I had no issue with that as I'm sure it makes people return the containers. We did not care for the food and chose not to try the service again. When I returned the glass containers (admittedly a few months later, but they were returned) I was informed that you have to use their service eight times to get the deposit back. This was the first I heard of it because I would never have agreed. Why would I agreed to use a service for eight times before I even know if I liked it?! Chef Beau said that the policy was explained to me in a "myriad if ways". This is simply not true. He is now refusing to return my $150 deposit even though he has his glass containers back. This is theft of my money as he has his property. It's simple - you charge a deposit for an item, the item gets to return you give back the deposit. Do not use the service!

I was able to order 8 pre-assembled half meals for a very reasonable cost and pick them up right after work. First of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining how to heat up the food and helping me carry it all to the car Second off, I got home, turned on the oven, popped in the crispy chicken tenders and tater tots while I was in the shower and by the time I was done, dinner was ready. One meal was enough food for me to split it in half so that I can make another entire meal later. The chicken was outstanding. Really flavorful and I loved the sweet and spicy sauce it came with. The tatertots were better than the ones I typically pick up from the grocery store. I was stuffed afterwards and can't wait to try another meal tonight. They also gave me a bag of their cookie dough to try. Omg. I ate five of them! This was a perfect solution for a busy professional like myself who currently lives alone. I foresee using this service for months to come - no mess, no extra ingredients I'll let go to waste, and no stress. It was awesome.

They will adapt most meals to your food preferences and make it clear if one has an ingredient that cant be removed (I hate mushrooms and its always quick and easy to see if they can send an option without them- never once has a meal come with them included!) Ordering online is super easy too.

I've ordered from Meal Village a couple times and had great experiences including ordering online…read morewhich was very easy. Both times the food arrived EXACTLY at 4pm and was top quality with good portions for most. My dad recently needs to be on a lower sodium diet so it's nice to provide 1-2 meals per week for him with no commitment- he usually eats only half of the portion per meal and can easily know the sodium content. My wife and I have tried a few of the meals and been happy with everything - sometimes calories and fat/sodium can be a bit higher than my wife prefers for a single meal but you have all the info before ordering. There's always a salmon option, and a recent "Retro Fried Chicken Bowl" was great if slightly unhealthier than ideal but had a nice portion of well cooked chicken and included a fantastic smothered sauce plus the side of applesauce was chunky, flavorful, and just as good as we would make at home. If you don't make your own applesauce this will show you why you should do it. Nothing but positive so far, and prices generally seem consistent with the "ready to cook" options in the market but you have much less packaging waste and don't need to spend a bunch of time cooking and cleaning up which can be nice during the week. Most dishes are 2-3 minutes heating up in the microwave and end up great. Don't get me wrong, we love to cook but I prefer to use my own recipes and for my dad with limited mobility a quick, healthier microwave meal or a "soft food" option is important. And for my wife and me, this is a nice supplement to our weeknight meals. Bravo to a great local business worth supporting!

Well this is my 4th time going on Seattle Suttons diet which is why I haven't been dining out…read morebecause I'm trying to lose weight for the next 4 weeks.I just made it through the first week. I was eating more in regards to all the restaurants as well as my bad habits of not feeling satisfied at home next to my physical checkup I noticed my cholesterol levels were high as well as liver was affected. Also noticed some chronic symptons of my hands having a shakey or tremble feel which I dealt with for 2 years. I decided this year 2023 that the resolution would be 5 weeks of Seattle Suttons which I know works if you follow it and don't eat anything else next to beverages too. I would only drink coffee black and Japanese Green tea with no added milk or sweetners. So far I like this location for distribution because it's along the way from work and they close at 7:00 p.m. before I come home to eat my meals . Foods are served fresh. It's not frozen like a Weight Watchers or Lean cuisine. Do give them a try. If you're trying to lose weight go for the 1,200 calories a day. If this is your first time the first two weeks are going to be painful in cravings that one is used to when they are overweight or obese and you will have cravings to go for the restaurant food as well as home cooked food Don't do it! Resist that temptation if your real goal is to lose weight. You will feel the difference. Once you achieve that you could start eating normally at the restaurant or you can continue on with Seattle Suttons 2000 calorie a day diet which is a lot more than the 1,200 calorie diet. They put no preservatives they took out corn syrup which follows all the guidelines for an American dietitian guidelines for Heart and Diabetes who I've trusted with Seattle Sutton herself. I have noticed sine my 3rd time I was suffering from Sever Allergies and I developed Asthma which made me depressed 10 years ago. I noticed I was gaining weight again and the doctor I went to back then in 2013 just gave me antihistamines and asthma spray which is what I did NOT want to depend on. When I went on this diet I noticed all these sudden illness or symptoms of sickness started to go away! All because of a diet! The other reason why I want to emphasize this diet program because instead of being on medication for treatment from the doctor all you had to do is eat fresh healthy food instead of fast food.

I am a die-hard mac and cheese lover, when trying to decide what we should order on Door Dash last…read morenight, I could not find ANYTHING on this business. I looked over the menu and decided to give this place a shot, and I want to help others objectively make a decision on whether or not to eat here. My personal opinion, their pasta is really good. It didn't blow my mind by any means, but the individual portion sizes satiated my appetite and I was not disappointed. I was extremely thrilled that they had gluten free options, and the gluten free penne was pretty good quality! "Mac N' Cheese" I ordered this with the gluten free penne so I will really only comment on the sauce. It was a similar consistency and taste to Velveta cheese sauce, but it was seasoned and a little creamier and not so sharp of cheddar. I'm not the biggest fan of Velveta and I still really enjoyed it. I would order it again. "Marinara Pasta" I also ordered this gluten free. The pasta sauce was slightly sweet, kind of like a pizza sauce. I wasn't a big fan, but the shaved parm on top and the seasoning they add did help to balance that out. I probably would not order this again. "Meatball Sandwich" It is quite a sizable sub, my wife ordered this with the regular bread, not gluten free. She is a bit picky with her food and struggles with appetite and still ate the entire thing in one sitting. Would definitely order this again. "Garlic Bread" I also chose the gluten free option here. The bread was a pretty good texture, but make sure to eat it hot and fresh otherwise it gets a little hard. I could not ask for more when it comes to gluten free bread though, I was really happy with the texture. The seasoning and dipping sauce really made the experience, and it wasn't too greasy. "Chocolate Indulgence" This gluten free desert was FANTASTIC!! If you like rich chocolate mousse (who doesn't?) this is an absolute winner. Highly recommend. They forgot to include the 4 large meatballs I ordered, but I did get a full refund for it. All in all, I thought the prices were great for the portions and had a lovely dinner. There are items on the menu I would avoid, but that is really a matter taste. Happy eating!
