He provided a quote over the phone, their pricing was the best I found, and they were able to send a technician to my home the very next day. The technician Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and took care of all my plumbing issues. I also had a few questions about the invoice afterward, and Jeff took the time to answer every question and handle everything appropriately. It's refreshing to work with a company that provides excellent service, fair pricing, and genuinely cares about its customers. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will absolutely recommend Anacapa Plumbing to anyone I know!

After having 4 different plumbers bid the job, Ian from Drain Masters was the best for me. What I…read morevalued most was his communication and his timeliness. I was not physically at the address where the plumbing issue was but Ian was in contact with me almost daily, would answer any questions I had quickly, sent me photos, was there when he said he would be and got the job done on time. I received bids at a lower price but I was also chasing after those plumbers (for days) to get the bid in writing, had to ask the same question multiple times to get an answer and 2 of them were over 30 minutes late to bid the job. I realized that if it was this difficult and the job hadn't even yet begun, the lower price wasn't worth it for me. Ian provided me with peace of mind and that truly made such a difference to me. I highly recommend Ian from Drain Masters.

When we had a clogged drain he was able to come out quickly. Most plumbers just want to snake the toilet or the shower. He asked about clean outs, and we thought we only had one on the inside of a closet, but he went exploring outside and found one that had been filled in with concrete when the driveway had been repaved years ago. He actually chipped it out and discovered we had really good access. He used high pressure to clear any blockage, and gave us a bunch of feedback based on what he did and did not see and hear. He even told us our pipes looked good, and showed us how we could do this ourselves in the future if we had a blockage since it was so easy with our set up. I really appreciated that he took a few minutes to assess everything rather than just run a snake down the drain. I got the sense he really understood what he was doing, and really looked for the best solution. It was also great to have him take the time to show us what we could do next time so we wouldn't need to call him, though given our experience I would be happy to use him again!

They said "the boss will call you later". They finish the job, and a week later we receive a bill for over $2000! Obviously illegal, but it sounds like a pattern of theirs.
