No crowds in the late afternoon/early evening.

Always nice to find a space that is relaxed, brightly lit and has a good café. There loads of choices for beverages, small bites and snacks for ordering. The baristas have become familiar faces and they recognize me (!). How nice is that! The seating & tables are on 3 levels! There is free WiFi too! I've run across international students studying in the café, convention-goers and also locals who I can chat with in a relaxed setting. This is also a Service dog friendly space! Love Capital One Café in my community (Downtown/Union Square/Western FiDi).

Stopped in for an afternoon pick me up while shopping downtown and it hit the spot. Got an iced chocolate covered cherry mocha... decent, not too sweet, exactly what I needed to keep going. What makes this place worth knowing about is the Capital One cardholder perk... drinks are half price when you pay with your Capital One card. The SF location has plenty of seating though every seat was taken when I was there, lots of people with laptops settling in for a while. Staff was friendly and the space has a good energy. I also appreciate that there's a security guard at the front door... some may see that differently but for me it adds a sense of ease, especially when you're stopping in solo. A good downtown coffee stop, especially if you're a Capital One cardholder.

If you're looking for a café that doubles as a calm, productive workspace, Capital One Café really delivers. I stopped by recently and ordered a hot matcha latte with oat milk, and it was exactly what I hoped for. The drink came out beautifully frothy and creamy, with that smooth matcha flavor shining through. Bonus point: it wasn't overly sweet, which I personally loved because it let the matcha taste come forward instead of being drowned in sugar. Service was impressively quick, but what stood out even more was the friendliness behind the counter. The barista was super patient while I took my time deciding and happily answered my many questions without making me feel rushed, always a green flag. The overall vibe here is very tech-forward and calm. Lots of outlets and a low-key productive energy in the air. It's also a huge space which means you can almost always find a table to settle in and get some work done while enjoying your drink.

Love Capitol one cafe! Been coming here for a couple weeks now. Love their vanilla matcha and lattes. There is free wi-fi, and if you have a Capital One or Discover card, you can get 50% off your purchase! What a steal! It's always very quiet and respectful inside. I'll continue to utilize this space as much as I can!

Great place to pop in & take a break. * Location: 3 spacious floors with tables, seating, couches, & booths. Clean & well-maintained space, security & welcoming staff posted at the entrance. * Staff: Cafe staff & baristas are friendly and keep the queue moving. * Drinks & Food: Full cafe menu, small pastry case, small selection of ready to eat snacks. Tip: Discount on coffee & tea drinks if you use your Capital One card. Sweet deal & great place to catch your breath or do some work.

I love stopping by the Capital One Café downtown San Francisco. I always get lattes here, and they're consistently great. The location is spectacular, right in the heart of downtown, and it's a perfect place to relax, work, or take a break while walking around the city. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and a beautiful location - highly recommend.

I decided to take advantage when there was a deal for a free drink every Monday during baseball season, but I felt really bad for the baristas, who seemed understandably stressed out. Around 4:50pm the day I went, they were out of almost every syrup, so I ultimately ordered the caramel latte. I thought the drink was decent as you can taste the coffee, but it's not too unpleasantly bitter. It's a little sweet, but also almost sour, not sure if that's just how the Verve Coffee tastes. Not particularly memorable outside of that though.

Great working space with solid coffee! This Capital One cafe is pretty large with 3 floors of seating as well as a coffee bar with pastries, toasts, and verve coffee. It can get busy on days when they have promotions (I've seen free drinks of Mondays with MLB summers or $1 drinks Fridays) but generally if you're a Capital One owner, drinks are 50% off. Definitely a good place to work, if you want to just grab coffee just be aware the line can be long!

One of the larger Capital One cafes I've been to! There were a lot of people inside working and the coffee line wasn't too long around 2 pm. If I needed a space to work, this would be the spot. Honey Lavender Latte - a little sweeter than other locations but still a solid latte. I appreciate the verve coffee beans they use.

