Here's my most recent review: I was able to park just fine as this location is in a shopping plaza and has plenty of free parking. Once inside, I was able to tell them exactly what I wanted and my nail tech nailed the designed ! She's so perfect! I never have to tell her twice, worry about pain during my experience, and she's super sweet! I got a super cute design and she's been nailing each one with ease. Both Elly and Kim are fantastic techs. So happy to find them. Looking forward to my next visit !

She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

The 2nd time, the drill took off a chunk of my skin on my pinky toe and she had the audacity to put alcohol on it. I was almost brought to tears in agonizing pain. The polish was even all over my toes and not cleaned up. I'm scared to ever return. The pictures don't even do it justice for the swelling and pain that has occurred. Tim (Tin? Jim? Idk THE OWNER) has always been kind to me whenever I come in because I would always go straight to him to get a full set. His customer service would always be out of this world!! I went for the very first time to get tips/builder gel on my nails. Firstly, I requested Vee for my appt (as she had really good reviews and others had used her for their short nail beds like I have). I was told Jenn was the one who would be doing my nails today. I picked a neutral color for builder, but Jenn made said the pink was better. I said I still wanted neutral and then she said the pink one would last longer and was better. I don't have experience, so even after saying I wanted neutral I just went along with it after she started doing the pink. After multiple times through the process of telling her it was too pink, she finally did a neutral color on top of the pink builder gel. Secondly, I told her from the tips step all the way through the polish that two nails of my nails were flicking up. I expressed that this didn't look right multiple times and asked her if there is a way to fix it. She kept adding layers and layers (4X) of builder. I told her from the beginning that the top was not laying flat. She ignored me. Thirdly, one nail is going a different direction than my finger. I told her multiple times if she could file it so that it goes straight with my finger and she didn't. Fourth, the builder gel didn't even go down to the end of my nail bed on a couple nails and the nail looks crooked. Lastly, multiple nails have flecks of "debris" in them because she did not wipe off between steps. And none of my real nails underneath were even cleaned before starting this whole process. I had gardened earlier in the week and there is still dirt under all my nails. This was my first experience and I went with my daughter for a girls day. I left very unhappy with my first nail experience and very sad with what I'm now stuck with. I'm writing this from the car, in the parking lot, because I'm so upset by this experience.
