    Matcha -- Milky and flavorless
    Courtney L.

Coffee here was decent taste wise but nothing outstanding. They use just pump syrups not housemade. Steep price point not worth it for what you get. Matcha is flavorless. Leaves a residual taste on the tongue. Very milky, would not recommend getting that here. If anything stick with coffee. Good atmosphere for getting work done. 2 hour time limit on weekends and peak hours though. Wifi here was glitchy though and kept kicking me out of the Zoom call.

Breakfast burrito with turkey bacon and pumpkin spice cappuccino

Very enjoyable yet pricey. But you get what you pay for. This is a very aesthetically pleasing place to work remotely, study or just catch up with your people. The coffee, food and treats are just as nice as the vibe in this environment. We came on a Sunday around 1:30pm. It was quite full in there but not packed to the max. Waiting in line was quick or nonexistent upon arrival. We found an empty couch as soon we ordered. You can sit and they'll call your name to grab your coffee at the counter and give you a number for your food order to be delivered to your table. I got the pumpkin spice cappuccino with a breakfast burrito. Please be advised that the cappuccinos are quite small compared to the lattes and cost about the same at $6.75 plus an additional cost for added flavors. It was good, just smaller than expected. And they have a wide array of flavor shots. The breakfast burrito was about $17.99 plus $2 additional charge because I opted for turkey bacon for my protein instead of the chorizo or regular bacon that it comes with. The burrito also comes with a delicious salad on the side as garnish and a creamy avocado sauce. It was all good but tasted even better when I asked for hot sauce to top it off. They have mini bottles of Tabasco upon request. It was satisfying but you can get a much more filling and stuffed burrito elsewhere for the same or less. But they were generous with the ratio of eggs inside compared to the other ingredients. I'd go again on pay day or when I'm feeling rich but the grand total at the register might give you a bit of sticker shock. And it appears as though they might validate parking for the connected garage.

Spent a Friday working here from 10-4 and had a great time! The cold brew was much better than the americano, though both were solid. The croissant was flaky and buttery, and the BLAT at lunch hit the spot too. It gets packed, but there's plenty of seating and the ambiance is perfect for a focused work day. Great spot!

For Five has a super cute ambiance and it is also one of few cafes in Atlanta that genuinely 1. Has good coffee, 2. Has actually kitchen-cooked food (rather than frozen/pre-made sandwiches you get elsewhere), and 3. Is spacious enough with various seating types for you to actually stay, lounge, eat/drink and even get some work done. Whenever you order food, you get a number so the servers bring your food items directly to your table. You do have to grab your own drinks from the cafe bar, but overall the service is good and I always feel well taken care of. The food is also DELICIOUS. I've only gotten breakfast, but love the burrito and also love the steak. For Five definitely has a regular customer out of me.

Located in the brand new Google building, For Five Coffee is a sharp contrast to well, almost anything that has existed in the city. The multi story high ceilings create a sense of openness, the large windows provide both light and views of the street. The interior space is bustling, almost always near capacity. There is certainly an accolade to the owners for being able to fill such a massive space with customers. It's a contrast to question what a coffee shop should be: a cozy, warm tone, dimly lit establishment or a vast bright space such as this one? That answer will decidedly be answered by the guests themselves. When it comes to the coffee, it is undoubtedly excellent. The whole guilt tripping, unnecessary, tipping tablet that everyone hates is there as well. Your customers hate it, so just get rid of it. If someone really wants to tip for going to the counter and already paying for the service of getting a coffee in the base price, set a QR code next to the register. There are some pastries as well. The attention to beverage creation here is more limited than say, Land of a Thousand Hills down the street where matcha lattes are much tastier and sifted, but certainly better than one would find in a chain. There is also a bit of a non personal feel to the service here that I can now attest to after a few occasions. It always feels transactional. Nobody knows anyone by name, there is no conversational and it's a business like vibe. Some might like it, others might not, but that's how it is. For Five is a beautiful coffee shop and a very welcome addition and contrast to Atlanta's coffee scene.

This spot is located in the Google building in Midtown, and has a clean, sleek vibe. There are lots of tables and natural light, and would be a great place to sit and get some work done or catch up with a friend. They also serve real food, and there were several people eating real meals. I came in the morning and tried the iced latte with a toasted marshmallow syrup. The syrup wasn't overwhelming, but was definitely present. It was absolutely delicious, I might have to get it again. The order came quickly and the staff was very polite. Parking is available in the garage next door, and they are happy to validate when you place your order. There are many signs directing you from the garage to the store, so it's not difficult to figure out.