Between a partnership with Taylor Swift and pop up cafes serving iced lattes, I'm starting to think Capitol One's target audience is me. Capital One Cafe successfully mixes the boringness of banking (I said what I said) with caffeine. This hybrid coffee shop/bank is two stories filled with comfortable seating, electrical outlets, and everything you might need to complete a day of work. I specifically loved that they have a full food menu with sandwich options, avocado toast, and baked goods. I ended up ordering a green smoothie and a yogurt parfait for a quick morning bite. Both were packed with nutrients and helped start my day off right. Highly recommend checking this spot out when you're in the SFO area.

My sister and I were in SF for the week and this was our first stop in the City. There was a line of ~5 people waiting to place their order and a crowd of ~10 people waiting for their drinks when we arrived. There are more Capital One bankers (I counted at least 5 standing around) waiting to speak with potential clients than there are baristas. There was just 1 lady working the register and 1 gentleman making drinks when we visited. I'm sure they get overwhelmed on Mondays due to the promotion so bring your patience accordingly. I ordered a Hot Mocha and it was just the right of amount sweet. It really got me amped for the day so the combination of caffeine and sugar did its job. Capital One cardholders receive 50% off all drinks. They are also running a promotion on Fridays where all drinks are $3.60 to promote their 360 Checking accounts.

Gets crowded at times, but I appreciate the place to do work and grab coffee. Half off on drinks for capital one card holders. A good amount of tables and outlets on all three floors. Only thing I wish is better wifi. It barely hits 5mbps. My phone's hitting 500 over here, so yeah.

The Capital One Cafe is the perfect café/workspace hiding in plain sight. Good Wi-Fi and a number of places to set up your laptop and get some work done. Also, there are meeting rooms to use for that quick place to hash things out with a couple of other people. The café serves up a good number of drink favorites, both hot and iced. I like the iced Caramel Latte with plenty of ice. It's prepared hot so it needs a ton of ice to cool it down. For something piping hot, I like the Hibiscus Bergamot Bowl of Soul and the Vanilla Rose Latte. Most of the time, there is a very short wait in line, and my order is picked up in a minute or two. On the rare occasion that there is a long line, it still goes faster than anticipated because they crank out drinks at a pretty good pace.

Always thought they were the least sleazy of the banks until the last year. I have had nothing but problems but this is the most outrageous bullshit I have gone through. In lieu of the potential of the Iran war I was trying to wire my savings to a broker for gold bullion on Friday 2/20. First I learned they limited to 25k per day plus a 25.00 per transaction. So because I am moving 40k, I had to do 25k on 2/20 and another 15k on Monday 2/23. So this morning I transferred another 15k. Then later this afternoon I received a text that my Friday 25k wire had been canceled. So I spent the last hour and a half speaking with 6 different people who gave me 6 different wrong explanations of information AND LIED to me about which departments they were transferring me to, only to finally get routed back to the second phone number they gave me to hear they are no longer open and now have to call back tomorrow. This has now cost me 4k for the loss of transaction and rate and I still have gotten nothing transferred. I could literally put my fist in a wall. On top of all that, I paid for a safety deposit box at my local WF last year, and have yet to access it without walking through fire. Every single time I go there I get different direction from the staff there. One says make an appointment. I make an appointment and wait for an hour until they say, sorry the SD hours are now past because they made me wait for over an hour after my appt time. The next time I made an appt and was told I didn't need an appt but to stand in the long teller line to get someone to assist me. They told me next time to just walk in to the office without an appt. So the next time I walked in but they said since I didn't have an appt I would have to wait until someone was available. Finally someone accessed the SD box and said next time to make an appt. WTF?!!!!! Now I can't even access my funds for a wire transfer. Absolutely unacceptable. I have a very large sum of money coming in the next 2 weeks. After I get this transfer finished I will be opening a new account at a different bank and closing my WF account for good. WF has now lived up to its bad reputation I've been hearing about for decades. I guess I count myself lucky I managed to have good experiences with them until the last year. But it's no wonder they're closing locations right and left. This is my money and they are making it impossible for me to carry out my business affairs and MANAGE MY OWN MONEY. I hope they go under.
