I had a very disappointing experience. On July 14, 2026, Elaina Drakulich and a coworker came to…read moreour home to provide a window estimate. Before we agreed to the financing application, Elaina specifically told us our credit would only be pulled once. Based on that, we gave our consent. Our credit was pulled on July 14, and we were unfortunately denied and told we would need a co-signer. We declined. The next day, July 15, our credit was pulled a second time without our knowledge or permission, resulting in two hard inquiries on our credit report. When I called the Reno office, the representative said she had no idea how it happened and blamed the financing company. She promised to investigate and call me back that day or the next, but never did. I also spoke with Elaina, who said she had never seen this happen before and that she had sent emails to find out why. She promised to call me back on July 16 with an update, but she never followed through. Having two hard inquiries on our credit because of someone else's mistake is unacceptable. Even more disappointing was the lack of communication and follow-up. If you're considering doing business here, I recommend making sure you fully understand how your credit will be handled before agreeing to any financing.
