I have never experienced any sales associate with as much patience as A.K. and Jackie. I visited the store twice within two weeks of traveling from CT. There were products I could not find and there was Jackie. I had trouble with the laminator and messed up a bunch of my material, at no fault to the machine or associates, but here was A.K. to my rescue. With such grace, A.K. took over 20 minutes to remove laminating plastic from my items so that I could laminate them again. There are several choices teachers can choose to shop. My number only choice is at this Lakeshore location in Scarsdale, NY.

We also picked up this set of 4 animals tiger, elephant, alligator, and giraffe. The head, body, and legs are connected by magnets so you can mix an match. When I approached the staff for a return or exchange, one worker was helpful (but she had to ask the other ones opinion) while another was rude and uncooperative. She dismissed my request without even listening or looking at me, citing an open box as the reason for denial. Even though all the components of the item and its packaging inside were still wrapped, sealed, and untouched. An issue or return matter truly reveals the true colors of a business's customer service, as exemplified by the above described actions. I expected better treatment at a kids store and a willingness to resolve issues. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.
