Writing this review as I am in the chair because I always forget when I get home!! Capri Nails is AMAZING first and foremost. The people are always so friendly. Holly is the bomb dot com! She is excellent at pedicures and the foot massage she does it other worldly!! I have been to both Jeju and Spa Land and they don't got nothing on Ms Holly! Everything is always so clean and the tools are always sanitized. I always get the volcano pedicure and it comes with its own foot scrub and scrubber that they DO USE. (Some places I have been to keep the scrubber and try to reuse the old one- NOT HERE!!) They are CLEAN here! The lotion and mud mask always smell amazing too. My fave is the pomegranate scent. I have been coming here for years and will be back time and time again! read more

Idek the lady name but she most definitely rushed when doing them.And she filed my nails hard AF and after doing them she kept drilling them causing my cuticle to be pushed back making them look two months old when done.And on top of that cut them too short. I've been going here for years, I've always been a fan of the affordability and quality of their services. I recently encountered my first bad experience with this place, but it's my first in 3 years so that's why I only took one star off. The man who works there, I don't think I'd ever let him do my nails again. He left them crooked sloppy, I even showed him where one of my nails was longer than the rest and his response was "it's fine it's fine", then proceeded to not fix it. The ladies who work here, never had a bad experience! Always take their time, pay attention to detail, and very friendly. My advice- opt for one of the ladies for nails. read more

I've been going to Capri Nails for several years. There's a new manager, Lynn, and she's doing an excellent job! All the nail techs I've used have done a great job-Cindy, Lynn, and Kim. If there's ever an issue, which is rare, they're happy to fix it. My adult daughter and I feel very welcomed there. My husband even goes for pedicures now. I highly recommend!! read more

I would NOT recommend at all!! Went early on a Sunday got seen right away. I was coming in for a simple fill in white gel. The first gel polish that they were trying on my nails looked old and horrible so I requested to use a different color white. Finally after the second try the nails looked okay but he kept good over them obviously there was something wrong with that polish too. Later that same evening two of my nails chipped completely off! I also got a deluxe pedicure, there was nothing deluxe about the pedicure they took FOREVER to begin with!!! Did absolutely nothing that comes with the deluxe I got a simple trim and gel polish. I was waiting to be told that I was done, I sat there with a cold towel on my legs for a good 15mins. Will NOT be coming back! I paid 88$ for all this crap. read more

I forgot to write an update to this review awhile back: I take back my original review as about a week with the gel manicure, the gel started peeling and chipping off. After the ends became loose, I simply just peeled off the gel. Now I have had a gel manicure before, and that thing lasted for almost 3 weeks. I had to go into the salon to get it removed. The gel quality at this place is simply cheap and caused the gel to easily peel off... I chose to get a gel manicure simply for the fact that I wash my hands a lot, and the gel manicure I received at this place simple didn't cut it. read more

Yelped a close by nail salon that could due eyebrows since my usual place was closed for remodel, and Capri nails came up first and highly rated. When I approached the salon the owner came and opened the door for me, that was a plus, and there was no wait. The lady doing my eyebrows was very nice. Overall I was impressed with the place, the manicurists wear white jackets making them look professional. As for the wax, average at best. She spent a lot of time on them plucking and cutting but I've had better. Will probably stop by again if my first option is closed. Highly recommend. read more

Just left after getting a gel pedicure $38 and a clear polish manicure $12. They were very nice, location is great, ambiance good. My two issues are my big toe nails are different lengths and I have blood on the side of one fingernail, which she saw and didn't wipe off or apologize for. But my big toe nails being different lengths... I, hopefully, will be the only one to notice but if the big toe is not right, the rest doesn't matter. read more

This has been my go to place to get my nails done lately. It's close to home and the prices are extremely reasonable. This place is located in a Kroger shopping plaza right next to a tanning salon. Tracy does a great job on my pink and whites! It always looks like I got a whole new set everytime I get a fill! My fills typically last 2-3 wks. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for almost 3 years and am very satisfied with the quality and service I get here. Cindy or Tracy does my S & S fill ins and they usually last for 3 weeks and look great. My husband and I get our pedicures here and we really enjoy the spa chairs and attention to detail. I came here during my lunch hour and there was only 1 other person in the shop. The person I had was new, but she did an awesome job on my pedicure! By no means do I have "bad" feet but as I have gotten older callouses have started to become a problem. So I did the Callous treatment and it was so worth the extra $3! Minus her coughing, I'll give her a pass because the door was open and the pollen is thick AND she had a mask on. I will be back! read more