Was looking on Yelp for a cute coffee shop to visit while in Atlanta and found For Five Coffee. Located next to the Google office, this coffee shop has just about everything you need. Food and Drinks: - Dona Chai Latte - I ordered this dirty. One thing to note is that when you add a shot of espresso, it's a double. So this drink definitely kept me awake all day - Breakfast Burrito - ordered this with chorizo. The sauce it came with was delicious. This was pretty big, so with the chai latte, I ate half for breakfast and half for lunch. Miscellaneous: - WiFi available - Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available (at the coffee bar, tables for larger groups, etc.) - Super spacious, so you're not in anyone's way

Aesthetically pleasing coffee shop. Nice place to catch up with friends or study. However the coffee was just ok.

If you want to feel like a yuppie and drop $20 on a croissant and coffee, For Five is the place for you. But I wouldn't come here if you're looking to get work done--there are hardly any outlets available, the wifi doesn't work consistently, and all the seating is hotel lobby style. If you're looking for a cafe with great aesthetics, outlets that work, and seating that makes any sense for working, I'd recommend any of the Daydreamer locations. If you're willing to sacrifice ambiance for better coffee at cheaper prices with comparable pastries, hit up Dancing Goat.

Great spot with high-quality drinks and food. - Breakfast Burrito: A must-try! The combination of chorizo, tater tots, cheese, and eggs is delicious. The avocado salsa is fantastic. - Iced Chai Latte: One of the best I've had. It's well-spiced, creamy, and not too sweet. They nailed it. - A Quick Note: Be prepared for a bit of a wait for food. Mine took around 20-25 minutes. Drinks come out very quickly, though! Plenty of seating, and the inside is upscale and bright/airy. Perfect ambiance for a coffee shop and getting a little work in. Highly recommend if you have the time to relax and enjoy. The quality is worth it.

For five coffee is an amazing cafe for doing work. It has plenty of tables and room (Outlets do lack around most tables though) I definitely recommend getting there early if you plan to work any day of the week for a good spot. The actual coffee is honestly super impressive. I have gotten a whole milk hazelnut latte every time and the quality is amazing. They have a lot of syrup options as well. Great service as well coming around to clean and tend regularly.Unfortunately though it is rather expensive. A large latte with syrup cost me $11.89. There is no parking on site.

Love how big this location is and how much seating there is. Great spot to work from for the day! Service was great, everyone was super nice and came around every so often to check on us. Food was really good! I loved my bacon egg and cheese croissant. It was massive! My chai was also solid.

We seem this coffee shop on TikTok a couple times and had to come try it. I want to start off by saying there is a parking garage and they will validate your parking. This is always very important to me and important to share. I am not a big coffee person so I did not have their coffee. However, my friend had the oat latte and she said it was good after adding a little French vanilla so just a tip there. However, the food was amazing and honestly, I was shocked for a coffee shop! The birria grilled cheese was so good I would go back for that! To be honest after reading the reviews I can say the staff isn't the friendliest they weren't rude. Just didn't give local coffee shop vibes. The barista seemed nice. He was a gentleman maybe of Hispanic descent. He was making the drinks and gave a lot of insight which was very much appreciated! This is a great place for a solo workday or a girls coffee date however, I will say they were playing regular music so if that kind of thing bothers you just bring a pair of headphones besides that it's beautiful in there !

But on the other, it's notably more expensive and the drinks are very lackluster in quality compared to the consistency I've experienced at another location of theirs OTP (Duluth). Traveling to North Atlanta to get a good sweet (I highly recommend no-frills Family Baking in Chamblee) can be a hassle and these prices at this cafe are super reflective of the touristy crowd to which they largely cater. They have an advantage of low competition in the downtown market and again the prices reflect that. If you are a person that follows dessert "trends", prepare to pay more... sorry folks, that's basic economics! But there are still options if you're on the more fundamental side of sweet-seeking. Now, it's still $1-$3 more expensive per item than most other Asian bakeries I've been to and that certainly adds up if you're grabbing multiple items. My last visit I dropped about $28 with tip for two bakery items, a tiny cream puff and a matcha latte whereas I've gotten a big bag full of items at Family Baking for $25. And one thing I can definitively say is that this place does not do well with drinks, and that's largely dependent on who the barista is when you walk in. If you are looking for ceremonial grade matcha, you will not find it here. Expect pre-mixed powders and sweeteners in most things, which in my opinion is just lazy. Selecting "no sugar" will still produce a sweet drink. I usually steer clear of the teas but coffee should be okay. It works in a pinch to fix a craving sometimes, and H&G Downtown will continue to be that for me. Extra points for occasionally being open late.
