I never thought I would find a company that would exceed…read moreexpectations but Pacific Sky Remodeling painted the outside of my house- and their family-owned business deserved every star and I would give six if I could! They really know what they are doing, and they were able to fix several issues on our house that we had priced out with other companies. Marco gave us such a good deal and such a fair price. His workers work very hard and left a place clean afterwards. They fixed our rotting wood spots on our chimney and they patched several holes in the siding. Lots of painters would have just covered it up with fresh coat of paint and we would've been back to needing a new paint in a couple of years, but this company really takes pride and its work lasting and you can tell because they go the extra mile to your home as their own. It's taken me over a year to post this review because life has been busy but they impressed me so much that a year later. I'm still thinking about writing them this review because they were just so amazing and I should've written it a long time ago.

First off let me first say that I am a stickler when it comes to business professionalism and their conduct and responsiveness and this company absolutely exceeded every expectation I could have had. Ramon is a delight and a pleasure to work with he is professional, responsive, upfront very transparent and gives you any kind of option that you might need to get the project done. He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. I hope that he adds this to his website because it's definitely a service that is to be recommended and commended. Services: Power/pressure washing, Gutter cleaning, Roof replacement

We were quoted $24,799.52 and we wound up paying him $31,1968.64. The final payment was on 12/27/2025. The end of March 2026, we received a letter from a attorney advising that a lien has been placed on our house, because Harrison Weightman did not pay for all the materials and equipment that was furnished for our roof, in the amount of $8,926.19, plus interest, costs, and attorney fees. We are senior citizens and had paid Harrison Weightman in full from our savings. We do not have money to pay for his negligence and failure to pay the supplier. DO NOT USE PACIFIC NORTHWEST ROOFING SOLUTIONS OR BEN . I made the mistake of going with the…read morecheapest bid, and that was $950 WASTED. Ben installed PLASTIC gutters that he purchased from Lowes. (The tags were still on the gutters) I choose white, yet most of the gutters he installed were white except one, which was off-white. I photographed the gutters, left him a voice mail and asked him what his plans were to correct the color difference, which he did. That was Ok. However, the gutters were installed at the end of June. At the first rain they leaked, so he came and he said he made the repair. It didn't really start to rain until November, then the problems came. Above the kitchen window the gutters are so far off the eves that the rain POORS off the roof but misses the gutters entirely. On the front of the house one of the gutters sags, and another one has separated at the joint. I accept the fault of his crappy work because, although I didn't understand what PVC gutters are. I assumed they were a continuous vinyl that is cut into one long piece... BUT NO!. What he installed are 8 foot sections that snap together with HUGE mounting brackets AND LEAK/become separated. Of all the gutters to become separated, the one that failed first, (there's now 2) is the gutter above the garage, directly where I park. I would be better off not having any gutters at all. I can excuse his crappy product because he was 2/3rd the cost of the other bids. But I can not excuse him that he refuses to call me back. The gutters failed immediately after the first big rain of the year/just before Thanksgiving. I've called him several times leaving voicemails but he has not returned my calls. Nor has he come to the house to fix the mistake. HE HAS NOT HONORED HIS 6 MONTH WARRANTY!!