Got a gel manicure and it ended up being very cheap quality. I don't have a job and hadn't done chores around the house and on the third day the nails were chipping it looks like if it was just a gel sticker that comes off easily. My gel nails always last up to 3 weeks and is very hard to remove. This place was just a waste of my money. read more

I wouldn't go back. Just left after getting a pedicure and polish change. I walked in the door and everyone just looked at me. Finally, the woman at the front asked me what i needed and the wait would be 15 minutes. Wait wasn't too long and the prices were cheap so I'm thinking everything would be cool. The place is pretty basic, no decorations really and the tv was off but it looked clean. The nail tech had a bit of an attitude but I'm not sure why. I told her I wanted a regular pedicure and she kind of rolled her eyes. I guess because I didn't want the deluxe? It went down hill from there. She gave me a cotton ball soaked with acetone for me to take off my own nail polish...uh what? That would be part of the service ma'am. She didn't do a good job of shaping or polishing my nails. I picked white so the polish has to be done right or it can look tacky. My feet look decent. She put a ton of oil on them so I was sliding everywhere. On both hands and feet she missed the sides. I only tipped her $1...after all I did some of the work... to which she rolled her eyes. When I left nobody even said goodbye or thank you. Never again. read more

BE :(AWARE, This nail salon is a big joke, I have gotten my nails done here twice, first time I got them done it was with Acrylic nails, I forgot the lady name but she have a Flat face and a Big Nose... She did my nails the first and Last time. First time she did my nails she did ok but after one day my nail Rating Eek! Methinks not. was crack and another nail fell off, smh (Should have knw) I went back again too get gel nails..... GEL NAILS!!!.... I told the same chick that did my nails the last time, that i wanted my nails Extended.... My nails are short, so she put the gel on my original nail, Im thinking thats called over lay. I was un aware the procedure that was given, After the service i did not like my nails at all. So I told Tracy ... Tracy is the owner, or nail salon manger, Tracy told me to come back to the salon and get it redone, by the time i was so upset that i had lef and got my nails done some where else, which they did a Fantastic job. Even tho Tracy made it clear that they did not give refunds, I was expecting her least to say OK since you didnt like your service you can at least come back in 2wks and get a fill in or something, Basically I got beat out my $30 for some bull crap that was not worth it at all, wish i can upload a photo, Please ladies do not waste your money Like i did, Oh and it was another girl in there while i was in there and she said she got gel polish on her feet and nails and they both came off, smh HOT MESS... This probably has to be the worst place ive ever gotten my nails done and I get my nails done at least every 3 to 4 weeks all the time!! I get gel nails and the nails broke after just a few days! I need it replaced now and it was just horrible I do not recommend it!! read more

Ummm not sure if the person above works there or not but my experience was anything but good. The manicurist was very rude and abrupt. I'm a regular when it comes to getting my nails manicured and I decided on today that I didn't want to manicure, I simply wanted a polish change. She seemed to be annoyed with the fact that I was not going to get a manicure no matter how badly she claimed I needed on. Because I was on a time schedule I requested to file and paint my nails so that I could leave. I proceeded to pick the nail color that I liked and she said that it was too light and offered another color. I didn't like the color so I say no. She continued to push for this color of polish that I didn't want....talk about annoying. I proceeded to ask her about the polish ( I requested gel polish) because the polish she was using was not in a gel polish container. She yells loudly "THIS IS GEL, I SHOW YOU!!". By this time I am completely done with the place! She goes into the back and brings the Manager back out to ask me if everything was okay but the manicurist says that I told her that the polish was not gel polish. Too much drama for me. This is normally a place to go and get a manicure, polish change, pedicure, or service of your choice without being bullied by some ungrateful people. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. read more
