Tip: 3 hour validated parking during the week in the South Lincoln Garage only This place offers a very nice space to work. It had tables and conference room. The drinks are pretty good since the cafe uses Verve coffee. I like the seasonal drinks, like Cinnamon Maple Latte (hot) . Definitely recommend this cafe. It's worth it to buy a drink just for the validated parking alone.

I've always wondered who is going to need that until I did, it's a fantastic idea. Plenty of tables to find a workspace, either downstairs or upstairs. They even have closed off mini offices, but I assume you have to reserve those? At least all of them were taken the complete time I was there. The space is light, bright and airy and it wasn't too loud. The cafe downstairs offers great drinks (50% off if you are a capital one customer) and even some snacks. They got water, juice etc for sale, so you can take advantage of a flexible space to get some work done. There is staff from Capital One that can help with account questions etc, I didn't have time to do that (work called lol)... but I might do that down the road. They validate for 3h at the garage downstairs also, so easy to get it and out.

Free drink Mondays! Valid 8/11-9/22 with pass. Sign up is easy. OPEN FOR EVERYONE, you DON'T have to be a capital one customer. Parking (5/5): 3 hours free with validation Service (5/5): drinks came out a minute after ordering! Ambience (5/5): lots of seating and rooms available to book. Drinks: - strawberry cold foam matcha (5/5). I subbed with soy milk and I loved the taste. It came out to like $10 but if you have Capital One or Discover perks, it's 50% off or free Mondays with coupon. - cappuccino subbed with oat milk (4/5). Came in a paper cup, so a point off for presentation

Conveniently located near the downtown Bellevue park and they seem to always run deals for cap one customers. We tried their handcrafted coffees not a huge fan, I'd go for a cappuccino next time, but can't complain given that these were free drinks. Great service, clean place with plenty of tables and bathrooms available.

IT'S A BANK, IT'S A CAFE! and a very good one. Really nice modern decor inside. Plenty of places to sit down and relax with the coffee drink of your choice. The coffee itself is excellent and provided by Verve Coffee Roasters The (Bank) features a full barista bar with any kind of coffees drink you desire. Use your Capital One credit card and get 50% off! WOW! Of course there is free WiFi too! This was my first time visiting one and the barista made me a delicious cappuccino with a heart on top of the frothy milk! They also put out a tray of FREE MACAROONS! OMG. Doesn't get better than THAT! I will definitely go back, and of course, I'll bring my Cap One CC! Cheers!.

Overall: Capital One Cafe is great for a lot of reasons. The drinks are made well, and often have some type of promotion that make them cheaper. The interior is very well suited to get work done or meet up with others. Food: The drinks here are pretty good, but combine that with the promotions or discounts that you can get through Capital One, and it becomes even better. For the price point, the quality of drink that you are getting is a great deal. Service: The service is good, there usually aren't too many people inside so the wait isn't too long. The drinks come out relatively quickly. Ambiance: This is a calm sit-down environment. Plenty of seating inside and some more private meeting areas.

This cafe has a lot of seating! If you want to meet up with friends, study, or work this is multifunctional! They even have rooms you can reserve if you want some privacy or a quiet environment! The coffee is cafe verve and is good! The sauces are mixed in house and make the flavors really stand out! I was even impressed with mocha and pumpkin spice latte! The cafe was running a promotion and service was a bit backed up, but the staff were nice and drinks were great!

I enjoy coming to this location with my parent. Quick to order, consistent drinks and lots of space to sit. Always clean and good price!

Lots of space, drinks are fairly consistent and priced well if you have a capital one card.

Just got a tea and a matcha, service was quick and friendly. Space was super clean and bright, plenty of people working quietly on their computers and such.

Located in the relatively new Lincoln Square South, this location of Capital One's numerous cafés is an open-concept, industrial-chic, modern space serving up Verve coffee and other assorted drinks and food items, along with various amenities such as free WiFi, lots of tables and chairs, and employees on-site to have a banking conversation if you're interested. I stopped into the Café at around 10:15am on a Tuesday (they open at 10am), and it was about half-full. They immediately took my order of a 12oz drip coffee (usually $4.25, but I had a free drink coupon), and it was ready within 30 seconds. They also have all the other typical beverage options of any other café (e.g. lattes, mochas, teas, etc.), as well as some specialty items (cinnamon ginger latte, anyone?), and they have baked items as well as some lighter breakfast options. Cardholders get half off all handcrafted beverages when paying with their Capital One debit/credit card, which is also an added bonus (otherwise, prices are pretty on-par with a standard coffee shop in the Bellevue area). My coffee was standard, nothing special - it tasted a bit burnt, but it's sourced from Verve Coffee Roasters (Roast Magazine's Roaster of the Year in 2024), so it's definitely not bad! The space is airy and bright, with two floors and lots of natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows. This was a great space to work for a couple of hours, complete with numerous charging stations. Even half-full, the ambiance was quiet and calm, and I was able to get a lot done. Overall, even if you don't bank with Capital One, this is a quiet café space with decent coffee, and I would certainly recommend it!

