The Capital One Café at Lenox Mall is a huge reason why I continue to bank with Capital One. Jacob, Belle, and Kelsey deserve real recognition for the way they care for customers with honesty, knowledge, and genuine advocacy. The moment you walk in they greet, listen, and they make sure every concern is addressed with integrity. Having advocates on your side like this empowers you for the future and builds real trust. Add in the great Verve Coffee Roasters lattes, and this location delivers far more than banking--it delivers relationship, confidence, and care.

Great coffee and service! I visited here before my movie at AMC and my experience was great. It is a little tricky to find for a first timer but just look for the capital one signs and you'll head in the right direction. I went on earth day and they were giving away the cutest free ceramic cups! Both of the employees were so polite and made my experience all the more better. FYI-- the coffee is half off for any capital one cardholders so if you have tried them out, put it on the list next time you're near Lenox. :)

This spot is inside lenox Mall across from the Apple store. I love the ppl working there. Everyone is super friendly. They also have holiday paper ornaments in cute shapes you can pick out. This is the second cap one cafe I have tried, and to be honest, fewer stars because the drinks are very average. I really wanted to love thei3 coffee, but they taste not good and the handcrafted beverages - i tried natcha latte with oat milk. - tasted bitter after taste and was somewhat better after adding honey. But not as nice as I have had in other places across atl

At first glance it looks like a seamless café in the Lenox mall with an open concept. The ambassadors are amazing, kudos for bringing bright and positive energy to the café. The barista however was least pleased to have customers, she gave me the total of my order even before I finished ordering. When I ordered the Vanilla shakerato, I was told it isn't coffee and a mixed drink, did I actually want it? which could be understood from the menu and the numerous flyers on each table. For context this was a hot day in Atlanta with 95 degrees. The coffee is alright and not served hot, the shakerato had minimal ice. Would I come back just for coffee probably not. It is a great spot with high stools and tables. Each one of them has charging ports which makes it easy to take meetings on the go or just get some work done on the move. With a little patience and treating the customers with care it could be a great place to get that jolt and a place to catch up with groups or just get some work done. Pro tip: Go for anything iced over hot at this location

Capital One Café at Lenox Square in Atlanta is a great place to stop and take advantage of being Capital One with good snacks and drinks. I really like the location and being able to work or have a business meeting here. Good experience every time I have been here.

Doing a little shopping at Lenox Mall and discovered Capital One Cafe. So happy that I stopped in because today was "National Plan for Vacation Day" and all Capital One members are able to receive a free drink (coffee, tea, latte etc.) any size today only. I chose the Chai Latte and it was Yummy ! The cafe staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cafe selections as well as the Capital One product/services. I was able to chat with the store Ambassador to see if they had any plans to open in North Carolina. As of today, they only plan to open in Charlotte in 2021 hopefully they will consider the Raleigh-Durham area. In addition, to the Cafe you have the option to open a FREE Checking/Savings account with no monthly fees or minimum. You have the option to open the account via their app if the Cafe is not in your are. While visiting the Cafe all beverages are 50% when you use your Capital One card and Free if they happen to have a promotion like today. As I type this I am thoroughly enjoying my FREE Chai Latte

OMG FINALLY SOMETHING OTHER THAN STARBUCKS! Don't get me wrong - I love Starbucks, but the Lenox Mall location is deplorable! Capital One Café offers a generous selection of Peet's Coffee, ranging from lattes to iced matchas to frozen drinks (similar to frappuccinos). It gets better...if you're a Capital One cardholder, everything you purchase is 50% off every day. They do happy hours on Sundays and Wednesdays, and your drink is free from 1pm-3pm. My go-to is an iced matcha latte with almond milk and a little honey. I've also tried the iced chai and their signature Havana Cappuccino. I enjoyed all of them. They aren't overly sweet which is a huge plus. The service is excellent, there's plenty of seating, free wifi, and professionals ready to answer your banking questions.

    The ATM, It's still open.

They have reopened with strict guidelines for COVID-19. This location within the mall has 3 ATM's. 2 of which are the newer type and can accept up to 200 bills at a time for deposits or payments. One is located in the front of the café along the walkway of the mall. The other two, which are the newer ones, are in the back within their lounge area.

You can gain entry by using the backdoor garage entry or the entry near their patio area. Unfortunately, when I visited it was pouring and I didn't realize that the former was possible, leaving me to fight the rain once I found the patio entry. Foxtail is not a huge space but they offer a number of slim tables, barstools and two different seating areas with big, comfy chairs. It was easy to grab a seat, even with an 11am rush. There only 2-3 team members working, but they were all very nice and so patient as I stared at the menu with indecisiveness. The menu offered a variety of teas and coffees, along with a display of pastries and a number of sandwich options. After seeing that they served banana matcha, I had to see if I could add banana flavor to my latte - I could! So I started with a banana latte with oat milk + a ham, cheese and egg croissant. My latte was so delicious, I went back for a 2nd cup not too long after. My croissant was delicious as well. This is really a great place to do some remote work or to conduct meetings. The wifi was easy to connect to and I was able to get so much work done in the peaceful coffee shop as the rain poured down outside. Definitely a nice cafe to spend a day at!

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. HOLY YUM ALERT??????…read more I visited the wonderful state of Georgia this past weekend for a convention. Upon arrival, I walked past this location on the way to my stay, and knew I would need to try it. Naturally, we went the next day. Lord am I happy we did!!!!! With a group of ~8 it was always easy to find a table, or put a couple together outside. The staff were kind, asked for stickers from us (which we did indeed have) and the food was DELICIOUS. We liked it so much we came back. I had the pesto cavatappi and it was so good I ordered it both times. They're menu has so many options for all sorts of dietary choices, and the meal deal they had was PERFECT. All my friends enjoyed the food, and the service every time was amazing. Our second visit was right before our departure, so we had all our luggage with us. Even then, they let us make space outside and continued to check in. Mauricio was so so kind, and my friends immediately told me to write his name down to mention it in my review. I will be back next year and you bet I'll be getting my pesto fill. #BLESSUP #ILOVEATL #FURRIESAREPAWSOME

And when I asked for a refill, they told me that was a separate charge. I actually did speak to the franchise owner, who was very nice and offered me something to return, however I never received it. I actually followed back up saying I never received the coupons about a month later, to which they replied they forgot to mail them.

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.
