And do we really want that all the time, in every aspect of our lives? Overloading our schedules, expecting instant gratification and becoming more and more impatient? This a place to find a thoughtful gift. If (and I mean if, because I've definitely had quick service as well when they're not busy) you have to wait in line while someone else's present is specially wrapped just for them, appreciate that unique service and maybe get a present wrapped yourself. I do hope that some of the finer things like their pillows, jewelry and scarves selection is made by local artisans. The lady who works there used to be a customer there and she loves it. I bought two baby doll strollers for them under 3 weeks ago ($79.99 and $59.99). My daughters are 2.5 and play with them in the house with light baby dolls. They put some plastic toy food in the bottom basket but nothing heavy. One of the strollers broke already, seems ripped. I brought it back to show the owner and he was not nice at all. He asked me how long I expect toys to last and my reply was that for a high quality stroller, more than 3 weeks. He continued to tell me how his grandson flew a toy plane into a wall and after a week and he had to buy a new one for him. He tried offering me a 20$ cheap stroller that is on Amazon for even less. In the future I will buy online where you receive better exchange/ return policy's. Photos so you can tell the stroller is lightly used and brand new. Hope no one else has to have an experience like this one.
