to order some different sandwiches. I wanted to try their new American Wagyu Roast Beef. It's made with Ultra-premium American Wagyu beef slow-roasted, piled high then topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. I also added on hot peppers. It was quite magical. The beef was so tender and it melted in my mouth. I was very happy with my selection. I would definitely order this again. My wife went with our favorite sandwich. The good ole' Capastrami. This is one of their classic sandwiches. It is filled with hot pastrami, melty swiss cheese, crunchy coleslaw and Russian dressing. My wife also added hot peppers. I was worried it would not work but it was a great edition to this classic. This is literally my favorite sandwich here. I was glad my wife couldn't finish her sandwich and I was able to get a few bites. It's really a fantastic sandwich. Our daughter ordered the Grilled Italian. It is a A sizzling take on their Classic Italian. As you get in the ordering line they have fancy signs with reviews from magazines and online sites saying they make the best sandwiches so perhaps that made my think it would be very good. I got the classic Italian and I thought it was terrible. The bread is terrible. The meats were fine but couldn't make up for the wonder bread style flavorless roll. My wagyu sandwich looked nothing like the picture. The wagyu beef came in what looked more like cubes of spam. If there was russian dressing (or any flavor on that matter) I missed it. There was no flavor to this sandwich, it needs acid. I took it home and added some Carolina style vinegar bbq sauce and it was edible. I'd rate it lower, but the staff were friendly and the store is clean and it is nice to have something to eat in this shopping complex. It's pretty much only worth it if you carry out and don't have to pay the delivery costs. For example, I ordered three 5" subs and the total was close to $40. Remember the $5 footlong from Subway??
