Unwrapped chicken bacon wrap
Bev C.

For a little airport location Capital Cafe was pretty good. My Waitress, Jessica, knew a bit about gluten so that's a nice plus. I got an unwrapped wrap. Chicken, bacon , ranch on a bed of lettuce with chips on the side. I'm ok with an undedicated fryer. The chicken was moist and the chips crunchy.

Burned grilled cheese. Pathetic.
Lauran M.

My flight wound up diverting in to MDT. I ordered a grilled cheese, which took a while to make. I got it to go and was super disappointed to see that the expensive grilled cheese was *burned*. I love a good grilled cheese but gave this one away to local ground crew. Maybe they don't mind a burned meal. I do. Skip this place if you can.

House Grilled Cheese and chips.

Great service for an on the go quick meal. A grilled cheese sandwich and chips always works.

Service is slow and food quality is poor. Better off getting Starbucks next door instead.

Blood Mary is just vodka and tomato juice. Needs more. Didn't order a double but got charged for it. Don't recommend it.

I had the pulled pork sandwich, and my husband had the ribs. I enjoyed a flight of their beers, while my husband had a beer. Everything was delicious, and the service was great--friendly, fast, and attentive. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend stopping at Lancaster Brewing if you're in the area. It was the perfect stop after a bike ride!

For the second time ever, I visited a brewery after already knowing about its beers. (The first…read morebeing Flying Fish, R.I.P.) But this place is much more than beer, and I can't recommend it enough. First, there is a bar completely separate from the eating area, so you can choose what experience you want. Second, I've known that all their beers are top notch, which is why I wanted to come here. I'm not an IPA guy, but the black IPA is some top notch stuff that anyone can appreciate. Not super hoppy, really well balanced. Blonde stout is another superb creation, Lancaster gets some depth into it that many other breweries can't manage. Third, if you want food, they learned from the Food Network and limited their menu to just a few choices, all excellently prepared. I ordered the Angry Mac with gator meat. It had excellent flavor, they made it spicier like I asked, and unlike most places they provided plenty of meat. Great quantity and great taste that I wasn't expecting. I tasted my friend's polenta and it was perfectly balanced with some cheese, not too salty. I could eat that for days. Finally, Eva, our waitress? Wonderful. My friend and I were weighing dessert, we wanted a brownie but not the whole hot fudge brownie sundae. Eva made it work and even split it between heated and cold. What a great server. Props to Eva! To get this quality of food, this quality of beer, this quality of service, and this quality of ambiance all in one? No wonder my friend was willing to go two days in a row. I need a Lancaster Brewing in my town.

5 Stars! One of the Best Burgers I've Ever Had!…read more What a beautiful day to enjoy lunch outside at T.J. Rockwell's! After a long bike ride, the sun was shining, the weather was perfect, and the outdoor deck was such a nice, relaxing place to sit and enjoy a great meal. I'm not just saying this, but the burgers were honestly some of the best I've ever had! I ordered the Montreal Burger, and it was absolutely incredible. So tender, juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor! The other burger looked amazing as well. The fries were delicious, and being able to enjoy a Troegs IPA with everything made it even better! Between the beautiful outdoor atmosphere, great food, and excellent service, this is hands-down one of the best restaurants around. Such a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and have an incredible meal. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back!

For drinks I ordered a frozen margarita, very disappointed- it had no flavor, and left as though it was missing something. My mom ordered a Moscow Mule, that was also ok, only tasted or ginger beer. My fiancé had the green tea & jolly rancher shot. The shots were the only good drinks. I had the taco trio, very delicious. I would have rather had coleslaw as the cilantro lime had no flavor. I did get mild sauce on my tacos which made them delicious. My fiancé had a double cheeseburger and wings, delicious. My mom had the Frank dog and loved it. They had homemade fries which were delicious. Overall not a terrible experience, we could go back and just try different drinks next time.

It reminded me a lot of Gasoline Street Coffee Company in Pittsburgh. Service was good despite the light staffing. On our Friday evening visit, as far as I could see there was only one person handling the bar and tables, but she was friendly, attentive, and handled everything with a smile. Unfortunately, the two biggest reasons most people head to a bar/restaurant--food and drinks--fell a bit flat. The food was fine, but nothing stood out, and portions/prices felt a little high for the quality. The biggest downside was how quiet it was. A Friday night with only 2-3 other patrons made the place feel empty and a bit discouraging. No one wants slammed service from overworked staff, but the opposite isn't ideal either. If you're in the area and want a low-key spot with good vibes and don't mind basic food, it's worth a try. But if you're looking for a lively scene or standout eats, you might want to keep driving.
