They were so sweet and firm and large! I had a lot of fun picking exactly what I wanted The premises were gorgeous. They had other items besides strawberries. They had a nursery and outside a bunch in plants and small trees. I ended up walking out with an olive tree. It is still alive though has not produced any olives yet. Will come back next year for more strawberry picking!

While we waited for the event to begin, we walked around the shop and loved seeing the beautiful variety of flowers with everything from potted plants and hanging baskets to herbs and vegetables you can take home and plant yourself. When we headed back outside, we noticed a huge strawberry field behind the store, plus an ice cream area serving fresh strawberry ice cream, which was such a sweet surprise. It made the whole experience even more special. Such a cute spot for families, especially during springtime!

I have been trying for a month to get this resolved, but the customer service is horrible. The items when received were not clearly labeled, and if I were not an experienced gardener I would've not have known that I received the wrong item. I sent emails multiple times which were ignored, and finally in week 2 did end up having several conversations via their website chat, but still, my issues have not been resolved. Whomever I was dealing with on the other end of the website never identified themselves. Twice someone has promised and failed to ship the correct item and send tracking info, but then failed to follow through. I was originally excited to find this nursery because it's somewhat local to my area, but after this experience I will not purchase from them again. I am out nearly $40 for a missing item and had to purchase from another seller. I wish I had read the poor reviews for this business before ordering, I would have saved time and gotten my plants in the ground sooner by ordering from a different business.

His initial consultation resulted in a very detailed consultation report with 4 options. His onsite work was AMAZING! We had a huge bamboo field that had become completely overgrown. In one and half days he and his team came in, removed all the bamboo, the fending, and raised beds. In it's place was a mulch field, left very neat and tidy. We were thrilled with the quality of the work, and the pricing was very reasonable for what we had done. On a personal level - David is a delightful person, and a pleasure to work with!

1 STAR -- Absolutely Terrible Customer Service…read more Ashley Furniture's service department and repair team have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We specifically paid extra for a warranty to cover accidental damage, and when a piece of our couch broke, we filed a claim expecting the coverage we paid for to actually mean something. Instead, our claim was denied, leaving us wondering what exactly we paid for. What's the point of purchasing a warranty if, when something actually happens, the claim gets denied? Customers shouldn't have to fight just to receive the coverage they paid for. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The service department has been anything but helpful, and the repair process has been disappointing from start to finish. We spent our hard-earned money on the furniture and then paid additional money for protection, only to be left feeling completely let down when we actually needed help. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing Ashley Furniture's warranty. Based on our experience, it has not provided the peace of mind we were promised. This has completely changed my opinion of Ashley Furniture. Terrible customer service, frustrating warranty experience, and a repair department that did not make us feel like valued customers. We expected much better.
