He had a really great time and talk about a 2 to 3 hour nap. He didn't fully understand everything, considering he is 16 months old, but he did have a fun time while he was there. There is an area for children his age so he can play around there, but I was able to have him run around and play everywhere else. He didn't care for the bubbles area, but absolutely loved the sand corner that they have. There is a little sandbox for the kids so that way toddlers can go and play it if they wanted to. He loved going up and down the stairs and playing in the block area as well. When I first went, I didn't use what the library offered. Which if you put in that you have a library card, you and a child can get in for free for the day. My husband did come with us when I made the day through the library, but considering he got the library card and showed them that he had it, he was able to pay half the price. Which was nine dollars for us. Otherwise it would have been $18. It was a great time for my son and we were there for almost 2 hours as he was running around the place. If you do want to go more often, I know they offer a family packages. I also know that you can get a two-year package and a one-year package. The basic one-year package is $200. Which if that is the only thing you can afford is totally worth it. Especially on days where it is too cold to stay outside or it is raining. I know the other packages offer more stuff, but they are a little bit more expensive. This place is great considering that they do have events each week. That is great for all different ages. This is a place. I will definitely be taking my son more and once I have more kids will be taking them there as well.

Lots of interactive exhibits, play areas and the obligatory climbing structure. Will inevitably be busy like most things on Long Island. Staff is friendly enough however mostly in the background. Good balance of different types of things to do, including a few animals upstairs. The town play set area is very cool, and I love that they have a rotating exhibit space. It was trains when we were there, themed to Thomas the train with both a ton of tracks to play with, as well as life sized Thomas train characters. Had to drag my son out of there, however luckily their gift shop is decent with legitimate toys versus just cheap crap. Would definitely come back here.

There's a bounce and play area with slides in the back and the rest of the place is an arcade. Arcades include your typical skee ball, basketball, wheel spin, etc. They use the old school system of arcade machines that give you those long lines of tickets whenever you win. My kids were fascinated by this setup since it's different from every place else that just has your earnings on the card. They have been clamoring to return ever since. We'll definitely be returning for more out-of-this-world fun!

Been in the community for the last 4 years and have ran past on numerous occasions and thought it was a bit older of a crowd. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked inside and they asked us to remove our shoes, which is a big plus for me because it gives off a much cleaner vibe overall. It has an old school arcade vibe, especially with tickets being dispensed from the machines. A few of them were not functioning, and I felt bad asking the staff to replenish the tickets for them to open the machines and there be tickets inside, but obviously not their fault. There was also a large bounce house and a gym area for the kids to run around, and overall I thought it fit the age group very well. Afterwards, they had pizza (from Franks across the street - our favorite) Overall, would definitely recommend for birthday parties, and will be checking out open play in the future.

There were two staff members during the party and they were nice and helpful. The place is perfect for younger kids (maybe 5 and under) and spacious with a lot of things for the little ones to do. The play area is fenced in although the entrance to the play area is open (no gate). There was also I believe a little reading nook area in the corner by the front of the facility? Everything looked very clean and the place was brightly lit. I love that you can see the entire play area if you're sitting down and having a coffee or something. They have some food and drinks available for purchase during non-party times. There were two private bathrooms and free parking in the back. I also saw an outdoor fenced play area behind the facility which I'm assuming would be for when the weather is nicer out. It was my first time at Sippy Cups (though I've always heard them recommended by other moms) but I'd definitely return to check out their open play! If you're thinking of doing a birthday party for your little one, I would highly recommend it although not sure of party pricing. Beautiful setup and all the kids had a great time. Remember to wear socks or you have to purchase.

Even if there's a line, someone will come out and help so the line never gets too long or lasts more than a few minutes. The entire space is clean, well staffed, and has such a good array of games and obstacle courses. It was these visits that made this the perfect venue for my son's 9th birthday party. From the moment we did the online booking, we were in constant communication with the staff. The day of the party, Angelique and Will made us feel welcomed and supported. My son is nonverbal autistic and some of his friends were also on the spectrum. We needed something more free range so everyone got to do what felt best for them. Angelique and Will checked on us and were always available if we needed them. They decorated the room, doted on the guests, and took care of all the little details so all the families could focus on their kiddos. My favorite thing about them was how understanding they were of my son and how he doesn't necessarily interact with his surroundings like other children do. They gave him space and followed his lead so that he could have the best birthday for him. I truly cannot say enough great things about this place! I've always loved coming just for fun but seeing how their professionalism and organization extends to all areas of their business is truly a remarkable thing. Without a doubt my family will continue visiting and recommending this place!

One area is solely for Bouncing, throwing balls, climbing and another separate area on the other side of the building for jumping and playing in ball pits. They also provide laser tag games. There is a huge arcade and what I enjoyed, a mini bowling alley with 2 lanes. Everything after you pay to walk in, must be payed for using a card they provide. So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary. Was it worth it? Yeah. Would I go back again, probably not. It's good way to kill some time with your kids. But other than that I wouldn't repeat it. My son did get some good exercise in. He's currently 9 years old. Happy jumping !

My only complaint is the arcade games, they're way overpriced! The prizes are not worth the amount of tickets they cost, which was a bit disappointing. It's a great place to take the kids for a fun day out, just be prepared for the pricey arcade games! But with its safe and secure environment, it's definitely a place I recommend for families.
