When we got home to Florida, she was reviewing her credit card statement for June. There was a charge by the car wash for $34.98. She tried to call the car wash but they have no telephone number. She tried to email but they have no email. We knew we would be back in the area in late August ,so we decided to go to the wash to get it corrected. In the meantime an additional charge for $34.98 was once again charged her card. When my wife went to the wash she was told after explaining the situation that they do not provide refunds. She was told she signed up for an unlimited monthly wash that renews each month. At no time did she request or authorize a renewable monthly wash program. Did I mention we live in FLORIDA! She then asked if she could speak to the manager. She was told the general manager would be in tomorrow. The next morning both of us came back and spoke with him. He reiterated that they don't provide refunds. He did provide a website for us to contact their office. We did so and explained the circumstances. The reply brought no satisfaction. They owe us $69.98. It's not so much the money as it is the principle. we of course cancelled the membership but we want others to be aware how this business operates. I wander if employees are compensated for the number of monthly plans they sign up? We are in our 70's. We hope this does not happen to you. BUYER BEWARE !!!

I went to the gas station, picked some up and went back to the house I was staying at. After opening the container, I realized that it was actually not the kind of coolant needed for my car (tip: I found what I needed for my particular vehicle at Food Lion). I decided to see if I could return it (knowing I may be turned down especially since it had been opened) but they were great! I even offered for them to just give me gas credit, but they gave me a full refund back on my credit card which was really nice, especially in a stressful situation where I was searching all over to find coolant for my car. It kind of is in need of some dire remodel, maybe expand into the empty storefront next door and make the convenience part more convenient. He performed a complete internal detail and has done a great job. Price was excellent. But then to top it off I asked him if he could also do the interior of my 92 Mustang( that's 27 years of grunge). He jumped right on it and I'm amazed at what he did, the seats are several shades lighter and stain free and the old carpets... wow. I had an interior detail done at Adams earlier this year and came away very disappointed, today I got two cars done for half the price of one at Adams with far better results. They kept me there to fill out a accident report making us miss our dinner reservation. Finally got a call and they said the hubcap was already coming off so they couldn't do anything about it.
