After that the service declined dramatically and we started having consistent problems with the pool pump and equipment. The owner came out several times and would say we needed a new board or other part , but we continued to be plagued by problems. We hired a new pool company and they immediately brought us out to show us where mgn had clearly sabotaged our equipment. We were shocked that a local business owner would behave in such a destructive and disappointing manner. We are having it further investigated by professionals to possibly pursue further action. Please beware of MGN POOLS in Springfield, VA!!

We had strictly followed all their instructions on brushing the pool and maintaining chemical balance. (We have been owners of this pool so do know how to maintain chemical levels).MGN wants to claim it is calcium deposits due to high PH levels. We even purchased an electronic monitor and have needed to add acid every 2-3 days. MGN has done several efforts to correct the issue in draining the pool and doing an acid wash this spring. This did not correct the problem and even made it look worse (see pictures). We have requested multiple times that they redo the resurfacing. They continue to blame us and now I am left with a pool that looks awful. This has costs a great deal of money. A year later we are still adding acid every 2-3 days as well as the cost of refilling the pool a second time. I wish we had never dealt with this company!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our pool service team this season! A huge thank you…read moreto Adonys, Frank, Israel, and Javier for the outstanding weekly service they provided. We installed our pool in 2021, and this was honestly the first season in 5 years that we went the entire season without any issues. The pool consistently looked amazing, the water was crystal clear, and everything was well maintained. It was such a relief to simply enjoy our pool all summer without having to worry about something going wrong. We also want to recognize Tee Jae, who installed our new salt cell. The installation went smoothly and was another great experience. We truly appreciate the care, consistency, and attention to detail this team provided throughout the season. Adonys, Frank, Israel, Javier, and Tee Jae all deserve recognition for a job very well done. Thank you for making this our best and easiest pool season since we installed our pool!

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.
