On the day of service, Pater and Mark called to see if they can come earlier due to weather. They arrived on time and explained the whole treatment process to before doing the work. I was a little cautious as the leather is a Porsche tan color seat and worried of discoloration. They basically removed the stain spot and also repaired a worn out area of the center console where the material was 'peeling'. The process was actually quick and took about an hour. The result was fantastic. Stain removed and center console looks perfect. All in all, friendly service, on time, fair price, and great work! Highly recommended!! I included pics of before and after.

Review for Master Cleaning Poor…read more Do NOT use this company! I was quoted one price over the phone and from the moment Roman stepped in he was unchanging g me! He told me it was going to be $60 for the stairs, after I was quoted $50. Then he pushed and pushed to add the "stronger cleaning solution. It was going to be ove $100 more. Then I had to question, is the service at the pri e I was quoted going to get my carpets cleaned when now you are saying I NEED the better cleanser for over a hundred dollars? I Then told him TWICE that I didn't feel comfortable with all the upsells and I didn't trust him, I told him to leave. Twice! He Then, magically brought the price for the better solution down to $30, I still told him"no"but he kept saying, it's only $30 more. My daughter (26) was there watching. I told him my husband wouldn't like this, I came up with every excuse, but he kept insisting. Finally I agreed and said just get it done. Then, when it was time to pay the bill, it was $216 instead of $200. I asked him about this and he played like he couldn't understand me. So I paid it over zell. When I got the receipt over my phone it showed that he added $16 gratuity to himself without my knowledge and pretended like it was part of what I agreed to. I will never trust this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The carpets are soaking wet, I've never had my carpets this wet after having them cleaned and I've had them clean to happen dozen times. Do not trust this company!

Our house had to be aired out for two days to get rid of the fumes and smell. Hoping the wood on my steps are not damaged due to excessive moisture from them cleaning the carpet. After we spoke to Roman one of technicians he said they fo not refund your money even though we have had all of this inconvenience with their service. We are warning anyone of their poor customer service and quality of work.
