It's a big store. It used to be the old Lord & Taylor. Two floor and the day I was there the second floor air conditioning was out so definitely cut my visit very short considering it was already 90 degrees outside. I'm not sure what I was expecting. With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. IMO...there are so many better options and you can probably find brand new and factory fresh for the same price or even less than the used pieces they have. Personally I will go elsewhere. - [ ]

Baer's Furniture catastrophically failed on both execution and basic professionalism, and I will…read morenever do business with them again. Botched delivery and damage I entrusted Baer's Furniture with over $20,000 of furniture for a brand‑new home that was just built, and their delivery team busted a door frame in the process. This is exactly the kind of careless handling you do not expect when you're paying premium prices and relying on a company that advertises itself as a top-tier Florida furniture retailer. Broken promises and zero follow‑through The only thing worse than the damage was their response: they promised to get it fixed immediately on Monday, then went completely silent. Five days later there has been no call, no email, no update, and not even a basic apology, despite their public claims of "quality service" and "great delivery." Months of disrespect This entire nightmare began back in December 2025, and I am still chasing them for accountability in mid‑2026. At this point they have crossed the Rubicon with me: the combination of property damage, broken commitments, and utter disregard for the customer is unforgivable. Final verdict For a company charging these prices, the lack of responsibility and communication is inexcusable, and I would strongly urge others to think twice before trusting Baer's Furniture with their home or their money. This is a one‑star experience in every possible sense, and I will not let it go.

COMPLETE LET DOWN AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE with Robb & Stucky in Boca Raton!!!…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Solara dining table from Robb & Stucky in Boca Raton. On July 22, 2026, I went into the showroom and looked at the Solara table on display. The display table had scratches, so I decided not to purchase the display model and instead ordered a NEW table. Pablo, my sales person gave me the paid in full receipt showing "AS IS," purchase, although the receipt showed the price of a NEW table which I immediately questioned. Manager Lisa then corrected the receipt, removed (with white out) the "AS IS" designation, and initialed the change to NEW. I paid $2,661 and was told the NEW table would take approximately FOUR weeks. Only ONE week later, on July 29, a table was delivered. To my surprise of the short timing the table delivered was clearly used, scratched, and had a poor finish. I rejected the delivery. The delivery person told me I had purchased the table "AS IS," despite the fact that I had specifically purchased a new table and showed him the manager had corrected the receipt. I was then left without a dining table while waiting for another one. I subsequently received confirmation that my table was ready and delivery was scheduled for August 24. I waited all day, but no table arrived. When I called, I was told it was a computer glitch. I went back to the store on August 25. By then, the same table was being advertised for $2,295, and management honored that price. I again made arrangements for a new table and was told to wait approximately another FOUR weeks. The table was eventually delivered on September 9 TWO weeks after. I noticed a scratch before it was even brought inside and delivery staff noted the same. After the delivery personnel left, I carefully inspected the table and found multiple additional scratches and abrasions, along with hardware/latches that appeared old and showed what appeared to be signs of mold or condensation damage. A Robb & Stucky repair technician inspected the table and documented the condition. At this point, after approximately two months without a dining table and multiple delivery problems, I was offered yet another replacement. I declined. I explained that I no longer had confidence in going through another replacement process and requested a credit instead. On September 21, I was told management declined the credit and would only offer another replacement. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience for what I expected to be a quality furniture purchase. The issue is not simply one scratch--it is the repeated delays, the first table being delivered in a used/damaged condition despite my purchasing a new table, a missed delivery, and then receiving another table with multiple defects. I have kept the receipts, photographs, delivery documentation, emails, and repair documentation. I hope Robb & Stucky management takes this seriously and reconsiders how this matter has been handled. I expected a very different level of customer service and quality control from a furniture company at this price point. I feel deceived, taken advantage of, and betrayed by this company, two times over.

I walked in today ready to buy -- not browse, not waste time -- actually purchase two lamps I had already picked out. I spent 15 minutes in the showroom while every salesperson sat behind their desks, pretending to be busy, not even bothering to look up or ask if I needed help. If walk-in customers are such an inconvenience, just put a sign on the door. I guess they don't need people who show up ready to spend money. I went to the store specifically because I prefer to buy local instead of ordering on Amazon, but after this experience, I'll gladly click "Add to Cart" online. Customer service: ZERO. Interest in helping customers: ZERO. Huge disappointment. Would not recommend.

The staff is more knowledgeable than any other lighting store you'll find and their prices are competitive. Birch Lane, a Wayfair company, took the place of Z Gallerie which closed over a year ago. I used to love Z Gallerie, they had some really nice quality furniture there as well as a wide array of eclectic decor and art. Birch Lane is much more conventional and boring and because of size constraints, they don't have much inventory on the floor. Unfortunately, we left empty-handed, but not for a lack of trying. The staff did offer us the option of looking for other options online and having them ship it to us. However if I wanted to order something from Birch Lane or Wayfair, I could just do that in the comfort of my home. I don't need a salesperson to act as a middleman and browse the website with me. I don't know, maybe I'm just not the target demographic for this store. Overall 3 stars from me. It's definitely adequate, it just lacks flair and inventory.
