I interacted with this business owner on three occasions. Without going into detail, I walked out of the establishment on each occasion feeling dismissed, and with a bad taste in my mouth. After spending $150 at this business, I have decided to use a dry cleaner 15 mins out of the way so as to no longer support this business. As a New Yorker and Californian, I am quite shocked that this type of customer service is tolerated. Spare yourself the disappointment, and use a different dry cleaning service!

In Los Angeles I would bring my articles to the cleaners and they would say, "OK see you tomorrow!" No so here. I brought theses people a few silk shirts and a quilt. They picked through and examined the shirts meticulously, explaining why each one was either "already water damaged" or would need "special pressing" and thus my shirts would cost almost $15 a pop to clean. My friend brought a shirt in last year and after they cleaned it they told him never ot come again because the shirt was "too dirty". The quilt they refused to take because it "had too much cat hair" on it and it might break their machine. Really? Do these people want business or what? Do people bring them clothes that are already clean? These people live in a dream world.

Seven dollars and fifty cents for vests, not sure about other clothing attire but pretty sure reasonable cost if my memory serves me best. The building seems clean (I just go to the front desk) and smells like fresh, clean laundry. Looks like lots of machines if you need to do your laundry. Desk service until 1:00p but, the owner?, will be happy to come back if you need to pick up something after hours prior to closing.

But it is a no nonsense family owned small business, fast (ready by end of next business day), and most importantly, good quality work.