Grabbed a latte while hanging out in Bellevue. I didn't know that this place existed. When I heard that cardholders get a pretty big discount, I gave it a try. The drink was pretty good even though I don't like coffee. The ambiance was nice as well. It was a mix of corporate bank and generic modern cafe but that was totally fine. It was spacious and clean, which is what matters most I think. Tons of seating options too. The service was quick and polite too!

    Luke L.

Hard to beat 50% off and spacious seating! If I had to choose between C1 Cafe and a local coffee shop, it would be difficult for me to not choose the C1 Cafe. Having a C1 card, the 50% off drinks is just too enticing. And the drinks also were quite good! Not the best, but good enough, in my opinon. One downside is, there is only 1 barista who was taking orders, making the coffee, and basically manning the entire cafe, while there were maybe 5 or so bankers standing around doing nothing. I get that the C1 cafe is a bank first and foremost, but service would be greatly improved with just 1 more barista working the coffee :) less "banking", more "reimagined"

The latte was average flavor and on the pricier side. The location was a convenient location from Nordstrom's Rack.

Ask the Community - Capital One Café

Is it possible to open a bank account here in person?

    CD rates

Is there Capital One ATM inside this cafe?

Of course, yes! At the end of the day this is a banking center.

How loud is the music here vs Starbucks?

It's about the same as Starbucks. Because the place is huge, the sound reverberates around the space, making it sound louder at times. You definitely need noise-cancellation headphones.

She was very kind and most patient with me above and beyond the call of duty. Chelsea has been righteously helpful to me on previous occasions as well, as well as every other employee that I have met at this branch. On another occasion sometime back, I had an interesting conversation with branch manager Scott Disney. I'm not sure, but I think he is still there. Believe it or not, he is related to Walt Disney! And so, we had an interesting conversation about his famous relative for several minutes. My point is that my experience with Washington Federal has been good over the past four years, at both the Crossroads(my home branch), and Bel-Red branches. I originally signed up with Washington Federal in 2012, because they do not charge monthly fees on my checking account, unlike the previous bank that I had been with since 1984.

I made my withdrawal outside at the front ATM and I walked by the drive thru, no cars were there it was just me, I remember I was able to make a quick exchange to smaller bills during pandemic and the person who was there was able to do it for me, take note there were No cars, I was just about To approach him and ask him if I could do the same but while I was just speaking and in the middle of a few Words he rudely interrupted me , he did not even say "I'm sorry but" he just went on and said it in a rude way and cut me off a few times, when I was trying to ask a question twice he rudely interrupted me again and wasn't even allowing me to finish my sentences, so I asked him what his name was since he wasn't wearing a name tag and his name wasn't on the front desk too, he seemed irritated and preoccupied but I was the only customer, I then told Anthony twice" that next time if you need to say something to a customer , say it in a polite way, " and do you know what his answer was? He just said "yeah okay" then I told him treat me like a customer then he said "okay" he never said sorry for his behavior and the manner he talked to me. I am so disappointed, is this how you train your employees for customer service? Is this how they talk to customers, he was talking to me like he had no respect for any customer, the way he answered, his demeanor, everything was completely off. I'm beyond disappointed so I was wanting to speak to you but you were in a meeting but I hope you can address this situation and correct it, he clearly does not know customer service and how to treat people, regardless of any a transaction. These statements are not intended to discourage doing business with Wells Fargo, the other banks listed below, or any/all of their affiliates. Furthermore, I have based my expressed beliefs of Wells Fargo by banking with them for over 5+ years. Is there a 0 stars? 0 stars for consistent Customer Service that ends up costing me money. 0 stars for NO Consistency in their policies. 0 stars for not letting you spend your own money when you want to. 0 stars for charging NSF fees for their mistakes. 0 stars for their lame feel good commercials. They should show a bunch of people in tears pleading about bounced checks that were a result of 3rd party issues. 0 stars for the HASSLE that you have to go through to fix their mistakes. I've never given such a bad rating to any institution before, and it's safe to say that WAMU, BofA also fit into this category. The customer service at this bank is nearly as bad as Washington Mutual and B of A. I don't care how many clever marketing campaigns and feel-good advertising spots I hear/see, Wells Fargo doesn't let you spend the money that you deposit into their bank unless certain facist-like critera have been met. Additionally with the new "terror" clauses even more of our rights have been taken away and banks are eager to CASH IN on this by simply stating that it's part of the "Patriot Act". People this is simply bull. Through no fault of my own, Wells Fargo rejected a very large paycheck of mine coming from an account that had millions in it. As a result I had so many bounced checks that I lost count. They refused to pay them. I am still fighting with them about this. They are saying my employer should pay them, when WF is the only institution that has rejected the check in the first place. While I think this issue will get resolved through enough kicking and screaming, the default for Wells Fargo is to STIFF THE CUSTOMER. I know, I know... this is big bank business, but you should know that the convenience of their online checking and services is far outweighed by the consistent rejection of good large checks all written from different sources. I will be closing my account with them this week. It's time to start my own barter system and my own currency. Anyone want to join me?
