I told Ken what I wanted and he said he could turn our property into the envy of the neighborhood. I was skeptical at first. I needed flowers and shrubs. The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task. When it finally was finished I couldn't believe it was the same property. Now when buyers come to see the house the first thing they look at is the beautiful new yard. I didn't think Bianco's did this kind of job but we started working with them years ago (first project: installing pipes and draining system to stop my backyard from becoming a swamp every time it rained and then re-sodding it; second project: lining our walkway and planting flowers/trees in the flowerbed under our bay window) and ever since we've been receiving compliments on our lawn (which we asked Bianco's to maintain because their work is outstanding). Very quickly, Andrew checked out the job and made the whole thing come together. We scheduled the job quickly and it was all done in a matter or maybe 3 days. Bianco's took care of cleaning out under the deck so really there was nothing we had to take care of. Every day the guys cleaned up and at the end the result was beautiful. Once again, collecting compliments from everyone who comes in our backyard. I've written reviews for Bianco's before without being asked to but I've been jaded by businesses that don't deliver what was promised to me so I want to help if someone is lost and looking for a good company to work with. He made a few suggestions for upgrades around our yard. Both backyard and front walkway. After going to the nursery that they deal with that same very day, we placed our order. Replacing two centennial hollies with black mulch was a start. Followed by 3 hostas by our walkway. Also added a small knock out bush (rose) , along with one smallish gold mop by the front corner. It took the 4 guys a tad over an hour to get everything planted. Prices are reasonable. Expect to wait a few weeks for your work to be completed.
