They can't keep lying to themselves about their ambiguous bs policy, and the rest of the world will keep buying online. **The Business Owner responded to my negative review 7 years after the purchase and seems upset. I ended up having to sell the radio on FB Marketplace 7 years ago and took a $50 dollar hit...was still new in box. The owner told me "no returns" on the phone for used electronics 7yrs ago, and said he wouldn't take it back he didn't care that it was factory sealed in the box. I thought the rx was avc compatible i gained that info on YouTube before opening it, I did this on purpose because I was skeptical and wanted to preserve the original packaging as a new system. I build and paint 40K, and although HQ Hobbies doesn't carry 40k minis I go there for all of my supplies. Huge selection of paints, brushes, varnishes, setting solutions, etc. Literally anything you could need regardless of what you're building or painting. The owner is himself a model builder and is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to chat with. Overall this place is easy to recommend. When you're driving by, go slow because it's easy to miss the store. It's on one side of a strip mall and given the nearby tree coverage it's easy to miss.
