While they have a tremendous fabric selection, this is a hard place to shop. If you know exactly…read morewhat you want then you are set. But if you are trying to match or browse don't. The business is mostly online sales (which is great) therefore they have it numbered and stacked for easy retrieval to fill the online order. You cannot "see" the fabric unless you pull each bolt out and unwrap from a plastic bag. The staff is very friendly and helpful but I don't always know what I'm looking for until I see it. I don't know what the solution is but shop online and know what you are looking for before you arrive or maybe they should figure out a way to have a real storefront and display their goods. I feel like their business would really take off and grow exponentially if we could go "see" what they have especially since Joann's is now gone.

They were always very responsive to my texts. They came in and organized content and found items that we had been searching for that were special. They hosted the sale for 3 days. They displayed complete honesty and transparency, patience and kindness to the buyers, and even helped dismantle and load heavy items for our community buyers! I can't say enough good things! I was thrilled with the final proceeds. They are a small company with a huge heart. Don't hesitate to engage them!

Bolton can be hired to run your estate sale and provide clean out services. They recently opened up the barn in Willow Springs off Old Stage again for a sale. The gravel driveway offered ample parking. I was welcomed upon arrival, offered assistance, and informed to ignore the prices. The barn and yard had a large variety of items seemingly from multiple estates. The items were not organized so it took a bit of work to go through things. They varied in condition, some not worth selling. If you have the time, you will find some nice items for a great deal. I ended up getting a few items for a bargain. They accept cash, Venmo, and credit card. I have not used their services, but it seems like an easy way to sell your items and quickly clean out your house. I appreciated the help provided by the employees to load up my vehicle. They also offer to deliver the items to your home (if you live close by) for an additional fee.

My husband and I purchased a large four-poster bed years ago when we first moved in together on another continent. When we left, the movers literally cut it apart to get it out of the apartment. We put it back together ourselves, but with each subsequent move it got more damaged and less sturdy, till it literally fell apart one night. After that, it lived in the garage in pieces for half a decade, and we kept saying 'eventually' we'd find some magical unicorn of a woodworker who would be able to fix all the ugly screw holes and scratches and structural flaws it had... And finally after our last move we found Matt. He literally re-designed how the bed is put together in a way that makes it rock solid and, even better, easy to move in the future! He lovingly filled holes, sanded scratches, refinished the whole thing to a gorgeous new warm cherry color that highlights the grain. This bed is now absolutely an heirloom that will outlive us and breathtakingly lovely. His work is peerless. All that and he charged us such a ridiculously reasonable fee that we felt it was too low! Honestly, you cannot go wrong with trusting Matt, who is kind, an excellent communicator, and full of integrity... as well as being an absolute master of his craft. Thank you so much Matt!

Quality of service was good - they were thorough in cleaning the vent from where it enters the house to all the way till it goes out the door. There is a bit of upsell in terms of vent hose replacement, the cost online seems to be $25 or so they charged $55 for that one. So if you think you might need the hose replaced as well especially if you see lint in the laundry room floor, which might mean the hose might have a crack, then may be good idea to go ahead and buy it ahead of the time or visit. Overall highly recommended and will use their service again.
