They did their best to work within our budget while also offering good advice and suggestions about our design choices. (And they don't charge extra "consulting fees" for that part of the service as so many others do.) We were thrilled with the results and particularly love our new kitchen and master bath. We had given DHD a deadline to meet because of a large party we were hosting. One of the final steps was finishing the wet bar. When the installers were placing the granite countertop (about 2 days before my company arrived), it broke. Luisa (co-owner) immediately went on a mission to find a suitable replacement. She came through and was able to get the new granite installed the very next day. When the kitchen tile was laid, Jesus (co-owner) found areas he was not pleased with and immediately had it ripped out and redone so that it was right. Luisa and Jesus care about the quality of work that their subcontractors do and will personally do whatever they can to make sure that everything is up to their standards--including working late nights and weekends if necessary. Their follow-up is exemplary and they have been quick to respond any time we've had an issue that had to be addressed. Jesus does a lot of the work personally and his strong work ethic shows in everything he does. Although English is not his first language, he is quite fluent, listens well, and communicates easily. Luisa is a talented designer and consummate professional who truly cares about her business, her clients and the ultimate satisfaction with their projects. We were extremely pleased with our experience with DHD and would definitely use them again.

We were shown one piece of stone for our countertop which we rejected and removed the countertop from their scope of work. They ordered a clear annealed glass window when the materials list and building code required a frosted tempered glass window in this location. It took nearly 6 months for the proper window to be installed.

It was a little challenging to coordinate timing with a busy mother and the repair crew but James was patient and responsive. In the end, he was able to get the fridge fixed within 3 hours of our first call. Since I wasn't there myself, I asked the tenant what she thought of James' service. Her response was that James was "very nice and professional." I have no way of knowing if the job was priced higher than other repair companies since I am no expert in home appliance repairs. But these guys were available when it counted. I hope I'll never need any repair services anymore but if I do, I'll most likely call Customer Care Appliance Repair again

Other source has stated that GE Dispatch goes in and internally cancels appointments and the customer is left waiting for a repair guy that never shows. Chris H came out to my place when nobody else would and he worked hard in the sun to get me right. Maybe 2 hours. He ran diagnostics, did some troubleshooting of his own, but couldn't find the answers. Basically, Husqvarna did away with old sim connections and I needed a 4G board. Another company had installed it but there was no connection. Chris got on the horn with Husqvarna and found out that the boards come ready in AIRPLANE MODE and the company was just finding out this info and being slow with telling this info to their authorized dealers. I'm mentioning that here in case it helps anyone with connection issues.
