She was on the taller side, I'm pretty sure the dog roaming the business was hers as well, and she had curly gray hair) came over and brashly reprimanded us for laughing too loud bc "she couldn't hear what her customer was saying". We all looked at each other like, "WOW! Did THAT just happen?" we are grown women and CUSTOMERS and she handled that extremely unprofessionally and in such a condescending way. She could have easily come over and said in a sweet way with a smile, "Hey! Y'all seem to be having so much fun and it makes me smile, but is there any way you could laugh and talk a little more quietly? I am having difficulty hearing my current client. Again, please have fun! I just need a little help with being a little quieter." We would have completely understood and would have done just that! However, when you come over and REPRIMAND grown adults for laughing while doing business, it put a bad taste in my mouth for that showroom. Also, my interior design team both mentioned that neither of them have ever had a situation happen like that. They felt like they needed to apologize to me as their client! She told me that all consultants were currently busy; however, she offered and I accepted a beeper much like a restaurant. That made me take notice listening to the consultants answering questions asked of them. I wanted help with lighting and was told that Greg was the specialist. He would probably be 20 minutes or slightly more. Well, if you have not been to this showroom, there is enough to look at before you are assigned a consultant to last hours. I would say if you don't have the time to wait for the most professional help I have ever received, call and make an appointment. I was offered rather than waiting and now I will make an appointment. You are dealing with true specialist. Greg finally was free and came over to introduce himself. He asked me how he could help me. I told him I wanted to update my dining room with a little more modern light. He asked me questions to figure out the size of a light I would need. Then he showed me pieces they have hanging. From there he showed me a few catalogs and quickly showed me a picture of an amazing chandelier. I fell in love and he said, come with me, I have it hanging. I had not expected to find something so quickly. But his taste, intent listening and ability to realize my style helped me visualize. I purchased the dining piece plus a foyer lantern that I never would have imagined would go together. They look amazing and all of my friends want to know where I bought them. My builder has now switched to using Ferguson I had to wait for help longer than anticipated, but I left knowing I had ordered the right pieces for my house. I will definitely return to Ferguson. They all were extremely nice in a very busy atmosphere. Definitely will go back with an appointment.

We shopped around and KJ Natural Stone was a competitive price. I think we chose the Calacatta Vienna quartz and it's just beautiful. Norvin was our contact and he was so helpful and friendly from start to finish. Just a note that it's free for them to drill holes for soap dispensers/etc. during installation, but after it is $195 for them to come back out. Overall, I'd recommend KJ Natural Stone and I'd use them again.

The craftsmanship of my countertop was fine, but I will never use KJ Natural Stone again, nor can I…read morerecommend them. My contractor sent me there to select my stone, and provided them with my budget allowance and measurements. My original selection was out of budget, and a month later I went back in person and switched my selection to a different quartz that was cheaper and that I liked better. I was told very clearly at that time by the staff onsite that the NEW selection I was making was within budget. After installation, and when I was reconciling payments with my contractor, I saw that I was being charged 1.5x my allowance for a stone called "Calacatta Vega," a quartz that looks nothing like what I chose and what was installed in my home. No matter which distributer or reseller I looked at online and in person, every time it came up, Calacatta Vega was a bright white with bold black veining; the stone I actually selected and what was installed in my home is creamy white with soft gray and gold swirls. I went onsite after seeing the erroneous invoice and KJ Natural Stone would not show me another slab with the name of what they billed me for, would not show me another slab matching what I had selected at the time, and repeated over and over that stone names are irrelevant. Tingy, the rep I worked with, was snippy and condescending, refused to investigate or even consider that perhaps I was being charged for the wrong stone, repeatedly said it wasn't her problem, and dismissed all evidence--including photos of the quartz in my home and pictures of the named stone I was charged for on MULTIPLE sites online. She continued to talk over me, stating that "You got the stone you selected," over and over. That is in no way what I am questioning. I know that I received the stone that I selected, however I am certain the stone I am being CHARGED for is not what's in my home.

They were courteous and offered a couple of possible solutions. We had them try using a auger first (the lowest cost approach). The clog was cleared, but immediately clogged again when a test wad of paper was flushed. They then pulled the toilet and discovered that the installers had done it wrong. They reinstalled the toilet, correcting the problem. The two guys who worked on this were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They gave us options to select from, and the cost of each option. They checked their work and made sure the problem was solved before leaving. Problem solved! Well done!

There were a couple of positives -- my technician, Billy, arrived on time, was communicative throughout the job, and seemed to do solid work. And Theresa in scheduling was exceptionally understanding and helpful when I finally reached her. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by significant issues with communication and scheduling. I first called on 11/17 to request a quote and was told a technician would come out that day. No one contacted me until after 5pm to say no one could make it and that I'd been rescheduled for the next day with no timeframe provided. When I called on 11/18 to ask about that timeframe, I was told a technician would call me -- no one did. I only received a 30-minute heads-up before the technician arrived, which was extremely inconvenient. After comparing quotes, I chose Schwartz/Blaze and called to schedule the actual service. I was told I'd receive a final estimate to sign; it never arrived, and I had to call back to request it again. After signing promptly, I heard nothing for three days. When I called to follow up, I was told the delay was due to "waiting on a part," which didn't make sense given the nature of the job, and no one had communicated that to me. I was also told the department head would call me -- that call never came either. By 11/25, after still hearing nothing, I called yet again. Thankfully, Theresa stepped in and got a plumber out within a couple of hours. The installation itself took over five hours, and although Billy was professional, the price increased by another $100 at the time of service, which was not reflected in the prior quote. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated rescheduling, and surprise charges made this a very frustrating experience. I appreciate the individuals who tried to help, but as a whole, I can't recommend the company based on what I went through. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I want others in the area to be aware of my experience before choosing to hire Schwartz.
